There could be diffrent factions with diffrent goals and there could be a few small/medium alliances rather than one big one. I am new to this RP stuff but i have an idea for RP...
why not do a futaristic RP where everyone is in a wasteland on high end tech buried in the sand and each nation is there own core of army generals who have to fight to survive?
i have never suggested RP before but if someone actually makes this in a forum then that would be great. just put me in the actual post saying who made it.

I was thinking about starting an RP timeline set in the future about 50 or 60 years from the present day, the premise being that the ecosystem has largely collapsed and human civilization is teetering on the brink as well because of increasingly dangerous crime, high levels of pollution, overpopulation, rewiring of the human brain because of modern technology, peak oil, extremism/evil, etc. Everybody plays a version of their country circa 50 years from now as it stands amidst this global disaster scenario. If I ever manage to start it up you will surely be welcome friend...

Enceladus is a new modern tech RP and worldbuilding region with a focus on realism. The goal for the region is to try and create as realistic of a world as possible and flesh out our nations as well as tell good stories through role play. Despite the focus on realism you do not have to be knowledgeable in all aspects of a nation to join, you just have to be willing to learn and share whatever knowledge you have. I myself don’t know much about many things but the fun part about a region focused on realism is that you get to learn more about stuff you didn’t previously know.

At the moment we have the news thread and one RP. We only have a handful of members, many of which still fleshing out their nations and as a result we don’t have many map claims yet. We do most of our discussion on our regional discord.

So my idea is in my country the idea is that the remenants of the other side of my countries cvil war has Allied with thw Communists and took a whole province I'll be the gov forces and unused factions while the player are coummist factions or the remenants of the cvil war or a group of gov forces please give feedback on the idea and shoot some inprovements you can think up

How would you want people to participate in your thread? Would you want them to support/oppose your factions? Were you thinking that nations would help you crush the rebellion or that they would be opposing your government forces?

Can you tell me a little about your civil war? Why did it happen? Why did your breakaway province side with the communists? Developing those details will help other nations know where they can fit in.

I am Cloumunisan and I would like to suggest some ideas that I have for a potential RP, if there are at least 4 people interested in developing these ideas tell me, as here are mine:
- This RP can take place during the collapse of Rome, and the Western and Eastern Halves are divided while Pagan Tribes have overwhelmed former Roman Territories during the year AD 300 and we can choose to play as a Military General, a Tribal Ruler, a Emperor of Rome or even Nomadic Peoples like the Huns and Goths and fight and build your nation to glory
Or: This can take place during 750 AD, Charlamegne has long died and his empire is split into eight different pieces, we can choose to be as a humble count or a prestigious General of one of the fighting Kings
- This RP must contain Personality Traits and details on his Liege or Higher Rank, which can limit the actions of said liege and character unless there is a justification
- Diplomacy must be very limited and primitive
- Each persons activities (In war, reform or construction) per turn must have a time to it (how long does it take until these actions are enacted)
- Historical Accuracy is limited to Culture, Ethnicity, Religious and Government Restrictiobs on Authority and Translation of Ruler Names
- No unrealistic events to the level of Satan appearing or mythical beings fighting with your army
- Familiar and Political Drama being mandatory
What do you guys think? I think my idea sucks, but I hope you guys are willing to pitch in!

I would definitely love a Roman Collapse RP thing, it would be a story of extreme heroism, treachery and sadness, I would play as the Franks, a West Germanic group that migrated to France and integrated the Celts to become the Ancient French, it would be fun to have my dynasty all going on these extreme heights to form the Northfrankkia, their vision of a united Celtic-Germanic Identity and combining the power of Norse Barbarians and the Gauls.
My idea for my character, what about you Pan-Asia, are you interested

Does anyone want to do some sort of Eternal War RP? Y'know how in 1984, the Superpowers of the World fight in this never-ending conflict? Basically that. Nobody really writes about troop movements, as it'll be more of a narrative-based RP.

It would be more about characters in the field being deployed in all of these brutal conditions of War, could play as a man in the Sino-Soviet Union (Can work on that if we agree) or play as an American, although I am more in favor of the Roman thing (Gameplay should be restricted to a realistic map limit (From Iberia to The Talkamid Dessert, like the Crusader Kings 2 Map).
Honestly, you two can decide to play in India or Persia instead, remember, you can completely alter history in places that are not well known in the time period, so Italy and Greece are meant to have a historical play trough.
