I still see GM's operating on the "see what Ford's doing and do the complete opposite". In this case I think that while their sedan line ups are declining, I don't believe GM is stupid enough to follow Ford and abandon them completely because "muh profitability". GM's profitable now, it has no reason to do so.

They probably will discontinue the slow selling Impala, but keep the Malibu around.

Chevrolet Spark. Small and compact, but also durable and strong. The metal with which the car is made is strong, compared to those of other country's brands.

Mainstream brands like Ford and Opel are being squeezed too, so it makes sense that GM will try and make it's European operations more profitable. Chevrolet doesn't really have the same brand presence as Opel and Vauxhall do.

Especially with some deals to move inventory, it's sad that less Americans are buying sedans, even though that will do them just fine.

The Corvette is priced higher, same price as some Porsche 911 models, but the Camaro base price works out to US$48,500. It's a completely different brand in Germany, they used to sell Korean made cars like the Matiz.

Beautiful Fiero though! Progress on mine is steady, I should have her on the road very soon, I can't wait!!! I just have to redo the brakes, get a new radiator fan, and figure out why she's idling high.

If it's fuel injection the solution, as I understand it, is voodoo. This was my experience with the 914.

He reimaged many Cadillacs, and made me laugh by describing that emissions scrubbing device as a "Cadillac converter". Never sure whether or not he was joking,

His favorite was an old Crosley he had rebuilt to perfection, original paint match and everything, It was nobody's ideal ride; for instance, the doors made a mild "click" when you slammed them shut. But as an example of what the car had been, it could not be better.
