Other Information President Charles Nellis is the founder of both the International Socialist Congress and the ISVC, its military arm, which were borne of inspiration and slight desperation as stronger Imperialist forces attacked the Cardwiths and threatened to destroy it during its war for independence. Nellis is also a co-founder of the UFF party, which was originally intended to liberate and unite all of the Wishtonian islands, including Hutanjia, Nesselberg and Kenega, into a socialist union, but it evolved to become more of a Cardwithian nationalist organization with more limited goals.

Technically it is mine but I am willing to share it with others in the region. I likely will be the only one rping in threads related to this. Currently membership of the DSLC is centered in a recent acquired territory of my actual nation but their is room for expansion across the region with whoever would like to have them.
