"Welcome to the Embassy Outreach Initiative inside the beautiful Nationstate of the UKK. Those here at the ministry of International Affairs want to thank you for considering us as your next location."

Please read the following legalese to ensure a successful application process.

Embassy Outreach Initiative Legal Agreement

Article I

((1)) LIABILITY CLAUSE
(i) All persons on site in time of war or peace are responsible for their own safety within reason. Military personnel will arrive to escort Ambassadorial persons out of site and relocate to an undisclosed location.
(ii) In the event of terrorism or otherwise, efforts from the National Military or police force will be liable for any injury or loss of life.
(iii) Disease or intrusive animals or plants brought by Ambassadorial staff are the responsibility of the Ambassador Nation and will terminate any anti-aggression pact if said diseases, plants/animals are not specified in the application process.
(iv) Item(s) brought on site are the responsibility of their owner(s) unless written otherwise by express consent of the host Nation. In the event an item is lost on site, it is not the responsibility of the host Nation to formally replace or reprimand.

((2)) ANTI-AGGRESSION PACT
(i) By completing the application process you imply express written or typed consent to an Anti-Aggression Pact between your and the host's Nations. Unless clearly stated otherwise, or the equivalent, inside the application in the 'misc.' or 'additional notes' section(s) the Pact will be agreed to automatically and may be reversed if either of the parties terminates the Outreach Initiative through telegram or equivalent.
(ii) The Anti-Aggression Pact states in lament terms that neither country may declare war or participate in wartime against the equal and opposing party of the Pact. If this rule is broken, both Ambassadorial permissions and sites will be lost until wartime is over.

((3)) PAYMENT CLAUSE
(i) All payments made to the Host Nation must be securely transferred digitally and physically through analog to insure safe and efficient arrival. Payments are made to the Ministry of International (or Foreign) Affairs. A payment will be sent at the end of each calendar year without interest until the time allotted is over or The agreement is broken which will terminate all embassy dorsal relations immediately.
(ii) Failure to pay will increase interest in next year's payment as well as any fees due to lack of funding from the Ambassadorial Nation. In the event of fees or lack of payment, the Host Nation has 90 business days to send a telegram to the Ambassadorial Nation informing of the missed payment. Failure to pay fees, yearly, or loans twice will result in immediate termination of the Anti-Aggression Pact (see above) and immediate allied relations.

Article II

((1)) RULES & REGULATIONS
(i) Rules, Laws, Regulations of the Host Nation are to be followed outside Embassy grounds at all times to ensure safe/secure diplomatic relations between the two countries.
(ii) Failure to maintain such previously stated acts in subsection i will result in a formal warning or embassy arrest via Telegram. Failure on the Host Nation's duties within 10 days of the act will render the actions nonexistent and therefore nonpunishable.
(ii) The Host Nation is responsible for efficient but tolerable enforcement of their sovereign rules, regulations, laws.

((2)) TAXATION
(i) Due to the diplomatic and non-profitable nature of the Embassy Outreach Initiative, embassies are free from all taxation unless: (see subsection ii below)
(ii) The Embassy Nation is free from all taxation of the Host Nation unless the Embassy, ambassadorial staff, or the embassy nation fails to uphold and maintain faithful truth to the legalese being stated. In the event of a failure to uphold the agreement, the Embassy and all persons employed, items brought, vehicles used, and identification must return to their native nation within 60 days before taxation is allowed to commence.
(iii) A formal disagreement with Taxation must be dealt with in international court and MAY NOT be dealt locally in any way, shape, form. Failure to pay tax will compile interest until the court sees fit of its termination or payment(s).
