The captain and the man are talking about what's happening in Manilla, when suddenly a Philippine soilder approached them and said, "We will be leaving in 10 minutes." "Well, That was quick.", sai the captain. "I better get back on the boat now, good talk friend, good talk." After a few minutes, Władysław approaches the man in the uniform and says," Well? I'm ready, and the supplies are all ready, are we leaving?"

With the situation in Nueva Philippines quickly deteriorating as more and more nations join the conflict, as well as the Philippine president being too reluctant to accept offers of weapons for nationalist troops, the high leadership in Ouyang had no choice but to initiate a military evacuation of embassy workers at the Embassy of the PRZ in Pasig City. As a result, Combat Naval Group Surveyor of Absolute Resolve had changed their objective from providing possible evacuation for the nationalist faction to providing evacuation for the embassy workers at the Zhouranese Embassy. However, the Ministry of External Affairs did send a message to the nationalist government that stated that any officials and their families can also be evacuated if they strongly fear the fate of persecution by the communists.

The evacuation of embassy personnel and any nationalist faction figures that want to leave had already begun, Combat Naval Group Surveyor of Absolute Resolve was only approx. 88 km northeast of Polillo Island with the distance between the group and the embassy being around 200 km apart.

Within the embassy, Ambassador Tatagun Airong together with his wife and two sons had their stuffs prepared while all the staffmembers were busy burning documents and destroying all the desktops that couldn't be packed up. Meanwhile, all the ZPA Ground Force soldiers tasked with protecting the embassy remained on alert around the embassy perimeters, each armed with a Type 87-07 7.62×39mm assault rifle.

Within the ambassador's office, Airong stood behind the desk looking out the window as chaos consumes the Southeast Asian state, all while his wife and two sons packed up and began leaving the room. "This escalated pretty quickly" he mumbled to himself as he took a puff from his Zhouranese-made cigar and stare outside the window. Just as he puffed out the smoke one of the embassy guards came into the office. "Sir, the helicopters are here, we need to leave now!", the guard shouted frantically. Airong grabbed his backpack and left the office.

Outside the embassy were four Zhi-13-3 utility helicopters, two Zhi-8-5 utility transport helicopters and six Zhi-11-2 attack helicopters, all of which flew from CNG Surveyor of Absolute Resolve. Two of the Zhi-13-3 helicopters were from the ZPA Navy while the rest of the helicopters were from the ZPA Air Force. As the Zhi-13-3 and Zhi-8-5 helicopters descend and land just outside the embassy, about 120 heavily-armed maritime dragoons from the Amphibious Operations Command of the ZPA Ground Force, each armed with a Type 99-03 5.45×39mm assault rifle, rushed out to defend the perimeter of the LZs while the attack helicopters on the other hand flew around the perimeter to provide air cover and fire support. As the embassy personnel and embassy guards began boarding the helicopters, Airong went up to one of the and asked if any officials from the nationalist factions would desire evacuation, however the soldier told the ambassador that there had been a change of plans and that the nationalist factions will not receive evacuation.

With all 28 embassy workers and guards, including the ambassador himself, inside the helicopters for evacuation, all the maritime dragoons rushed back into the helicopters as they begin taking off. At this point the Zhouranese Embassy was effectively closed while all the evacuees were all safely lifted out. By the time the helicopters arrived back at one of the two Type 2005 Haijing-class amphibious assault ships within the combat naval group, the evacuees were quickly offloaded and the combat naval group began sailing east as they head out into international waters before sailing north to head back home.

UPDATE ON OPERATION PEOPLE'S VICTORY (MSR INVASION OF SAMAR ISLAND)

The 76th, 37th and 54th Battalions (Combined Arms/Mountain Infantry and Mechanized Inf. Respectively) have already taken the city of Catarman and liberated it, however 3 Soldiers were killed on the town of Pambujan and 7 Were killed in Catarman with a total of 10 soldiers killed and 32 Communists killed, no military vehicles except for the 2 VBCI IFVs that were slightly damaged in combat.

The 18 Harrier Aircrafts from the Aircraft Carriers have safely landed in Catarman, 17 Harrier II Strike Aircraft are expected to arrive in the early morning, the 13 Landing ships are on their way to MSR back again to carry more troops and supplies if ever.

"Onto the boat?" The captain asked, "Well, I don't see why not, if that's what you want." Meanwhile, the trucks are starting to leave, with Władysław in his private truck. It was still night. Władysław was reading a book about Genghis Khan. He read about leaders of the past, for the story and their war tactics. Quite a few North Wellwoodian generals did this, but Władysław did it all the time. He got to the last page and closed the book, and put it to his side, and picked up a can of mashed potatoes and started eating the mashed potatoes.

"I want these people gone and out of the streets captain, we need to get the staff and exchange students out ASAP!" Commander Isaiah Menendez yelled from the makeshift CP a few meters away from the entrance swarming with Constitutional Police Regiment troopers in urban camouflaged riot gear, all of most of them holding riot shields, others holding MA37 ICWS Assault Rifles or M45D Tactical Shotguns loaded with rubber rounds.

"Try spraying them with-" The commander's words were cut off when a barrage of rocks and glass bottles hit the compound followed by a few Molotov Cocktails.

"Respond with force! Waste the motherfuckers!"

With that the 2 tanks in front began to push, firing Fragmentation rounds filled with pepper spray and rubber pellets, the rest of the troopers began to rush out and form a Testudo-esque formation to deter the rioters. As soon as enough space was made a convoy of MRAPs and a few buses began to rush out and make their way to Manila Bay.

As they all felt the vehicle shift to the right, thunk sounds began to emanate all over the vehicles, rifle fire could be heard in successions, they could only guess that these were people who were shot were those who intended to harm them, but it was hard to think that since the CPR operated in a different manner of rules, which still adhered to the ever vague rules of war.

After a bone shaking trip through the city, they had finally made it to Manila Bay where a multitude of ships had already been disembarking troops and equipment. It could be seen that the convoy was heading towards one of the Aircraft Carriers of the 3rd Defensive Operations Fleet, the scene changed from the Bay and its green waters to gunmetal grey floors and white lights.

"Head Ambassador Hurtgen, I'm Rear Admiral Gerard Donitce, is this all of the embassy staff and exchange students?"

"No, there is at least one more batch of the same size and troops, admiral, if you can get them out by air please do, I don't want to risk the children in the city, especially in this state." the Head Ambassador pleaded with the admiral.

"Fixed Air Wing 8 can provide that request, just make sure they're there by the time they arrive. The rest of you follow me, you've all had one hell of a time." the admiral led the group towards the interior of the ship as the choppers of the 8th Fixed Air Wing Squadron began to take off.

For the entire duration of the war so far, Kenmoria had been neutral, supplying continuos quantities of aid to the struggling citizens of both sides. They had acted as a supplier of food, water and medicine with minimal armed presence that real didn't have that much of an effect on anything. However, that was about to change.

The Parliament had realised that the Communists were the aggressors, lacking any form of legitimacy, and debated as such. They had come to the conclusion that armed presence needed to be increased around key areas where the nationalists were under threat. Of course, a full-on military excursion was not likely, but a different order of magnitude would be the troops that patrolled major areas. Soon, the communists would experience for probably the first time the might of Kenmoria's army.

Therefore, the motion was passed in the House of Representatives; out of 535 elected people, only 194 voted against the idea of heavily increasing the armed presence of Kenmoria. Thus, it was carried, and the country became embroiled in the war for the first major time.

Minister of Foreign Affairs Alfred von Halbrack walked into his office on a fine Tuesday morning. On his desk, he found something quite unexpected. In was an intel report from National Security Division 6 informing him of a civil conflict in Nueva Philippines. He read through the report, and learned that the conflict had already been ongoing for a few days now, and that many other nation-states had taken sides. He didn't even need to finish reading the report to decide Rhunnland's stance: they would support the nationalists.

You see, Rhunnland had just come out of a small communist revolution in their western lands, and so the government now had a very anti-communist stance. To add onto that, the Rhunnlandian East Indies colony was just south of the Philippines. Von Halbrack wrote a official statement.

Admiral Holt of the Rhunnlandian 5th Colonial Squadron received his orders from High Command. He was to escort a convoy consiting of humanitarian aid, military aid, and 10,000 men. The official statement only said 1,000, a small regiment, but in actuality they were sending the entire 21st Combined Arms Division. After dropping off the aid at Manila, his aircraft carrier would provide air support, as his other ships bombarded the shore.

Following the cruise missile strikes on Magat Dam, Pantabangan Dam, Pulangi IV Hydroelectric Power Plant, and Malitbog Geothermal Power Station, the high leadership decided that before Zhouran would no longer get actively involve in the Nueva Philippine Civil War, the ZPA Air Force should do one last cruise missile strike, this time on three military bases located within communist territory: Mactan-Benito Ebuen Air Base, Lumbia Airfield, and Rajah Buayan Air Station. While these targets aren't particularly of high importance, the rationale was that in order to deter the communist faction from using these facilities as a potential place of receiving supplies via air transportation, any air defenses, aircraft, hangars and fuel within these facilities must be destroyed. Like with the previous cruise missile strikes, Hong-23-1 strategic bombers that are each armed with twelve Type 95 stealthy air-launched cruise missiles (specifically the Type 95-200 conventional variant) and escorted by Jian-18-2-4 gen. 4+++ multirole air superiority fighter jets and Jian-30-1-0 gen. 5+ stealth fighters, will be deployed for this missile strike.

At the southwestern coast of Tanghan, around six Hong-23-1 strategic bombers, escorted by 12 Jian-18-2-4 fighter jets and 12 Jian-30-1-0 stealth fighters, had been scrambled to execute the second cruise missile strike. Like with the previous strike, the aircraft must reach the coordinates of 18.566111, 138.915721 or approx. 1,740 km east of Luzon. Once arriving at the designated coordinate, the six bombers began launching their cruise missiles towards the targets. Out of the 72 cruise missiles, about 24 are aimed for Mactan-Benito Ebuen Air Base, 24 for Lumbia Airfield, and 24 for Rajah Buayan Air Station, with the specific targets being military aircraft captured by the communist factions, hardened aircraft shelters, petroleum and logistical storage, ammunition supply bunkers, defense systems, and radars.

Meanwhile back in Ouyang, at around 07:55 (UTC+11:00), the Ministry of External Affairs held a press conference. During the conference, a spokesperson stated that Zhouranese active military operations in Nueva Philippines "have been completed" and that the government of Nueva Philippines will still receive financial support in their fight against the communists. When a journalist asked if Nueva Philippine-Zhouranese relationship will be restored following the evacuation of the Zhouranese Embassy in Pasig City, the spokesperson answered "once the situation there stabilizes".

The Empress had heard the airstrikes by the nation Zhouran last night, as a response. The Coalition force as of 0614 HOURS (UTC +8:15), Have succesfully landed in Surigao City, the naval ships composed of 2 Frigates, 3 Destroyers and 7 Fast Attack Crafts have bombarded the communists military installations around Surigao City.

The coalition force of 1,600 Troops, at least a hundred armored vehicles have landed a few kilometers from the downtown area at 0655 HOURS, 17 communists were killed but 11 troops were also killed including a 1 Panhard VBL APC that were slightly damaged in combat.

Communist Rebels

As of today, the coalition forces are now marching towards the Downtown area, the forces would fight block by block, house by house and street by street. Coalition forces would never use explosives in the area except for high calibre autocannons such as Shipunov 2A42 mounted on much of the Infantry Fighting Vehicles.

The forces would retake the city first in order to secure the operation to retake Cagayan de Oro city.

Balayan Bay

The 21st Combined Arms Division landed in Balayan Bay, a few kilometers south of Manila, with air and naval forces covering their landing. All 10,000 men unloaded their gear and equipment from the landing craft, and readied themselves for combat. The soldiers fanned out, establishing a perimeter and scouting for enemies, while also positioning their artillery and AA guns. They also had orders to ready an Inquisition-Class SRBM. NSD6 Satellite imagery hinted at a possible Communist staging area near the landing site, and High Command wanted to neutralize as many Communist points of attack as possible. The rockets were aimed, and then fired.

Alfred von Halbrack, however, kept his cool. He wanted to increase cooperation between the nations supporting the Nationalists. It was to be a temporary alliance, lasting only during the duration of the Civil War, but von Halbrack had hopes, deep down, that it would be the start of something greater. He dismissed these ideas as mere fantasies of his, and continued to draft a new treaty.

OPERATION CROWNED WITH VICTORY

It is been a fierce fight since the morning we've landed on Surigao city, a fierce battle has been fought between the Mangahhan Super Region Armed forces Joint Ops Coalition against the Communists. Many people have welcomed the arrival of the armed forces here in the city, many people are wanting now to liberate nearby areas after we liberate the city. We did not had a lot of damage on structures but damages on both sides are many, more than 72 Coalition forces including 2 BMP-3 and 7 Panhard VBL APCs, the total number of communists killed were 96, as of today, the 16x British Aerospace Harriers are still preparing due to lack of weaponry that could only make a total of 17 Sorties. Meanwhile in N. Samar, the newly appointed general on Samar Regional Area, Gen. Yaroslava Anzhelika Nagbayan, the younger sister of the dominant party People's Victory Movement leader Maria Svetlana Nagbayan, the General has a good reputation and she (The General) is good on making decisions and tactics. In Avilagrad, Defence Minister Mariya Karmela Almarovka have sent the first Tank Battalion to Samar area with 3 Mechanized and 3 Motorized Battalions after the operation on Surigao City is finished.

The 21st Combined Arms Division received the message. They were to faraway to give ground support, but they did send aircraft over to the region to help. They also wanted to help navally with shore bombardment, and divided to send over the HMS Xesnistan and the HMS Wetherall. The remaining ships would do for protecting the main ground force. Also, another pair of SRBMs were readied, this time aimed at targets in Bicol. As they were fired, the air support was reaching Surigao. They reached the city, and quickly found where the battle was. The aircraft attacked the communist ground forces, firing small missiles and dropping bombs, hoping that it would be enough help.

The leader of the Kenmorian excursion fortifying the nationalist-held areas received the telagram via a temporary line they had established as part of their mobile buildings. As the nature of their operation was to secure and protect the areas already taken against the communists, they could not offer any direct military assistance. However, they did send a ship, named Barcen283, to help them. It was filled with: 50 soldiers enlisted from the local populace and given minimal training; 10 sub-machine guns; 50 rifles; rations to last the 50 soldiers approximately one fortnight; and a small crate of medicine. The troops were set up and, though they were few in number, they were determined and resolute.
