Reasoning for Repeal:
The Holy Empire of Cesken appeals to the Security Council for the repealing of the "Liberate Femdom Empire" bill. In said bill, the Femdom Empire is to have border restrictions abolished. Within the borders of the Femdom Empire, human rights have been violated, and sexism is allowed to segregate offices/buildings and male citizens are oppressed and denied basic rights. The spreading of these traditions cannot be permitted by the Security Council, or the World Assembly, and therefore, the border restrictions imposed must be re-instated, and the leaders of this regime must be put on trial for crimes against humanity.

I see that this was marked legal by two moderators, but I believe that it violates R3. It has no closing statement saying "hereby liberates Spam", which I believe is necessary for an operative clause. Unless you're going by the opening line of the proposal, then I'm not sure if it violates R3 or not.

To the honorable Security Council,

I would like to enlighten the NationState's SC regarding the new entrepreneur of Raiding industry Union of KingMakers, It is fairly a new region however under it's leader KingMaker's watch many helpless region has fallen into victim. They are allied with The Invaders, It's like they are identical twines when it come to raiding. My old nation was in the region called Binsport Republic, which is still under their occupation it's been months and nothing has been done. They are always looking out for innocent prey.

As far as I have observed they deny democracy and advocate Monarchism, And suppress freedom of speech and violent way of conquering other's regions and destroy history and communities with the help of their raiding allies.Where they feel proud of their cruelty.

So we urge the all NationStates members to condemn the young destructive region Union of KingMakers for the safeguard and betterment of the Nationstates community.

By my determination, this proposal is illegal as it violates: Rules 3, 4(d)

R3: My interpretation of "NationStates members" is the reason why I feel that R3 is violated, i.e. I do not see "NationStates members" and "WA member nations" as one in the same due to membership being voluntary, and hence I deem the second-to-last clause as more so calling for a boycott-of-sorts than a security council condemnation.

R4(d): The proposal is not written from the perspective of the World Assembly, but rather it is written as if addressed to the Security Council.

Needless to say, the spelling and grammatical errors are things that I dislike but they are not enforceable issues in accordance with the rules for security council proposals. I would also argue that this proposal violated proposal basics, but that is something I do not intend to throw around as I do not fully understand in what manner Ransium uses that terminology.

Perceiving that Nagatar Karumuttu Chettiar was one of the three organisers of The Eternal Order, a region founded in late 2017, which was born on the proposition that they should wipe raiders from every Corner of NationStates history, attempting to free their original region from the occupation of the region Swansonia, though ultimately in vain.

Recalling Nagatar Karumuttu Chettiar's contributions to The World, The Eternal Order, & NationStates, which include:
