Private Military Contractor Contract of Use and Utilization of the Specialized Task Forces of Vraxuis Arms Corporation This will be made under review by multiple legislative bodies, both governmental and nongovernmental. This contract is to clarify the applicant's intentions and to provide the government of Freilibre, and the Freilibre Administration for Commonwealth Defence (FACD) of background information to ensure that said applicant may not break international, federal, or provincial law within Freilibre. The application will be held under extensive and rigorous review for an undisclosed duration of time by the Freilibre Army, FACD, the EU (CSDP), the Foreign Office of Freilibre, Freilibre International Armed Forces, the Freilibre South Pacific, North Pacific, Asian, Oceania, Indian Ocean, Atlantic, European, North American, South American, Arctic and Antarctic Command, and the World Assembly/UN Offices of Freilibre. 103. Requires all such companies copy such information and provide it to the Commonwealth or Confederacy, such that the information can, if a warrant is later obtained, be accessed by the Confederacy police.
104. Forbids the transferal of assets by all such companies out of the Commonwealth or Confederacy.
105. Requires all such companies co-operate with government agents as directed in order to affect these provisions.

2. Confirms these provisions shall not be taken to prohibit the sale of futures, options, and the like; nor anything not covered by the above provisions.

3. Confirms liability for damages from any such trafficking shall extend to those cognizant of such activities and furthering the profitability of such trafficking, or those who should have been aware, or sought to do so, and:

After recent events, it should be known beforehand that multiple Vraxuis employees have been falsely and illegally arrested without fair trial in the nation which formed this international organization. Freilibre's message was its own injunction towards the aforementioned nation, and any suspicious actives reports in the arms industry will be gladly accepted through our affiliated and proper channels.
