Everyone has their preferences and fetishes, but that's just what I've seen from my experience.

Do these mind-control spores have to come off the bee all the time, or can their release be controlled?
I have a severe case of addiction to writing. At least 3k words every day is my fix.

I did write that she herself had no control over their release.

Though maybe there are methods and gadgets to interrupt or neutralize it from the outside?...wait...I actually did give something for that. Throw a Smoke Grenade and it's all gonna be neutralized.

Finished app from earlier. Gonna introduce her during the Warwolf arc, maybe a bit earlier.

Name: Eliza Ulrich
Age: 20
Gender: Female
Race: Human
Appearance: Here
Young Blood?: No
Bio: Ironic for someone whose very powers would revolve around the preservation of life itself, Eliza's purpose at the start of her life seemed to be completely the opposite: to deal pain and death to those that were not truly human by her superiors' standards. Born in Germany, Eliza was raised by two Lycan fanatics, a relatively influential administrative member and a veteran Warwolf operative. Of course, despite belonging to a faction that advocated human supremacism and secretly sought to root out non-human influence on Earth, they were not your stereotypical monsters disguised as men: they were thinking, feeling people who, in the beginning, had genuine reasons to support their views. Still, Lycan's ideology had penetrated deep into their psyche, and they sincerely believed that a career in service to Lycan was one of the best options available for their daughter. Thus, they raised her with such a goal in mind.

At first the girl's education was geared towards her becoming someone who worked behind the scenes like her mother, and in this regard she showed promise, her intelligence leaving nothing to be desired. But soon Eliza's parents discovered that her physical aptitude was of a very high quality for a child, and this led them to make a decision: her father would train her to the best of his ability, in hopes that she would one day become a wealthy and distinguished member of Warwolf like him. And train her he did, building up and exploiting her physique through rigorous exercise regimes and instructing her on the use of firearms and various other weapons from a tender age. Growing up, she continuously exceeded all of her parents' expectations, becoming quite literally their 'pride and joy'. There was not a doubt in their mind that, once she reached the required age, she would make a fine soldier for Warwolf, perhaps even attain a higher rank than her father.

It soon turned out that they would not have to wait for her to grow up to find out. At the age of ten, the Ulrich family received an invitation of sorts, a unique opportunity. The higher-ups of both Warwolf and Lycan had secretly been keeping tabs on the family, and were quite impressed with Eliza's performance thus far. For this reason, she was presented with the opportunity to join Project Fenrir, a top-secret Warwolf initiative that had the objective of training and outfitting the deadliest anti-superhuman hunting force on Earth. To a pair of thralls of the organization like the Ulrichs, this chance was a great honor, and naturally the young Eliza had no say on what would become of her fate, so in the end, she was shipped off to a secret training facility along with many other children, destined to become the new generation of Warwolf's infamous Death Squads.

To Eliza, life on the unknown training compound was not too different from life with her family. The regime she had to go through during her time being instructed by Warwolf's elite was infinitely more demanding than that of his father, but with little else to be done on the island, it was easy to focus on an immediate goal and complete it with single-minded determination. The variety of weapons available for her to train with was much greater as well, and thus, it took quite a bit of time for her to become efficient with all of them and perfect the use of a few, but, once more, in the end it was not something so difficult for her to achieve. And while it was true that she no longer had her doting parents' praise and fanfare, their words had begun to ring hollow in her ears as the years passed, to the point it was a relief to no longer hear them whenever she did well on her training.

The years passed and the number of recruits undergoing training at the compound dwindled greatly; what happened to those who wished to leave or had unsatisfactory results, Eliza did not know. But as she was among the most gifted of the recruits participating in Project Fenrir, she, along with four other children, formed Squadron Sheva, one of Warwolf's newest Death Squads. It was there that Eliza met the first people she would ever bond with, her teammates. Her parents, with their careful artificial grooming and their purposeful discourse, had always struck her as false; her trainers, cold and distant, appeared before her eyes as naught but machines, and other children were little more than forms moving in the background. The situation with her team was different: they were all thrown into this world without a say, just like her, and both due to the fact that they were forced to live and train together, and due to a certain affinity that could only be attributed to casuality or fate, the five members of Squadron Sheva bonded quickly, not quite becoming friends, but learning to rely on each other.

Inside of the team, everyone had a role. In her case, her versatility led her to become a sort of jack-of-all-trades as well as an important part of the brains of her team: while she was not in charge of issuing orders or maintaining gear, she was deemed the best suited to identifying a given target's strengths and weaknesses, as well as counter the former and exploit the latter. Despite having a seemingly important role, however, Eliza was treated as no more or less disposable than any of the other members, and their training continued for another two years, harsher still than before, but also geared towards perfecting those talents relevant to their assigned area of expertise. They continued to receive instruction from the most distinguished members of Warwolf's elite, Eliza in particular being nourished by their accumulated experience. Countless field exercises and simulations only served to further polish her instincts, and at the end of those two years, she and the rest of her team were judged to be among the finest results produced by Project Fenrir, ready to become the apex predators they were groomed to be.

Their training concluded, Squadron Sheva was sent on missions across the globe, ordered to take out superhumans and non-humans that were deemed a threat to Lycan's interests. Those who sat at the very top of the heroic and villainous hierarchies, as well as the most renowned public figures that were contrary to the organization's ideology, were left alone, as Warwolf and Lycan both knew better than to upset the status quo so abruptly. And yet, there were plenty of powerful but less known superhumans, as well as influential figures of the underworld, that were deemed unacceptable obstacles. Sheva was deployed against many of these agents, carrying out their missions with great success and zero losses, matching their victories during their training with their victories on the field. Not feared or revered as they were a force that worked from the shadows, they nonetheless earned the respect of their superiors and employers.

However, Sheva's days were counted. Their end would not be quite as dramatic as the death of the entire team, but it would come regardless. During the destruction of an Eastern European paramilitary group led by a superhuman warlord, Eliza received a potentially fatal wound, falling to the ground while her teammates fought the mighty warlord and routed the remnants of his forces. During the firefight, however, something happened. The warlord's favorite relic, a small crystal that, by sheer coincidence, had granted him powers, fell to the ground and shattered. The force it released caused a small earthquake to rock the area, followed by a most unexpected phenomenon: some of those who were nearby received powers. None of Sheva's remaining members were affected, and as the new superhumans were utterly inexperienced, taking care of them was not a difficult matter, but when they returned to check on their wounded ally, they were met with a surprise: wounds that would leave long-lasting scars even if she survived had suddenly disappeared.

A long, intense silence followed, one that was broken only by reaching an unspoken agreement: Sheva would not try to kill or capture Eliza, but she would not be able to return with them. The huntress parted ways with her team that day, and was met by overwhelming weight and liberating lightness at once. For the first time in her life, she was free, free from the expectations of false adults, free from the demands of murderous fanatics, free from an ideology that she had never sympathized with and followed only out of habit. Naturally, most of her newfound free time was spent, at first, in an exploratory manner: now that she possessed a new skill, she wanted to know its limits and drawbacks. Long days of creative and often painful experimentation were the norm, and slowly but surely she managed to get a good grasp on her ability.

What came next, though? There were no orders to carry out, no protocols to follow, no missions to accomplish. And so, in the absence of all of that, Eliza decided to try the exact opposite of what she had been raised to do. The year that followed, the young woman wandered the world, acting always of her own free will, using her powers to aid the weak and dying on a whim and resorting to her more mundane abilities to defend herself or harm those she deemed deserving. The girl that was called a deadly huntress by her comrades had come to be known by the world as a deliverer. Recently, several twists of fate have led that renegade child of Project Fenrir to San Diego.
Powers:
  • [Life Well]: Eliza's body serves as an inexhaustible well of life energy that she can manipulate at will, an ability with several applications, including:
    • Superhuman Condition: The life force that Eliza produces nourishes her, keeping her body at its absolute peak condition at every moment.
    • Self-Sufficiency: Similar to the above, Eliza's energy sustains her, meaning she does not need to eat, sleep or even breathe to survive.
    • Regeneration: One of her power's most notable effects, this allows Eliza to constantly regenerate from any sort of damage taken. Healing from all but the most grievous wounds is quick, though not instant, and she will even recover from losing body parts or vital organs. This ability is always active by default, though it can be temporarily turned off.
    • Healing: Just as she heals herself with the energy that sustains her, Eliza can also use this energy to help others recover from their own wounds quickly, able to keep them alive even after they take damage that would be fatal under different circumstances. She does not need to be in direct contact with her target to do this, though it does help the process along.
    • Reclamation: The only application of her power that could be considered offensive is Eliza's ability to undo any healing she has done, causing the wounds on her targets to reappear; this is especially devastating if attacking and healing are done alternatively. She can also use this ability on herself to 'de-construct' parts of her own body at will.
    • Life Aura: Though she can directly use her energy to heal others, Eliza also has an aura of life energy around her, which means that simply standing next to her is beneficial. Injuries will begin healing, albeit slowly; illnesses will see their symptoms reduced and may disappear with enough exposure, and the general performance of the human body improves simply through proximity. This extends to animals and plants as well, with her aura improving their growth and development.
    • Evolution: If focused properly, Eliza's life energy can cause animals and plants to begin mutating and developing quite rapidly, obtaining new and often dangerous characteristics; while this is in effect, she also has some degree of control over the organisms that are being influenced.
This ability can be used on herself and other human beings as well, though the effects are temporary and she cannot control other humans.
  • [Uninhibited Strength]: Through arduous training and thanks to mental discipline and resistance to pain, Eliza can exert all of the strength that her body can muster without any sort of limitation, even if doing so would cause her harm.
  • [Combat Training]: Self-explanatory.
  • [Tactical Analysis]: Self-explanatory.

Limitations:
  • Eliza literally cannot contain the amount of life energy she produces, and must spend it regularly to avoid undesirable effects. If she can't spend it, her life aura, which is her body's natural way of disposing of excess energy, will start growing stronger, wildly affecting nearby organisms and the environment itself: tree roots will begin destroying the land nearby, vermin will grow unnaturally, and nearby humans might enter states of hyperactivity, euphoria, agitation or arousal, and potentially develop an addiction to such states.
  • Though she can greatly empower nearby living organisms, their rapid mutations often prove to be too much, causing said organisms to die once her life energy ceases to sustain them. This does not apply to humans, as their enhancements are temporary.
  • If her energy is already overflowing, then using her reclamation can prove to be both dangerous and potentially ineffective, as the additional life energy can cause her aura to begin wreaking all sorts of havoc and even heal Eliza's target. In a similar vein, stopping her own regeneration or using her reclamation on herself is difficult if she is overflowing with life energy.
  • Her lack of need to eat, sleep and do similar activities related to sustenance does not eliminate her desire to perform them. The case of rest is especially jarring, as she is almost guaranteed to start overflowing if she tries to get a good night's sleep.
  • Though she can easily exert strength that is normally out of reach for any unpowered human being, this is both painful and unlikely to match the output of an actual physically-enhanced superhuman of significant power.

Weaknesses:
  • [Vulnerability]: While practically impossible to kill, Eliza is not invincible: most things that can knock out or kill a normal human being can knock her out, and if not, they will likely still cause a fair amount of pain.
  • [Lacking Mobility]: Having no abilities beyond her life well and her uninhibited strength, Eliza can be trapped by most things that could trap a human being: she can't fly out of a hole or teleport out of a solid metal cage, for example.
  • [Overwhelming Damage]: Though she can regenerate easily and has built up a resistance to pain, Eliza is not immune to it and enough of it can eventually overcome her. In addition, if a massive enough amount of damage is inflicted, her regeneration will begin to slow down, taking away one of her greatest advantages.

Name: Maxwell Cross | Prophet
Age: 24
Gender: Male
Race: Human
Appearance:
Image

Young Blood?: No
Bio:
Once a dreamy-eyed and imaginative Catholic school boy, Maxwell Cross' life slowly unwound when he walked away from a fatal car accident at age sixteen. At that traumatic moment, his powers activated, and he was able to regenerate his internal injuries and essentially save his own life. Unbeknownst to anyone else but Max, he had happened to touch his friend who had accompanied him on the trip when his powers activated, transferring Maxwell's damage to one of his friends, killing him at the cost of Maxwell's own life. The guilt was unbearable, everyone attested it to survivors' guilt, but he couldn't tell a soul about what really happened on I-10 that late night.

So, same age, Maxwell hopped on a Greyhound and found himself in Seattle, where he would try to start over as a homeless vagrant in the city, a way to atone for his crimes, in his eyes. The streets were harsh and unforgiving, and the entire experience nearly shook Cross' faith, but he continued on, until being discovered late one night by a highly advanced, military-grade drone of sorts. Knocked unconscious shortly after, Maxwell was taken into the lair of the reclusive, ever-inventive Walt Bismarck, was who interested in Cross' regeneration ability for study. Undergoing brutal, painful tests for weeks at a time, the young man was tortured, all for the selfish pursuits of one man behind a computer desk.

Driven repeated to near death over and over again,

Powers:
  • [Regeneration]: Cross is able to rapidly overcome severe bodily injury, closing up wounds that would take a week or so in mere moments. Regrowing entire limbs is too much of a hassle to be worth-while in a fight, but he would ultimately regenerate an arm or leg within a few days. His regeneration works at the cellular level, but requires a large cluster to remain whole in order to piece itself back together, slowly, but surely.
  • [Damage Transferal]: Maxwell has the ability to transfer physical wounds and damage from his own body onto other people, objects, and the like, and vice-versa onto himself. This power is done by physical contact, and is not limited by amount of injury or type. Transferring his own fatal wounds all at once to another person is liable to be fatal to the other person, and the same to him if he absorbs immense wounds or damage.
  • [Enhanced Condition]: Prophet's regeneration keeps him prime physical condition, keeping him at a cut above the rest of humanity as he doesn't fatigue, shows no loss of speed or strength over time, and is fairly durable as is.
  • [Enhanced Combat]: A clean, extremely versatile fighter and brawler, Maxwell hardly ever is without a weapon in arms reach. Skilled with rifles, handguns, knives, and his own fists, the man is a trained operative who seeks the kill when in physical confrontations. Imagine John Wick having the physical stamina of Captain America to get the idea.

Limitations:
  • Firepower: Prophet is only one guy, so he has to be smart about what he carries around. He isn't packing forty extra magazines or seventeen hidden daggers, or even a rifle around when he wants to be inconspicuous. He's limited to what damage he could cause with his two hands and whatever he can get those hands on.
  • Touch: To transfer damage, Prophet needs direct contact with his intended recipient, with skin. When done to people, it gives them replicas of his wounds, whereas with objects, it gives the same trauma, but it would be expressed differently because, you know, it's harder to cut a brick wall with a katana than a torso.
  • Time: Regeneration takes time, it isn't instant, but it is at a steady pace. Cuts, bruises, busted knuckles, things like that can heal in the middle of a fight, while gunshots, stabs, major falls, minor broken bones, can heal in a few minutes. Entire limbs can be re-attached and healed at a faster pace, but restarting from scratch takes an extremely long time.

Weaknesses:
  • [Cellular Regeneration]: Maxwell regenerates from the cellular level upwards, but requires a decent amount of cells to remain in one spot to re-start the regeneration process. Eliminate all cells or even about 70-80% of them and he is virtually dead. Not to mention the time it takes to regenerate, an early loss of an arm or a foot would cripple him like any other person in a fight.
  • [Human]: Despite his powers, Prophet is an enhanced human at heart. Gun shots, knives, all that jazz still affects him just as bad, he can just take it better than others.
  • [Physical]: Guy has no defense or way to deal with magic, energy, telepathy, things like that. He's a physical, skill-based fighter, he'd be at a huge disadvantage in such a confrontation.

Should be alright and original enough.

Name: Medusold Dietrich Hotzenplotz alias Kommandant F.E.A.R. (Furcht, Entsetzen, Angst & Rachsucht)
Age: 48 years
Gender: Male
Race: Human
Appearance: Kommandant FEAR
Young Blood?: No
Bio: Medusold's birth was no happy birth, no, not happy at all. In fact, the only thing that preserved his life on the day of his birth was the love of his mother. Why? Well, he had been born quite literally with a face that only a mother could love. The face had apparently been so terrifying that the operating doctor suffered from a heart attack while the present nurse tried to kill him with a metal tablet which she had been holding during the procedure. His mother reacted abnormally too, her eyes widening in fear as she looked at her baby and tears streaming down her cheeks. But unlike the doctor and the nurse, the motherly love and feeling of accomplishment of having brought a child into this world helped her to overcome the initial shock and she protected her baby from the mad nurse by hugging the little crying child tightly so that no one could see it and taking the brunt of the nurse's attacks.

Eventually, with the baby out of sight, the nurse regained control of her senses, and, horrified by what she had done to the mother as well as by the doctor's obvious symptoms of a heart attack, rushed out of the room to get help. In the corridor she bumped into the unlucky father, who had already worried about the commotion inside, and in fear about possible retaliation from him for her mind thought that he knew what she had done to his wife, she backed away and accidentally fell backwards through an open window. A window in the fourth floor. Yeah, she was dead. The father, by now completely clueless what was going on, jumped into the room, just to see all the chaos inside there, and his wife weakly smiling at him, the marks of the metal tablet clearly visible and the tablet just magically drawing his sight, coated in the blood of his wife. She showed the newborn to him too and his reaction was similar to hers, only fatherly feelings and love for his wife, who had sacrificed so much for her child, keeping him from absolutely trashing the the newborn.

Being law abiding citizens and loyal followers of the Prince, the parents of course filed a report against the medical staff at the hospital. Of course, things didn't go so easily there as well, the police asking to see the child because they wouldn't believe what the two parents were telling them. Let's put it this way, young Medusold had immense luck that his father was quick enough at disarming the police officer else he and his mother would've been shot on the spot. Anyway, once the police officer had calmed down, he decided to overlook the existence of the boy and told the parents to cover his face in some way, lest they wanted the same event to happen over and over again when someone saw the child. The parents had by now realized that something definitely wasn't normal and they were not imagining things. At first, the newborn was covered with a paperbag with holes cut out for his eyes, later his mother sewed a mask for him that would be more comfortable to wear. But they still hand't given their baby a proper name. So, considering the fact that nobody could look at his hideous face, they thought of Medusa. Everyone who looked at her directly was turned to stone while everyone who looked at their son directly was gripped by fear so great that they succumbed to either fight or flight. But Medusa was a name for a female and they had a son and not a daughter. So they went for Medusold. Yeah, weird name. Another reason for him to be picked upon in school apart from constantly wearing a mask.

Moving on, the family life was actually rather normal. Medusold received all the love he could wish for from his parents. But sadly, the love from them could never truly compensate for the harassment he received in school and so dark feelings began brooding deep within him. One day he would make them all pay!

Those feelings were of course only further amplified when his parents died mysteriously in a skiing accident, only for the usual suspects among his school bullies to show up hours later to "finish things once and for all". But they had made the worst mistake of their petty little lives. Filled with rage and sorrow over the loss of the only people in this world who had loved him and cared for him, even the last boundaries of his self control, of the polite and shy facade he had worn for so long fell. The screams of the young men, for young men they all were by then, haunted the people of Steg for many years to come. As for Medusold? He disappeared that night and no one knew where he could have went.

But years later he returned to the public spotlight and that in a rather explosive way. It was unknown from where he had taken the money but together with a small band of mercenaries he effectively launched a coup in the tiny Principality of Saminia, executing the ruling Prince and his entire family and establishing himself as the new military crackpot dictator of the country. A goal easily accomplished since the Principality did not have such a thing as a military. But the foundation of his power was by far not secured. The mercenaries were a problem. They were bought and they could be bought by anyone else. He needed loyal men, loyal to him and him only. Ready to die for him. During the years he had spent abroad, he had started using his face in his favour. He had scared people into submission, broken them, killed them. He had gotten quite good at using the fear he caused to make the people do what he wanted. Adding a bit of good acting and careful whispering into their ears and they would do anything he wanted of them.

In a night to which he later jokingly referred to as his "Night of the long Forks", his new henchmen attacked the mercenaries who were allied with him and although casualties were high, they succeeded in the attack. Following this night, he cemented his rule in a brutal regime of terror and rage. But even like this, he probably would've never posed any kind of threat. Well, that was untill a chinese expedition found oil and gas deposits in the Samina valley. Coupled with the terrific find of Uranium beneat the Stachlerkopf, Medusold now finally had the ressources to make something out of this country. Of course attempts were made to replace him with a more benevolent and pro-western leader but he got lucky several times and avoided death untill he had formed a militia of sufficient strength to protect him. Eventually the greater powers gave up, silently accepting his oil rather than butting heads over his style of leadership.

Nonetheless Medusold realised that he and his country would forever be in danger. He needed an arm, an instrument whose reach could stretch far beyond that of Saminia to strike at his enemies while they could not strike at him. For that purpose he secretly founded the terrorist organisation "NIGHTMARE", an organisation hell-bent on spreading fear and terror over the globe and aiding their leader, Kommandant FEAR, in anything he desired.
Powers:
  • [Nightmare Imagination]: Whoever looks at his uncovered face is confronted by his worst nightmare instead of his real face. Everybody sees something different but it is equally frightening for everyone. Their greatest fears in facial form, speaking, talking to them. It often causes fight or flight reactions almost immediately, only the bravest of heart not losing their senses to it. People in bad medical condition might also suffer physically and people in good health who decide that it is a great idea to face their greatest fears might find out just how badly their body responds to being put under this much stress. People in fight or flight situations will lose control and rarely put all their skills or powers to use instead just desperately trying to kill him or get away from him. Untill the fear breaks them, makes them beg to spare them, that they would do anything for it to end.

Limitations:
  • The face works only when people are directly looking at it, not through some kind of screen, not through a mirror, not through a thick panel of glass.
  • The face does only work if you can properly make it out. People with a great eyesight will be affected by it at far greater ranges while people with terrible eyesight will need to be very close to be affected. Blind people will be completely unaffected.

Weaknesses:
  • [Uncertain Outcome]: I told you, that the face usually provokes fight or flight reactions...followed by worsening physical state due to the stress put on the body. However, a fight reaction can be very unpleasant for him, even if the victim cannot fully control himself and go at him full power, nobody would want...I don't know a raging Superman for instance to go after him, regardless of how unfocused he is.
  • [Wounds of War]: In the years he was gone, Medusold actually served as mercenary in Africa and South America. During this time he suffered a nasty wound just below his ribcage on the left half of his body. It has of course been treated properly and healed enough to not bother him any longer if left alone. However, pressure applied to it while cause excruciating pain to him and strong pressure will cause the wound to open once more which could prove fatal.

Tech Level: Modern Tech backed up by the occasional genius of mad science or captured equipment from governments or other organisations.
Description/Lore:
(Image)
Founded in 2008 by the Dictator of Saminia, Nightmare has but one purpose: To strike fear into the hearts of the people of the world, especcially those who would oh so happen to have something against Saminia.
Initially Nightmare started out as little more than a Secret Service of Saminia, acting only as spies and agents to help gather information outside of the country and do the dirty work of the dictator. They were of course largely unsuccessfull with the main reasons for this lack of success being the fact that they were chronically underfunded, undersupplied, understaffed and completely inexperienced. Agents of Nightmare were regularly captured and after some diplomatic quarrels sent back to Saminia with some harsh words. The agents rarely caused any harm to make them more than a tiny nuisance.

However, by 2011 its leader, Medusold Hotzenplotz, decided that there should be a change in the organisation's alignment, organisation and goals. The organisation was not inclusive enough, which he deemed to come from the fact that they were nothing more than a national secret service. They needed to serve a greater goal than simply protecting Saminia, a goal that would draw more people from all nationalities and ethnicities to the banner of Nightmare. Nightmare had to become independent from Saminia, atleast officially. And its new goal should be to terrorize the world, to make the leaders, nations and people of the world cower in fear before the mighty Nighmare. Mighty optimistic but we'll see how it played out.

Of course first the very public connections of Nightmare to Saminia had to be severed. An ingenious plot was created together with Medusold to overthrow him on the throne of Saminia, a plan which would of course come to his ears. In a show trial he officially disbanded Nightmare and ordered the executions of its leaders. In truth though, Nightmare moved its headquarters to a new compound and the character of Kommandant FEAR was born, an alias that Medusold took for himself to continue the leadership of Nightmare. And then Nightmare was free to act, with no one in the world having any evidence to tie the "new" Nightmare to Saminia.
At first recruitment and spread of Nightmare went only slowly. But it went forward, people were flocking to the banner of Nightmare. Far more than had worked for it ever before. Still, it remained a regional, loosely organised organisation at best.

It all changed in 2015. The rise of the refugee crisis, the terrorist attacks. Nightmare was suddenly swarmed with recruits who were all for striking fear deep into the hearts of the western world or anyone else really after some persuasion. With the new recruits also came new experience, new men to organise the countless operatives that Nightmare had gathered over the years. Actual bases were built, weapons distributed, operatives received actual training. Over the last two years Nightmare has risen from something that existed mostly in bad internet jokes and chatrooms into an organisation that threatens public safety on a large scale and is well tied into existing terrorist organisations, trading weapons, informations and material with them.

Population Size: 358.920
Army Size (If any): Theoretically all of them are part of the army. But for the sake of balance we will make a distinction between informants and terrorists. 60.000 people are ready worldwide to spread terror with anything ranging from kitchen knives over bombs and pistols to actual tanks and the results of weird science projects. Nightmare operatives on a mission are usually easily recognisable by the masks they wear, those often being any kind of mask you can find in the shop around Halloween. Less serious or more individualistic members also tend to wear all kinds of other Halloween related stuff like Jack O'Lantern patches, batwings etc.
Races that are part of the faction: Any who sign up. Nightmare does not care about how you look and merely about your committment to spreading the organisation and causing havoc to reap and sow fear.
Additional Info:
-A preferred weapon among Nightmare Operatives is the CZ2000
-Nightmare does not strike in Saminia or has any offensive capabilities there
-Nightmare does not have a firm grasp over all its cells or even knowledge of them

Name: Saminia
Type: Principality (Country)
Location: Europe. Alps. Tiny Country mostly occupying the Samina valley so basically eastern Liechtenstein and going all the way up to Feldkirch in Austria, with Feldkirch being the capital.
Population: 43.283
Notable features: The most notable feature of the Principality of Saminia are the plethora of high mountains. What else to expect from an alpine state? The Samina Valley as well as its side valleys are however barely inhabited, the largest settlements being the villages of Malbun and Steg. Nearly all of the population is packed in the capital of Feldkirch and the city of Frastanz which are located at the end of the Ill Valley. Despite a relatively high GDP due to the trade with natural oil ressources, many of the people prefer to stick to old and traditional timber-framed homes, creating a rather medieval atmosphere in the settlements of Saminia.

Interesting apps. I think my biggest concern is with Fear's power. It seems super strong, and just doesnt really have a comparable weakness or limit. So I feel like I just need a clear weakness to this power.
Second thing is the army is way too big, especially considering the size of the country. I think this terrorist org sbould be a small and elite squad, rather than a massive army of grunts.

It's not an army, especially not an army of that country. It's an international terrorist organization with people of all nationalities and backgrounds splintered in countless small cells over the globe.

It's not necessarily elite but it will always be relatively small groups because earth is a rather large planet, spreading that number out considerably.

As for the Kommandant's face, well, its weakness lies in looking at it indirectly nullifies its effect. So basically you approach him like Medusa with your back and staring into a mirror or you find yourself some sort of camera goggles and just approach directly, watching a life feed of him. So, and even then a berserk character could just hit him and kill him while in the berserk mode or he/she manages to escape during a flight reaction. And robot characters or with non-biological eyes or some weird tech visor (which probably relies on a life camera feed) like that of Tony Stark basically have a free pass against his power.

Although I am open to further suggested weaknesses because right now I can't come up with another reasonable one.

Do these mind-control spores have to come off the bee all the time, or can their release be controlled?

IMO, those types of things are good sometimes if they're planned ahead of time but not as fun if mind control powers get used randomly. But yeah, it's preferences.

Anyway, just wanted to say I'll do the app I had planned tomorrow.

For what it's worth, I think Medusoid's power isn't too unbalanced. Its limitations are very circumstantial, but I think most characters can deal with it with relative ease, so there's that.

Regarding Nightmare, I think Tom's main concern was their size, so if you just cut back their numbers, maybe give up their being global and make them operate on a specific area of the world, there shouldn't be any issues.

Yes, if they weren't global anymore, I'd happily cut back on their numbers.

Problem is, I am asking myself which areas to take out. Large swaths of Africa, South-East Asia and South America sound like he best choices to me cause people here have a much lower access to the internet and often already live in fear of gang wars.

I know it's not really that much foreshadowy if we know what's coming, but meh :P

Alright, my fourth app and the last for now. A villain app, this time. An independent contractor who is currently hired for the second time by Warwolf and taking residence in Hawaii. Imagine younger Tony Stark but with more villainous streaks. And significantly weaker Iron Man suit.

Name: Akira Yasunaga

Age: 20

Gender: Male

Race: Human

Appearance (pics if possible):
Image

Image

Young Blood?: Nope. And never will, apparently.

Bio:

Born in Kyoto, Akira Yasunaga is the youngest son in seven siblings of Yasunaga family, a long-line generational family that dated back to Sengoku Jidai. Their origin closely related to mercantile and subsequent connections with Shimazu clan, but as centuries passed they began to turned their resources and focusing on technologies, although in the end they ended up only forming small-scale company developing technology devices for those who wished to be superheroes with technology-based superpowers instead. Akira was already an intelligent boy when he was young, with the knack of computer and engineering. It's apparent that his intelligence is high enough for him to developed things for his own and for the betterment of Japan's prowess in technology side.

For example of this intelligence, he was graduated from University of Tokyo with the engineering degree and with the highest scores. And even then it is simply just not enough for him, as he began to established himself as an independent hacker/contractor, working for those who offered him jobs, often on villainous acts. At this point he was simply felt bored and underachieved on things he already did so far. He did some research on his own as for explanation of his own powers and was revealed as a genetically-based powers, having been brought on from his ancestors. It was apparent that his powers are more than just intelligence in the highest level of the humanity, it is slightly reaching enhanced even when it is only the best in engineering and IT-related. Soon after this he was already 15, and by this time he also contributed wealth and resources to backed his own experiments and developments on things he wanted to do on.

He subsequently gained huge resources as the result, and began to working on his own suit as the means to protect himself more and thus lessening the cost of hiring bodyguards whenever he has to go on the field (despite the logic that hiring bodyguards is cheaper than making a suit). His villainous fame attracted attentions, one of which came from Warwolf International, who was pretty much attracted to his underworld fame as the independent hacker/contractor, and recruited him albeit temporarily as per the contract that he never work for anyone permanently, but in a period that can be extended. Soon after he relocated from Japan to United States and taking up residence in Hawaii, while waiting for his next assignment for Warwolf, having already worked for them in a "surveillance operation" in Egypt from a contract with one of the first world nations.

Powers:
  • Enhanced Intelligence: Genetically came from his ancestors, nonetheless the intelligence that he owns is higher beyond the limit of humanity's intelligence. Although it is only set maximum on engineering and IT, science is slightly higher but normally in the limit.
  • Enhanced Inventing: Able to invent technology-based devices and tools, provided he has the resources and the means to do so.
  • High-Tech Exoskeleton Suit: Employed by the Lycan means he has enormous resources to working upon. He built himself a high-tech state of the art exoskeleton suit in order to protect himself when he needs to be deployed to the field. The suit provides him with toughness, slight boost of strength, the blast abilities (repulsor, the likes of Iron Man's blast-type ability) and EMP-resistance. Also flight ability

Limitations (Reasons why your char can’t end the universe):
  • His prowess is limited on the technologies available to humanity, and despite his intelligence and adaptability, he only knows to a degree about Hadrian-based technology and he has no ambitions to rule the world whatsoever. His suit is also one-of-a-kind because of its huge cost in making one, thus not very easy to maintain the suit until an easier viability appears.
  • Electricity : He is weak to electricity, or more specifically his suit is vulnerable to electricity.

Weaknesses (Reasons why someone could kick their ass):
  • Physically untrained for combat: Combat-wise, he has little training in close combat and marksmanship.
  • Suit Vulnerability: If anything else, the suit is vulnerable to strong EMP-based attack, and the toughness only survived until so many hits.
  • No Access to Internet: Without access to internet, he is not strong.
(Note, you do not have a maximum or minimum of 2 weaknesses. If you don’t need all those, delete them. If you need more, copy and paste.)

Likes: Hacking, inventing things
Dislikes: Being quiet.

Additional Information (Optional; remove if unused)-
Birthday: February 28th
Theme song: Akira's Theme
Favorite food: Salmon, anything that is salmon-based.
Greatest fear: Without internet

I know it's not really that much foreshadowy if we know what's coming, but meh :P

Nice foreshadowing thing, Zark, as always.

Yeah, exactly their question. Who?

Also that is the time to put up my Leonar character to the fray. And speaking of him, I'll post something about him.

I think starting the search with the demon-powered sword guy running around beating people up is a good start. :P

Okay, so....well, I don't know how to make these two different people meet. You have any idea? Well, because my kind of idea is for my Leonar to barge in to a restaurant/food center to steal food because of his high metabolism.

Sounds like something Floyd would do.

Idea: they both, unaware of each other, barge into the same food store and fight over the scraps. :P
