Um... the USSR and China had notoriously terrible economies that have resulted in widespread death and famine (ex: Great Leap Forward, literally anything Stalin ever did ever). Pretty sure this guy is either joking, a North Korean that broke through the firewall, or a 5th grade social studies student.
