Alright so here's the deal work has slowed down enough that I feel comfortable starting a RP. Thank God! any ways I am a huge fan of S.M. Stirlings change series (sometimes called the emberverse) and would love to set up a RP based on that universe. for those who haven't had the pure joy of reading them (you definitely should) the series takes place in a world where all high energy technology has failed, this includes but is not limited to electricity, internal combustion engines, explosives and firearms, high pressure steam engines.... with all the key components of the modern world lost humanity reverts back to the past, different cultures develop based around the obsessions of their founder, most of humanity especially those in big cities parish or turn into neo-savages/cannibals. I would like to base the RP in North and South America including Alaska, the Caribbean islands and the Hawaiian islands. We will start on change day with a flash and pain behind the eyes and progress together or against one another through the years. a couple of key things lets be realistic in our land claims no claiming all of Florida or where ever just yet remember this is chaos and we don't know what has happened to cause this event.
