I was thinking of having her be associated with the original Young Bloods 19 years ago. Not one of them, but she WAS in the experiments and was visiting them during the attack, where she died. She then emulated and was taken by a villain, who killed her and tortured her over and over again. She escaped, but does during the escape, about a month ago in the RP time. Thus...all she remembers is her name and an odd pull to San Francisco and the new Young Bloods, where she enrolled. She doesn't even know of her powers, though she will eventually, and triggering ANY memories of the past (say, someone recognizing her and jump starting her memory) hits HUGE with emotional and mental turmoil.

Would that be okay, and if so, what villain?

There's a lot more, including weaknesses, but this is the basic background outline. Just wondering if it would work.

The 'original' Young Bloods were called the Wonder Warriors, for the record. And as Segral said, the Young Bloods have no real association with any of their surviving members at the moment. Also, the current Young Bloods are located in San Diego, and as for the enrollment, it'd be best if she joined them during the course of the RP, since we've basically played out everything from their creation to the present moment (it's just been two weeks anyway so she won't be missing out on much).

Besides that (mainly small corrections, really), I'm fine with the idea, I think it should work. If her background is indeed magical like Rebel says, maybe you could take a look at the supernatural spoiler and incorporate some elements from that.

I'm not sure what villain you could use, since most NPCs we have are less on the deranged and more on the pragmatic side, so torture would likely be seen as useless. Perhaps Animaster, but I'm not sure.

She doesn't have any memory of the surviving Young Bloods, that's just backstory :p

She simply enrolled in the school. She's not actually a member. She was drawn over there.

I'll figure out corrections after the application. Was just wondering if the powers/backstory were good

Sure. I'm just clarifying. And alright, didn't catch that you meant Thomen High and not the Young Bloods.

I am thinking about adding a second character. Not many details ironed out yet but rather than the more firepower focused Raven I figure this new character will be a martial arts mastered/close combat type character. I may add in some additional supplementary powers or not, have not decided yet. She will start off as an assassin though. One for the Triads.

And this is what she will look like.

Mei Lin

I may give her ki manipulation on a low scale or something. I'll need to think about it but whatever it is I would like it to be eastern/chinese inspired.

Also, this may be a villain to hero story also not ironed out yet.

Young Blood?: The big yeet
Bio:
In the year 2000, there was a project led by a small group of scientists working outside the confines of the government for a PMC corporation in the United States. The project, to create a sentient, mass producible android that could lay the groundwork for the first purchasable hero. The idea being, that such a thing would be sought after by governments around the world, a hero that could never be corrupted or lose it’s skill.

After many hurdles, a prototype had finally been constructed. It was powered by a small scale nuclear reactor, and was capable of intense strength and immensely powerful ranged attacks. This was in conjunction with extreme regeneration through magnetism of broken parts, along with being able to generate its own materials through nuclear fusion. Despite being complete, it was not with the intended results. After performing several tests with animals, it was discovered that the android struggled to differentiate between hostile targets and innocents, leading to seemingly random killing. It was determined that, to work, it would need aspects of the human mind.

So, one of the scientists was tasked with raising what was, for lack of a better word, a test tube baby, while the others got to work on a way to transfer this being’s consciousness to a computerized brain. Upon reaching the age where he would become capable of making moral decisions, for their sake, 15, he would undergo brain surgery to remove all but the ability to make these decisions with impunity, and then be uploaded to the new body.

The scientist in charge of raising the child, named Michael Jones, would spend these 15 years with him, raising him in the lab, and the area just outside of it, with intense supervision. Schooling and teaching the child, named Syn by the scientists, he was taught all about the ideas of a moral compass, and how to make decisions based on right and wrong.

However, as Michael taught this child he was raising about life and these moral choices, he began to question his own. Not only that, but he began to form a bond with the child. And as the days to drew nearer to the surgery and creation of this machine. He began consulting his colleagues, insisting that there had to be a different way. Alas, they insisted there was not, treating Syn as nothing more than what they believed he was. Simply biological lines of code. Michael determined that there was only one way to save the child.

On the morning of the procedure, in late 2016, he awoke to find that the procedure was about to begin. Panicked, he quickly made his way to the lowest floor in the facility, where Prototype 1 resided, deactivated. Using his clearance code to enter the vault, he made his way to the computer to begin the activation process. As he did, alarms began sounding, and the facility went on lockdown. The prototype’s body began glowing as Michael fled the room, taking the deactivation remote with him.

As he made his way up the stairs back to Syn, armed guards rushed past him, knowing what had occurred and who was responsible, but too busy with the task at hand to apprehend Michael. As he reached the top floor, he took a glance down the stairwell, only to witness flashes of bright light, accompanied with screams.

Entering the main lab, the scientists were in a scramble, as Syn remained untouched. His plan was to grab Syn and use his clearance code to escape the entrance, However, as he prepared to make his move, there was a large pound on the door between them and the stairwell. It was only moment before it burst open, shrapnel flying in every direction, the blast knocking the remote out of Michael’s hand along with sending a chunk of metal through his abdomen.

As the prototype began summarily executing the scientists, which it perceived as “threats”, Michael slowly made a crawl to the remote across the room. With most of his colleagues dead, if not mortally wounded, he gripped the remote as the prototype approached him. As it leaned down and picked him up by his throat, he hit the button. The machine fell backwards, hitting the floor with a thud.

Michael stumbled up, clutching his bleeding abdomen as he did. Approaching Syn, who was unconscious still, he noticed blood dripping down the table to the floor. Upon further investigation, he discovered a wound to the boy’s stomach area, caused by the shrapnel. Looking to the device that would transfer his consciousness, he picked Sym up. Carrying him to the machine, Michael placed him lightly in the chair, putting a helmet on his head that would transfer his consciousness to an android across the room.

Limping to the computer in the center of the lab, Michael entered his key, beginning the process. In mere moments, it was over, the boy’s entire consciousness had been transferred. As the glass panel to the bot’s container opened, it lit up, however, his consciousness remained in asleep from the anesthesia.

Michael approached, using what little strength he had to pick up Syn’s new lightweight body. He walked through the hallways towards the only entrance and exit, a door to an unassuming shed in the middle of a barren desert, with a blast shield on the inside of the facility. Entering his key to open the door, he placed Syn on the outside. With his work complete, he made his way back through the door, locking it behind him.

Powers:
  • Regeneration: Can regenerate through use of magnetism and mild matter manipulation (being able to form broken chunks of his body back to how they were before, and then reattaching them). Also upon training and later discovery, matter creation through nuclear fusion.
  • Energy Projection: Beams made of both electromagnetic nuclear energy. The electromagnetic beams fire as one concussive blast, like a bolt of lightning but with various power. The nuclear energy acts more like a consistent beam, though it is incredibly draining so it is best in short bursts. At the moment Syn only knows how to make use of electromagnetic beams.
  • Super Strength: Utilized by either magnetic acceleration or channeling energy through different body parts.
  • Matter Creation: The ability to create various elements through nuclear fusion.
  • Enhanced Durability: Self explanatory, a result of his metallic body.

Limitations:
  • He naturally has an inclination against violence, due to his teachings. Even once he gets in a fight, he rarely goes all out, due to not wanting to seriously hurt anyone.
  • He is immensely inexperienced with his powers, often unable to properly use them while regulating many facets of his body such as internal temperature. In other words, he can deliver a big hit should he feel so inclined, he just can't deliver very many, and each one will hurt him.

Weaknesses:
  • Electromagnetic Pulse: One of these will shut down most of his main functions, making him unable to regenerate or use any form of magnetism.
  • Stunlock: A powerful villain (or hero) can repeatedly hit him, not allowing his current form of regeneration to catch up properly. This means that he can be effectively stunlocked by rapid fire attacks until his body has to complete rebuild itself, which is a somewhat timely process.

Likes: Helping others, learning, playing video games, synthwave music
Dislikes: Fighting (violence in general), the morally corrupt

Am a little concerned by the powers, I either need you to get rid of one of the powers(matter creation is my suggestion) or I think a better option is putting clearer limitations on powers, particularly regeneration and matter creation.

Name: Angelica Dalin (Day-lynn)
Age: 16, though she was born 38 years ago. She's weird like that.
Gender: F
Race: Human
Appearance:
Young Blood?: Yes
Bio:
Angelica Dalin was among the children experimented on way back in the 90's with what would become the Wonder Warriors. However, it seemed like she would be a failure, and died for the first time during the experiments.

It was then that her powers kicked off. Her body burst into flame as they were preparing to do an autopsy, and her heartbeat returned, her wounds healed. With it came flames, wings, and a sharp scream she quickly released. The scientists were overjoyed, and she died a good few times before rescue, in the hope that more powers would develop. They did not.

Upon rescue, she opted to try and love a normal life. No more scientists, no more flames, and no more captivity. Instead of college or returning home (as she couldn't remember where that was, probably for the best), she set off on a trip acronym the country.

Ever so often she would visit the Wonder Warriors in California. Whilst not taking their way of life, she did find comfort into seeing people thrive outside of what little she could remember of the experiments. This led her to, one fateful day, at the Young Blood massacre, being caught into their world. A world where her only experience was an explosion....

She next awoke a captive aboard a vessel of an independent research scientist, a drowned corpse to them. When she awoke, the scientist thought he may have found the perfect way to fame, if only he could crack her rebirth generically.

He killed her and experimented on her for years. She doesn't quite remember any of it, but it still exists in her nightmares. However, a few months ago, she escaped. She felt an odd pull towards San Diego, and, dying from starvation and dehydration and disease a few times between there, she arrived one month ago with barely any memory. Taken in by the Dalin's, she was enrolled in Thomsen High School, where she heard tell of the Young Bloods. It is there that her story officially begins....

Powers:
  • [Pyrokinesis]: Fire manipulation, uncontrollable when berserk or during a breakdown
  • [Sonic scream]: Can increase her lung power to 140 decibels, uncontrollable when berserk or during a breakdown
  • Rebirth]: 5 minutes after a mortal wound, Angelica will self emulate, returning to her 16 year old self with no memories beyond her name, age (16), and birthday, as well as any skills.
  • [Healing Flame]: Instead of destructive, this for actually gives a warm, soothing effect whilst healing the person affected.
  • [Berserk]: After a mental breakdown, or saving someone from near death, Angelica loses her ability to control her powers and state of mind, yet increases her peers as well. The flames turn white hot, and form claws and the ability to again heat and for from the surroundings. However, she attacks indiscriminately. If having just gotten out of a breakdown, she attacks purely what set her off, friend or foe. The after affects of this, after healing or being calmed, is SERIOUS burns.
  • [Flight]: Flaming wings when her powers are activated. Disappear instantly during a breakdown

Limitations:
  • Her maximum area of affect is barely enough to cover a street block.
  • Obvious Decibel max

Weaknesses:
  • [Extreme Naivete]: With no memories comes no experience. Like a small child, she trusts people almost always, and is incredibly gullible.
  • [Only human after all]: She has no real defenses, not even her flames. A gunshot, knife, or even well aimed steel pipe could cause her to have to be reborn
  • [Mental Breakdown]: If someone kick-starts a memory of anytime before her last rebirth, her mind will overload as everything comes back to her. This will set her off into a panic attack that is defined by screaming at full force and being surrounded by a blue orb of flames. She is totally useless like this, and it's quite difficult to calm her down. Knocking her out is usually the way to go. It's easier on her as well, as if she ISN'T knocked unconscious, she goes berserk, attacking that which set of her memories.

Likes: She LOVES hamsters. Not to eat, to play with. It's an odd fixation that lasts through every time she comes back. She has a sweet tooth so intense she guards her candy jealously. And, of course, she enjoys trying out anything clothing related. When she finally gets to pick a costume... Well... It might take a while.
Dislikes: She is not a fan of cats, interestingly enough. Dogs are fine, rabbits are alright, and cows are...meh, but she really doesn't like cats. Tends to hiss at them. She doesn't like being pranked. She finds it mean, regardless of how harmless, and doesn't like being tricked. Even if it is easy...

Additional Information
Birthday: June 2nd. One of the few things she remembers
Theme song: https://youtu.be/F9kXstb9FF4
Favorite food: Texas chili with Chipotle peppers
Greatest fear: Drowning. Which... She did once so....

Young Blood?: Nada

Bio: Li Yang Zhang was born in Hangzhou, China, the the Zhiejiang province of Eastern China. Li's life was a struggle from the very beginning, as she was born to a Chinese track sprinter for a father, and a university professor is a mother. Both were perfectionists who always wanted perfect out of Li, no matter what. She was enrolled in basketball, football, and badminton teams, was given musical lessons on the piano and harp, taught to speak English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, and generally being held to perfect academic dominance over all subjects by her demanding parents. Li was naturally athletic, becoming the star of her middle and high school sports teams and out of school teams. In academics and music, she was not as naturally inclined as she was with athletics, but over time, she improved a lot. To any other parent, she would have been the apple of their eyes.

But not for hers.

With every second place, failure, or missed mark, the beatings and abuse ensued. At first, it was yelling or light slapping. As she grew older, they became beatings, spankings, emotional abuse, starvation. They would lock her in a closet or a basement. They would yell expletives at her. They would rap her knuckles whenever she missed a note on the piano. No dinner some days. No food some days. It was no place for any child to live in, and one who had already suffered so much exhaustion trying to cope with her parents demands.

Eventually, it reached its breaking point. One night, after an ankle injury caused her to lose an important girls' badminton tournament, a night where her father had had a couple drinks, something terrible happened. At first, Li thought she'd gotten away with it. Her father was silent the whole drive home. But the second they stepped foot into the house, as soon as she knew it, she was dragged into her room by her hair, where her dad pinned her down on the ground. All she heard was his pants being unzipped, and then...pain, just...pain.

That was it for Li. The next day, another night full of her father drinking, she jumped him, holding a kitchen knife. But it failed. Her father was a former Olympic athlete, and easily overpowered her. She was on the floor again, bruises dotting her face, and her father was undoing his belt. But something awoke inside her. With a feral scream, she leaped upon him, barreling straight into his chest in a frenzy of flailing limbs. Soon enough, she was sitting on top of her father, while he was bleeding from the chest. In panic and fear, she ran....

She lived seven years of her life on the streets. Seven whole years. Seven years of begging, picking trash, selling tea, shoe polishing to earn her next meal. There were gangs and gun groups, perverts and killers, speeding cars and uncaring pedestrians. At many times, there was no safe place, nowhere to hide. But she was tough and bright, and managed to eke out a meager living of wages on the street. After about two years, she needed a more steady source of income. But instead of going into sex or organ trade, she became a street fortune teller. She knew a little here and there, and many bought into it. She could tell a convincing enough story, one that was simple with enough odd details to make it sound credible. The fates she described were realistic but out-there enough to fool the pedestrians, and the money became a little looser. But one more thing was even more different; her powers.

At different times of the day, if she felt threatened, scared, or angry, she suddenly transformed. Just like that. Sometimes she was a monkey, sometimes a dog, sometimes an ox. Soon, she realized she had been given a gift. And she learned to control it. Away from prying eyes, she would practice. She would train. She would learn. She had learned many things, but these lessons were especially important to her.

Eventually, life got...better? She began dating a boy she met who she had just told a fortune for. There was instant chemistry between them, both knew it. They made plans to meet later, and it got better quickly. He was from a rich family, and paid to send her to high school to relearn what she had missed. Soon, they fell in love, and quickly eloped, Li becoming pregnant a month later.

However, one night, after a nasty bout of morning sickness, her husband found her in the form of a half-human, half-dragon. The truth had been unveiled. Her husband, mortified that he had married a metahuman, walked out three days later, leaving Li alone to take care of her daughter in the small, one-bedroom apartment they had. She was only twenty. But now she knew what her purpose was. It was not to fortune tell or play badminton, it was to clean the dirty streets she had lived on and free them from the people that terrorized them.

Li soon gained local fame in Hangzhou, for her notable image and powerful abilities. She quickly grew in fame in the following years, the local media and public becoming transfixed with her heroic image and her heartbreaking backstory. Her struggle as a single mother wove its way into the hearts of many, all around China. She never lost sight of her goal, becoming a symbol of national pride in her homeland.

But, new trouble has arisen. The Night Circus, a powerful group of super-powered terrorists, on a trip to China, kidnapped her daughter and is holding her hostage. Li knew she would not be able to defeat them single-handedly, and very few other Chinese heroes would be willing to help her. So, catching wind of the new group of young ragtag heroes known as the Young Bloods, she comes to America, in search of assistance in finding the most precious thing in the world to her; her 5-year old daughter Zhi.

Powers:
  • Zodiac Power: Basically, depending on the current solar longitude or term, otherwise known as zodiac time, Li gets one of 12 powers and physiologies, based on the Chinese Zodiac.

Rat: In this form, Li drastically shrinks in size, to three and a half feet. She grows larger, clawed feet, a large tail that can be used for whipping and snagging, and poison tipped fangs. Her speed is upped to a very fast 100 MPH, and she gets a modest agility boost.

Ox: Contrary to the rat form, Li grows to a huge seven and a half feet, with much more muscular strength and a much broader frame. She also grows long, sharp horns. In this stage, she gains super strength, and can, with enough damage/adrenaline, go into a berserk mode, with super speed up to 50 MPH, strength, and durability.

Tiger: Li grows about half a foot taller, and grows sharp claws on her hands and feet, as well as sharper teeth and more powerful jaws. She also gets a slight muscular boost in her legs, allowing for enhanced leaping ability. She has a few, assorted powers. The first is stealth and lightfootedness, meaning she doesn't make noise when she moves. The second is predator instincts, which give her heightened senses and tracking ability.

Rabbit: Li shrinks down to four feet, but gains a lot of muscular strength in her legs, much more than the average human. Other than that, the only physiological changes are longer incisors, that are actually quite sharp, and longer ears, which giver her slightly enhanced hearing. In terms of powers, she has enhanced leaping ability, as well as super strength based solely in her legs, giving her extreme kangaroo-like kicking ability. She feels this one's kind of useless.

Dragon: Now this is one of Li's favorites. She grows to 8 feet, with huge claws, fangs, a long spiked tail, and wings with a ten foot wingspan. She also becomes very scaly, and her eyes begin to shine, with bigger pupils. In terms of powers, she can fly short distances, use pyrokinesis generated from her throat, and create sonic roars, similar to the Hadrian's abilities. All in all, pretty cool.

Snake: Another favorite of Li's. She gets even more scales than before, and gets dilated pupils, with a long, sticky forked tongue. In terms of pure height, this one tops it at nine feet, as well as being decently muscular in her limbs. She gets extreme flexibility, as well as sticky skin, allowing her to stick to many surfaces, even glass for short periods. Her fangs are tipped with extremely deadly boomslang poison, and she can hurl this as a projectile whenever she wishes. However, her favorite tactic is choking, where she wraps around a dazed criminal and puts them in a chokehold.

Horse: In horse, she grows to six and a half feet, but other than that, not much changes. Her fingers are flattened on the end to mini-hooves, and she grows a small, bushy tail, but that's about it. In terms of powers, she gets boosted stamina, endurance, and durability. She can take several bullets to normally fatal places before blacking out, and that might not even kill her. She can also run for up to an hour straight, and fight for long periods of time in drawn out combat.

Goat: In goat, she grows a set of horns, longer than the ox as well as slightly curved. The same hoove-hands are created as the horse, and pupils are dilated. Despite this, her eyesight is enhanced slightly, as well as her sense of smell. In this form, she can go into unstoppable charge modes, where she runs forward at breakneck speed with the purpose of ramming someone into dust. This is very difficult to stop or slow, but it can be done.

Monkey: This is probably Li's favorite form. She gets longer nails, as well as a tail that is able to support her entire weight, letting her swing and dead hang from anything she can get it around. In terms of powers, her palms and soles are stickier and able to grip better, as well as getting enhanced grip strength, balance, and gymnastics abilities. Basically, she becomes a human monkey, and it becomes good for aggroing enemies.

Rooster: This is one of Lin's least favorite ones. She grows a long beak that can be used for pecking at close rage, as well as growing clawed talons that also help with climbing. She also grows wings, but ones that are smaller than the dragon ones. This one is a bit of interesting power. She can fly and do sonic voice at a toned down level compared to the dragon, but her sonic voice also has energizing properties. It can energize and wake up fallen or weary allies, and helps her act as a support role, something she's not too fond of.

Dog: The dog is another curious one. It acts like a muted tiger, with slightly duller and less forceful tooth and jaw, as well as less leaping ability, being a bit slower, and having the same sharpness of claw. But what makes the dog special is it's mental powers. Not only is it omnilingual and telepathic, it also has increased empathy and understanding, and can break down social cues easier. It also shares enhanced senses with the tiger, but at a lower level.

Pig: In pig form, Li becomes much shorter and stockier, like a wrestler. She grows a small tail which doesn't have much use aside from tripping foes, and a snout that allows a heightened sense of smell. Other than that, there's not much else to be said. In terms of powers, however, it's interesting. She gets minor boosts in durability and speed, but what makes it special is her geomancy, allowing her to create, control, and sling mud in different forms at enemies, from balls to waves. She has mixed feelings on this one.

Limitations:
Limitations and Shit

Rat: In rat, Li can only run up to 100 MPH, and that’s at top sprint, with maximum energy. As well the poison in her fangs, while it can seriously harm a child or kill a baby, can’t kill a full-grown man.

Ox: Strength in Ox form is limited. While she can chuck some decent-sized cars around or uproot a small tree, she can’t do everything. For example, knocking a reinforced door down, while possible, is extremely difficult and taxing and would take quite some time. As well, her berserk mode is limited to only one minute, and she sacrifices some loss of control in it

Tiger: The tiger form doesn’t have many limits, but it has a few. Firstly, the strength of its jaw is limited, in the fact that while it could easily crush someone’s windpipe or break ribs, bigger bones like femurs are difficult to break, and usually only result in cracking. In terms of leaping, she has about twenty feet of distance as her maximum, as she’s only broken that limit a few times.

Rabbit: The hearing ability of the rabbit form is limited. She can detect heartbeats from five feet away and hear moderate-to-loud through a soundproofed wall, whispers beyond the same wall are murky and/or inaudible, with the same occurring with heartbeats more than five feet away. In terms of leaping, her limit is forty feet, as she has never gotten above that distance.

Dragon: With great power comes great responsibility. While Li’s dragon can fly, breathe fire and roar, all three have limits. She can only fly for up to one minute, which translates to roughly half a mile at top speed. After that, her wings become tired. In terms of pyrokinesis, her fires reach about 900 degrees Celsius, 1652 degrees Fahrenheit, or 1173 Kelvin. Hotter than the average flame, but not by much. And she can only produce so much before it fades to sparks and smoke, which ten requires a cooldown period of about an hour. Enough to bring down a house, but not enough to torch a city block. Finally, her sonic roars reach a maximum of 140 db, as loud as the average rock concert. Certainly enough to stun someone and cause minor hearing damage, but it won’t exactly knock them out. It’s more of a stungun.

Snake: Her flexibility and sticky skin are limited in power. While she can coil around a tree or do some weird contortion, certain activities such as 360 degree neck turning and extreme contortion are a little too dangerous, and will likely result in tearing muscles or popping joints. As well, her sticky skin can stick to some surfaces, usually rough ones like tree bark or cliff walls, smooth objects like ice or glass are trickier to stick to, and she can generally only stick to them for about a minute before losing traction. As for the poison vomit, it can kill an adult, but it will take time. Lots of it. Not to mention she can only hurl it ten feet in any direction.

Horse: She can endure a lot, but not everything. While she can eat a few bullets to the stomach, cheek, thigh, or even the back, eventually, enough attacks or wounds in normally fatal spots will do her in from bleeding or trauma. And if it doesn’t kill her, it will likely badly injure and incapacitate her for several hours or even days. As for her running, while she can run for up to an hour, that’s at a moderate pace of 10 MPH and going faster will eat away at her stamina.

Goat: Her charges can be stopped. She charges at about 50 MPH, and while that is decent, it can be sidestepped or stopped. Stopping it is very difficult, however, large amounts of blunt trauma, heavy force or resistance, or spontaneous events such as explosions can stop her. Otherwise, she’ll just keep charging. As for eyesight, it’s only a minor increase. She can make out individual pixels better, see from farther distances, and has a clearer and sharper eyesight in general. As for smell, she has the ability to detect certain odors and identify people by them. She can also track people by the smell they waft, as long as she stays about five feet behind them

Monkey: Her tail has limits. It can hold her entire 155 lb bodyweight, as well as most loads up to 175 lb. Anything more than that is likely to lead to collapse or falling if she tries to suspend it. Her sticky palms act like a slightly muted version of the sticky snake skin, being able to hold on to glass in place for up to 45 seconds. In terms of grip strength and balance, both have limits. She can hold onto a pull-up bar with pure upper-body for about ten minutes before her grip gives out. As for balance, she can maneuver across a balance beam of roughly half a foot with no trouble, but any thinner and it takes increased amounts of focus and lack of disturbance to pull off.

Rooster: There are a few limits to the rooster abilities. While the talons help with climbing, they don’t necessarily allow her to climb sheer surfaces. That’s basically impossible unless there are grooves or ledges in the surface. Her beak is only five feet long, and her wings only allow her to fly for up to thirty seconds, or roughly five hundred feet. As for her sonic voice, while it does provide an energy boost, it is small, as it the maximum it can do is allow an incapacitated comrade to stand up and walk again. It can rouse someone from sleep, but it might not be able to do so with sedatives or anaesthetics in place.

Dog: Like stated previously, the dog is a muted tiger. The most its jaw could break are ribs, anything thicker or more solid, it will have a difficult time cracking or snapping. It also can only leap about 10 feet, and is around 5 MPH slower. In terms of mental powers, the omnilingualism can only process actual languages, not grunts or rudimentary communication. Its telepathy can only receive input and has limited output in terms of communication, only being able to speak to one person at once.

Pig: The pig’s sense of smell is slightly better than the goat’s, as it is easier to identify and single out odors, as well as track people from about 7-10 feet. The speed at full sprint is only about 30 MPH, and while it can take slightly more punishment, enough bullets or blunt trauma will incapacitate or kill her. Her mud is limited to using about 10 L at a time, more will cause immense amounts of stamina and energy decrease.

Weaknesses:
  • Plot Armor Magic: Li, in almost any form, cannot resist magic too well, as most of her forms rely on physical, non-magical attacks. Dragon and pig can combat magic, but other than that, she can be a sitting duck.
  • Mental Attacks: Li isn't resistant against telepathic attacks, and doesn't have any yet. These can be a flaw.
  • Size Matters: Some of Li's forms are small and physically weak, and can be overpowered by large, physically powerful foes.
  • Protectiveness: Li is extremely protective of her daughter, and come sometimes abandon reason or fly into battle just to help or save her.

Likes: Asian fusion, Go, athletics, crime fighting, fortune telling, astrology, her daughter
Dislikes: Criminals, the Night Circus, American food, cats, abusive parents, failing

Additional Information-
Birthday: May 23, 1992
Theme song: Battle theme
Personal Theme
Favorite food: Sweet and Sour Pork, Traditional Cantonese Dish
Greatest fear: Losing her daughter

Looks pretty good Seg, biggest thing though is I think you should lower the rat'a speed, 100 MPH seems a little fast, especially since all the others seem more or less realistic. Also I think to add to the mental weakness, you should make it so she is particualrly weak to pyschic manipulation when in animal form.

Name: Li Yang Zhang
Age: 25
Gender: Female
Race: Human
Appearance (pics if possible):

Her speed is upped to a very fast 75 MPH, and she gets a modest agility boost.

In terms of powers, her palms and soles are stickier and able to grip better, as well as getting enhanced grip strength, balance, and gymnastics abilities. Wish i could get into this again. Thought of a rework for blockade, the character i initially made, instead of force fields would be kinetic energy manipulation, to start would just be able to absorb kinetic impacts, making him effectively immune to physical impacts, much the same way the force field would, and would have the same weaknesses of magic and the elements and such.

Unfortunately, i will probably be losing my internet in a couple days, so yeah.

@Segral: Kiris hasn't really used her special powers at any point in the story so far, so I don't think Carter would know that she needs to be immobile to use them :P

Also I posted for Alexis as having sat down next to Frostbite earlier, but that's minor, since it doesn't affect much.

EDIT: Also, come to think of it, I get the feeling that the movie about the United Champions probably wouldn't feature their current lineup.

Also I posted for Alexis as having sat down next to Frostbite earlier, but that's minor, since it doesn't affect much.

EDIT: Also, come to think of it, I get the feeling that the movie about the United Champions probably wouldn't feature their current lineup.

Accepted, by the way.

I'll update the OP with accepted apps sometime next week most likely.

Most of the powers are planned for waaaay later. And the regeneration is pretty much one of his core abilities given he’s not much more durable than your average person.

That's fair, but I'm asking you to outline the limitation of it, IE at what point can he no longer regenerate? And to what extend can he regenerate? And even though you intend for the powers to matter later, I would still like them to have a clear limitation to avoid any disputes later on

Gonna add this to the possibilities for a RP theme song if that is still a thing.

Will either edit my last post or just put a new one up later involving Red. I've been fighting off droopy eyes for quite some time, and my writing is suffering because of it so I'd rather just finish this bit here and then work on it later.
