Josef Stalin maintains a policy of neutrality regarding neighboring states, though increasing tensions throughout Europe might change that. The EESSR is considered the Communist Hub on Europe, and has offered asylum to comrades fleeing persecution from other nations. However, the EESSR is not a merciful state, and under their ruthless Josef Stalin have garnered a reputation for brutality.

I suppose, but the Red Army would-be weaker, so if you did launch your attack against us, you would have smaller chances of victory against me, but honestly, I suggest going for the rest of Central Asia or something.

I suppose, but the Red Army would-be weaker, so if you did launch your attack against us, you would have smaller chances of victory against me, but honestly, I suggest going for the rest of Central Asia or something.

Well of course it would be weaker, thus we must gain power, consolidate power, and maintain power. Whilst also spreading the revolution and bring the workers once again above yada yada, communism noises.

Wouldn’t of stopped them from fleeing the nation, such as evacuating to Central Asia or Eastern Europe. So it would still make perfect sense.
