Qarpi is an island country located in the West Pacific. It's capital is Ksuhrbucc. It has a population of around 510,000 citizens who are called Qarpians. The national currency is the riyal. Qarpi has a humid continental climate with oceanic influences, featuring warm summers and cold and snowy winters. It occupies an area of 132.76 square kilometers. The northern part of the city faces the ocean and is a great deep water harbor since early times. Qarpi has been inhabited by indigenous tribes and has largely stayed off the radar of more powerful nations. Considering its small size, it has relied on other states for its protection and security. Until 2018 it had a treaty with the Kingdom of Jeltronia declaring Qarpi a protectorate.

Qarpi is looking for a new state to provide it foreign and military protection. If accepted, Qarpi will become its protectorate.

But we do have Merdon, which was a formerly small independent nation off the coast of Kendor. It was invaded by the former communist government on 1929, and even today, with the Kendorian government offering independence, the communists have repressed the nationalist movement so much, that even 30 years later, the people are still willing to stay.
What can you offer Qarpi:

Greetings, fellow world leader!

First of all, I want to extend the warmest of welcomes from not just myself, but from the entire nation of Avisronia. It takes a strong leader to launch your nation onto the international stage, and you seem like just that. First, let me submit the fact sheet you asked for.

Avisronia is a constitutional republic, not much different in organization than many countries you will find around the world today. What sets us apart is that our government has an extraordinary public-private partnership with the multitude of large corporations that reside here, while also protection individual rights. That means low taxation, but large investment into things like infrastructure and education. Those are the things that will allow you to make you own country great in two decades.

Avisronia was once a small nation with a big army. We entangled ourselves in countless foreign affairs. We spent trillions. After retreating for roughly decades, a new model has emerged. We dominate transportation. So here’s what I’m offering you:

1) Avisronia will finance, in the city of your choosing, one of the 15 largest international airports in the world, by passenger volume. The adjoining cargo hub should be in the top 30.

2) We will upgrade or construct one commercial seaport that will rival the largest of our own nation. This will enable consumer goods to be both imported and exported from your nation at a fraction of their former cost. This benefits the average citizen of your country by lowering costs, while enabling Avisronia to both manufacture within your country, and export our own goods there. This center will effectively become a world class university over the course of a decade or two.

4) You will have full access to the Avisronian State Investment Bank, an organization that has existed for almost 100 years and that has completed some of the largest public projects in the history of civilization. Want to give your people free healthcare, but can’t cover the initial cost? Ask ASIB. Want to build a new aircraft carrier, but the public balks at the cost? Want to completely revamp your nations electrical system, but don’t have the room in your budget? ASIB can get you loans at below-market rates, over longer repayment terms. You see, Avisronia realized long ago that isolationism is the detriment to all nations. Leftists will have you believe that by doing everything in-house, you retain the value.
