This isn't the right place to ask it, you'll want Moderation Forum, but I'm quite sure their answer is going to be "no". I mean, anyone could make two different accounts with different emails and pretend to have a brother.

You can take turns being in the WA, just make sure the other has resigned before you sign up. Also, you only need a WA account for endorsements and proposal submissions. You can partake the debates and draft proposals without being in the WA.

Congrats! As a WA member, you now have the right to vote on WA proposals and, if you have two endorsements, to draft and submit your own legislation. The etiquette for legislators is to read the proposal rules and to post proposal drafts in this forum for several days or weeks of public comments before submission. Endorsements are regulated by regional governments according to their own needs and desires.

As you said in "Legalize Penguin Abortions",Therefore, this proposal, "Replace your Head of State with a Penguin" must be against your national laws.Masurbia wrote:Penguins aren't even sentient!

Frisbeeteria wrote:There is no requirement for GA forum participants to be WA members. My nation hasn't been a member in about a decade. As for the IC aspect, it isn't regulated, but I'd be surprised if people got bent out of shape over a non-WA Ambassador.
