Reading the IC now it doesn't seem that Carter would reasonably be able to make his appointment with Alexis. Sengral, would you think it better to just go ahead and have her go off on her own and writing Carter off as a no show and catch up later?

She has access to the news and seeing he was in front of a camera she could see that he is not in shape to come for a meeting.

Oi, Rebel!

Red Raven and her actions would probably draw the attention of my vigilante villains, they love broken, angsty, teen-twenty-somethings because they all basically are!

Also, I hope you don't mind, but the news reports of Red Raven's crime spree and vigilante-ism will try to connect the sudden rise in crime to the...

Despite having no involvement in it or motivation behind it. I was going to detail a sudden and sharp rise in crime in the Southwest following that event, which would inevitably lead to the Young Bloods getting more action after their training session.

Damn, this arc may actually see some decent player character involvement. Well, you know I am down if your characters want to dive in to help Red Raven. She could use some heavier hitters. Even with my new NPC characters, they are all fairly low in power level.

Hey everyone, since some people have discussed wanting to do some side arcs, i figured I'd share with you all what I had planned next for the YB.

First there would be a training exercise, where the structure of the team would start to come together and chars can show off their powers and personality if they havent had the oppuunity to that point.

Second, an NPC group that can be found in the first few posts known as War Wolf, is going to use the prison break as a justifcation to temporarily occupy San Deigo. They are going to crack down indiscrimentally on heroes and villains alike so I thought they would add a good grey area aspect to the rp. Within this we will probably have a few fights where stopping villians gets the YB in their cross hairs.

That lines up perfectly with the side arc I had planned for Nathan! It's so perfect, I can't believe it lol. I wanted to make an arc involving Lycan doing something major which aggravates Nathan and puts him on the path towards super superiority. This works so perfectly! Wow.

This is unrelated to anything RP related but...I have a long list of anime I want to watch this year(or rewatch) and I am being indecisive. Not only can I not decide in what order I want to watch these series but I cannot even decide if I want to start by revisiting something familiar or watching something new.

If anyone is interested in giving me some feedback on what they like the most or think I should watch I shall spoiler a list.

*Tokyo Ghoul
*Sword Art Online
*Attack on Titan
*Hikaru no Go
*Mobile Suit Gundam Wing
*Mobile Suit Gundam 00
*Fairy Tail
*Bleach
*My Hero Academia
*Kill la Kill
*Akame ga Kill
*Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood
*Full Metal Panic
*Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex
*Black Lagoon

*Death Note
*Samurai Champloo
*RWBY(I consider this Anime)
*Samurai X(Bloody Rurouni Kenshin Prequel)
*Street Fighter II Animated Movie(Love that movie)
*Mass Effect Paragon Lost(Love Mass Effect, and this movie)
*Batman Gotham Knight(Series of Batman Anime shorts)
*My Dragon Ball Super DVD Collection

I'll do the second nicely while at the same time doing my own arc.

Maybe also considering to voluntarily join YB at some point.

Fairy Tail, Bleach, Fullmetal Alchemist. I suggest the Brotherhood one, as it follows the manga closely. Full Metal Panic is also a funny and serious anime, one that served military and school. Black Lagoon is violent anime, gangsters and black and grey morality. Samurai Champloo and Batman Gotham Knight.

What is Overlord about? I think that is on Hulu, where I will be watching the vast majority of this. But it needs to be dubbed, I cannot do subs. Its why I am a hundred plus episodes behind on DBSuper.

Also, RWBY is great. Yang is best girl. :p

Basically, SAO if the main character was the only one affected and an all-powerful evil overlord, basically.

SAO is on my watch list...I have not seen it. :p

Also, I have got to add Cowboy Bebop to my Watch List and Rurouni Kenshin to my Rewatch List. I have seen episodes of Bebop, but never the series through.

And Kenshin is perhaps my favorite anime of all time. Its basically Super Saiyan Samurai edition.

Kenshin's pretty good, yeah. Never watched it all, but the parts I did watch were badass.

Or just funny, depending on the episode.

Yup, its a classic. Great balance of romance, comedy and action. With some great supporting characters. Sano is great. If you had not seen it you must watch the Shishio Arc. That battle between Kenshin and Shishio was epic.

And the Samurai X prequel was bloody awesome. Taking place in the revolution where Kenshin earned his reputation as a man slayer.

I would definitely recommend Code Geass if you haven't seen it already. Great balance of giant robots, strategy, action, supernatural powers, and school.

To Watch
*Tokyo Ghoul- Never watched it but I haven't heard good things from it
*Sword Art Online- Despite the hate it gets I actually enjoy it but don't get me wrong I still agree with the hatedom on most parts.
*Attack on Titan- I loved both seasons! It so easy to just sit back and watch
*Hikaru no Go, Mobile Suit Gundam Wing, Mobile Suit Gundam 00- I never really watch or know anything about these
*Fairy Tail- Please don't
*Bleach- I've heard it's really good until after the Soul Society arc but plummets straight down in quality afterwards
*My Hero Academia- Definitely recommend this. It's such a great shounen!
*Kill la Kill- Pretty unforgettable, you won't regret watching this. I sure didn't!
*Akame ga Kill- I'd put this in the "Turn-Your-Bran-Off" category of fun but its nevertheless fun to watch.
*Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood- Never seen it but the manga is the closest to perfection so I'd give it a watch.
*Full Metal Panic, *Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex - Never seen these before ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
*Black Lagoon- Recommend this. I also recommend some tissues and ice cream for the gut punches to the feels.

Rewatch List
*Death Note- Never a bad pick.
*Samurai Champloo- 10/10 anime. I regret that I'll never be able to watch it for the first time again.
*RWBY- Love it but I'd wait until the next season comes out. Nora is Best Girl by the way.
*Samurai X, *Street Fighter II Animated Movie, *Mass Effect Paragon Lost- Again, never seen these.
*Batman Gotham Knight- My childhood favorite!
*My Dragon Ball Super DVD Collection- I don't really care for Dragonball super.

I have seen scattered early episodes and I agree with everything you said. Unfortunately it is not on Hulu and I do not want to pay for another subscription service.

But I have finally settled upon my anime watch list for 2018! For anyone interested I shall place it below as I start my ultimate journey into anime. *=I am rewatching it
*Death Note
Black Lagoon
Cowboy Bebop
Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex
Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood
Full Metal Panic
Hikaro no Go
*Rurouni Kenshin and Samurai X
*Samurai Champloo
Mobile Suit Gundam Wing
Mobile Suit Gundam 00
Tokyo Ghoul
Sword Art Online
Attack on Titan
*Street Fighter II: Animated Movie
*Mass Effect Paragon Lost
*Batman Gotham Knight
*RWBY
*Dragon Ball Super(Whatever I can get on DVD by this point)
Kill la Kill
Akame ga Kill
My Hero Academia
Sonic X
Fairy Tail
Bleach

Decided to ease myself back into anime with something I know I love. Death Note. Then move on to series which I have seen episodes of or have a feeling I will like from Black Lagoon to Hikaru no Go. Then a dose of Samurai action with Rurouni Kenshin and Samurai Champloo. Followed by a complete reversal into the far future with Gundam(A series I have always been curious about as I have never seen too many mecha anime myself) Then hitting the trio of TG, SAO and AoT as these are insanely popular and fairly recent. Then taking a easy break with things that I can cover quickly like the Street Fighter movie and RWBY before diving into the craziness of Kill la Kill and Akame ga Kill. Then My Hero Academia then speeding along to Sonic X(Come on, I am Rebel...what do you want from me here) before sinking into Fairy Tail and Bleach last. Just for their being far longer in length to basically everything else on this list, especially the case with Bleach.

Definitely One Punch Man, it's the only anime where I actively keep up with the manga releases.

Name: Daniel Wood
Age: 26
Gender: Male
Race: Human
Appearance (pics if possible): Our of costume is this. Costume is similar to this, except the hair is more like this, the star is more like this, and the gloves are fingerless.
Young Blood?: No
Bio: Daniel was born to Jacob and Elizabeth Wood, a doctor and a teacher. He had a relatively normal life growing up. His parents loved him and raised him as best they could. He went to school and made friends. Everything was going perfectly for Daniel. Until one day, when he was 10, when the course of his life was changed permanently.

He had been at school at the time, during recess, drawing scribbles in the sand. Those scribbles, however, looked very similar to runes. In fact, they closely resembled runes Daniel had seen in the background of some news report, while the journalist interviewed a sorcerer hero. When Daniel finished his drawing, he stood up, proud and smiling at his beautiful creation. As his teacher began calling the students back for class, a red mist started rising from the center of the rune, contorting until a creature formed. The creature was actually powerful Detrelock, a demon from another realm. To Daniel, however, the creature looked like a genie, like Jafar from Aladdin (at the end).

"Oh! Oh! I get three wishes, right?" Daniel had said, jumping for joy.

The demon, however, was less than joyous. He had been banished from the realm just a few days ago, by the very same magician Daniel had seen on TV. He did not spend much time on Earth, but he disliked being unable to access it. And so, when he saw a vulnerable and naive youngling before him, an idea began to form.

"I will grant you one wish, child, if you allow me access to Earth."

Daniel had no clue what the genie was talking about, but was too overjoyed to care. Now at the time, and to the present, Daniel idolized supers and magicians and aliens. He was envious of their abilities, and often daydreamed about he himself being one of them. And here was his chance!

"OK! I want to have the powers of Atmo, Optic, and Psy! Oh and Morpho!" he rushed, noticing his teacher walking his way.

The demon almost laughed at the child, but granted his wish. He looked throughout the world, and gathered the souls of the four—two big-name heroes, one brutal vigilante, and one small-time hero—causing their bodies to collapse into comas. He returned to the playground almost instantly, compressing the souls into Daniel's body. Alongside the souls he planted a seed of his being, allowing him to possess the child whenever he wished. Both ends of the bargain had been upheld, so Detrelock left to his own realm to observe his creation.

Daniel's teacher found him covered in sand, convulsing in what appeared to be a seizure. Alarmed, she called 911, and he was brought to the nearest hospital in a coma. In reality, the panicked and confused souls had been fighting each other for control of the body, and the stress, combined with the fact that it had just been used to channel major magic from another dimension, was too much for it, and it put itself to sleep in order to heal.

As the body slept, the souls continued to fight each other for control. Detrelock, worried that they would destroy the body and everything would be for naught, entered it, and imparted knowledge of their new situation onto the souls. Distraught, they continued to fight each other for control, each hoping they could subdue the others and continue with their lives. However, one by one, the souls we pacified, and the body woke up. Unbeknownst to the doctors and nurses, it was Detrelock in control, pretending to be Daniel. He was released soon after, to continue living his life.

As Daniel grew, the souls grew more accustomed to their situation. They came upon an agreement of sorts; the body would be Daniel's during school and when he was out with people, and it would alternate for them in all other time. However, the souls still fought often for control. Daniel graduated high school, barely, and was unable to get into any college. He currently lives in his parent's basement in NYC, working as a waiter at a local restaurant and as a freelance superhero by the name of Amalgam.
Powers:
  • [John James/Atmo]:
    • Weather Control: Atmo has the ability to control any matter of weather. He can control winds, rain, hail, lightning, storms, all of it. He can also make storms disperse, grow stronger, or weaker. While he cannot call down something to the level of, say, a category five hurricane, he can call a minor tropical storm (with extreme stress).
    • Flight: Atmo can fly. Kinda self-explanatory here.
  • [Michael Brown/Optic]:
    • Optic Beams: Optic can shoot twin beams out of his eyes. They can be either red, or a dark blue. If they're red, they heat up their destination, usually to the point of combustion. If they're dark blue, they do the opposite, coating the object with ice. These flames shoot straight out of his eyes, so no twisting and turning.
  • [Alex Storm/Morpho]:
    • Matter Mimicry: When in physical contact with any [inorganic] object, Morpho's skin takes on its property. For example, when touching steel, his skin takes on its hard properties. When touching rubber, his skin becomes all stretchy and he can stretch.
  • [Sarah Wright/Psy]:
    • Telekinesis: Self-explanatory. She can pick stuff up with her mind.
    • Telepathy: More of a limited form of telepathy. She can read thoughts, and send thoughts. That's it.

Limitations (Reasons why your char can’t end the universe):
  • [Atmo]:
    • Weather Control: No controlling earth (earthquakes), no calling forth tsunamis, no causing wildfires (at least not with his powers). And as said before, he can't cause anything more than a minor tropical storm. It takes real concentration for him to use his powers. So he can call forth some rain or snow with ease, any small breezes. Calling a thunderstorm or hail is more stressful, but isn't too hard. Calling a tornado or a tropical storm is almost impossible unless he has complete focus, with absolutely no distractions.
    • Flight: No flying to the sun in back in two seconds, or anything of the sort (actually no flying to the sun at all). More like twice as fast as a plane.
  • [Optic]:
    • Optic Beams: These aren't energy blasts per se, so he can't just destroy whatever he shoots it at. It's not concussive either. It's either heating up or cooling down. Processes are relatively fast (like he can use the hot ones to fry an egg in 30 seconds), but not immediate.
  • [Morpho]:
    • Matter Mimicry: As stated before, he can't mimic organic matter (so he can't like touch a snake and suddenly have scales). He also can't mimic a gas or liquid (so he can't touch water and be able to travel through the sea or anything like that). Also, when mimicking something, he has all its weaknesses. When touching wood, he can be lit on fire. When touching glass, he is easily broken. If his body is destroyed in another form, he dies (although if he was glass and his body was shattered, it'd be rather ugly and messy). He also must have physical contact with the matter in order for his skin to mimic it.
  • [Psy]:
    • Telekinesis: She can lift a car, but not a city. Takes concentration, unable to use at the same time as her telepathy.
    • Telepathy: Can only talk to one person at once. Can't rifle through someone's brain looking for memories, can't mind control anyone, can't insert memories, can't do anything except read their thoughts and feelings and send her own.

Weaknesses (Reasons why someone could kick their ass):
  • [Demonic Possession]: The demon who first granted Daniel's wish can possess his body at any time he feels. When he does, he pushes the other souls aside, overpowering them completely. When the demon is in control, the souls can still communicate, but cannot read his thoughts. He, however, can read theirs. They are also unable to see, hear, touch, etc. through the body, unless the demon wants them to. When the demon is in control of the body, he does not have any of their powers, but can use his own magic as he wishes.
  • [Disagreement]: The souls often fight over control of the body. When this happens, the body contorts and spasms, almost as if having a seizure, until only one soul is in full control of it. If they were fighting over it, the winner would be the one who wants to use it most (their will overpowers the others).
  • [Daniel]: Daniel, the original soul, is powerless.

Likes: The possibility of being separated, being a hero, being a "celebrity superhero" (in the case of Optic and Atmo)
Dislikes: Their situation, the possibility of demonic possession, Daniel (although it has faded) for wishing them into their situation

Additional Information-
Birthday: July 12th
Favorite food: Chili cheese dog (Daniel), Caesar salad (Atmo), Ice cream cake (Optic), Salmon (Morpho), Chicken soup (Psy)
Greatest fear: One of them being stupid and killing the body (it's 5 deaths in one!)
