For it is well-known to us and evident plainly in the immutable laws of nature, that those who have secured the rights of victory, victory above oppression no less, are duly entitled to the fruits and honors which follow, hardly the most of all we think to stand and speak equal to one's peers.

The Airship is disarmed. You may have it inspected if unsure. No weapons, no fighters; just anote ordinary Airship modified for an ambassador. All you will find are luxury bedrooms and bathrooms, nice cars, and other shiny things. It is basically a fast metal blimp with no guns.

It still violates Pan-Asiatic Airspace. It is very likely to be shot down by early-monitoring systems. Besides, we cannot risk it entering and exiting the border at will; for the possibilities of smuggling. Two methods of proceeding with this envoy can be taken:

A.) Establishing a formal military presence by signing a Defensive Military Pact. This will provide you access to a Forward Operating Base (FOB), where you can house any airships at will. Signing an Open Borders treaty will allow the Free Passage of Fardhin military units at a faster pace; with more liberal inspection.

B.) An unlikely alternative is for the Empire to change alignments and revoke their absolute monarchy. If the standards for a Pact of Alliance are met, all of the above treaties can be signed with no diplomatic drawbacks on behalf of the Fardhin Empire.
