Main Assault Rifle is currently the SCAR-L, after testing in the early 2018, by 2019 orders were placed for about 20,000 rifles which were then ordered again which expanded it to 50,000 by 2023, despite the Army requesting it to be given to all Reserve troops as well (budget cuts).
