When was your nation founded?: It was founded on January 1, 2018
Was your nation previously part of another nation?: Stratison was originally a colony in the Democratic Empire of Stacramon. Stacramon was a prosperous nation with many colonies and a huge economy, but it fell to an invasion from neighboring countries in its region after it refused to fight against them.
If so, what was did your particular region mean to your previous nation? (i.e. capital city, coal mining state, etc): Stratison was the most populated colony in Stacramon, and it housed the nation's capital, Stratison City, which is also Stratison's capital.
Did your nation fight to gain its independence?: It didn't need to fight Stacramon, as Stratison City was literally the capital of the country, so Stratison as a colony could've left at any time before Stacramon collapsed. Stratison did have to fight against the invasion in order to not be conquered by the surrounding nations, however.
Was your nation founded for religious purposes?: Not even remotely
How many people did your nation start out with?: It started out with about 62 million people, which was about 12 million less than the original population of Stratison as a colony. The other 12 million either died in the invasion or simply left the country.
How many people does your nation have now?: This is what is interesting. About ten days after Stratison decided to start anew as its own nation under a new name, it decided to invade the surrounding area and take back Stacramon. Stratison still had a huge amount of money, as it didn't lose Stacramon's treasury, and about 52% of Stratison residents were previously members of the Stacramite military. Stratison had resounding success, with the invasion going from January 10 to about Janaury 18. Stratison regained all of Stacramon's land, and about a quarter of it's previous population, with the rest of the population being either dead or out of the country. Stratison now has about 1.1 billion residents, and a much higher GDP per capita than Stacramon had due to the decreased population and relatively similar GDP.
What wars has your nation fought in, if any?: Stratinites, which is the new demonym around here, have taken to calling the invasion, "The Invasion of Ourselves."
Name some of your nation's notable leaders from the past and what they did: The only leader that Stratison has had is Servio Audaz Javal Ocrida, who led the charge during The Invasion of Ourselves. He also determined that the leader's official title should be Siervo Audaz, or bold servant.
Has your nation gone by another name in the past?: I guess it went by Stacramon.
What sports are popular in your nation?: Basketball is literally a sport that every human within the border of Stratison plays, and soccer is also very popular. Baseball isn't as popular, but there is a decent fanbase for it in Stratison.
What is your nation's capital city?: Stratison City
What are the dominant religions in your nation?: Stratison is most secular, but other religions include Christianity and Buddhism with a tiny bit of Islam.
What is the most common form of entertainment in your nation?: Video games and YouTube
Does your nation favor economy or environment?: Neither really. At least, neither yet. We will try and maintain this balance in the future.

When was your nation founded?: Our nation was officially founded in 1469, with the marriage of Isabel la Católica and Fernando de Aragón. Of course, more countries would join from time to time (namely Portugal and Burgundy, Americas and Indies too)

Was your nation previously part of another nation?: Our nation has previously been under Rome, all others, like the Visigoths or the kingdom of Asturias, had been considered as Spanish (Al-Andalus is more treated like a muslim occupation).

If so, what was did your particular region mean to your previous nation? (i.e. capital city, coal mining state, etc): Hispania was by far the most stable western province of the Roman Empire, it provided the empire with much minerals and also gave the Empire most of their best soldiers, and also gave Rome some emperors.

Did your nation fight to gain its independence?: We fought only against Andalus, but then again, it was more of taking back than "declaring independence".

Was your nation founded for religious purposes?: Spain's mission is to spread Catholicism and defend the faith.

How many people did your nation start out with? (You don't have to go off of what it said on your home page): In 1500, our country only had 8,550,000

How many people does your nation have now?: 540,394,200

What wars has your nation fought in, if any?: We have fought over 700+ wars, including fronts within a same war.

(i.e. capital city, coal mining state, etc): We were a prospering province, where much of the industry was located, though we were isolated from the government and had little representation, so this was partially what sparked the independence movement.
Did your nation fight to gain its independence?: Independence was achieved peacefully through a treaty, mostly because the Luxembourgish Grand Duke knew that his small military stood no chance against the revolting province, and he wished to spare his small nation from civil war.
Was your nation founded for religious purposes?: Religion was not a major part of the country's founding, but the people are overwhelmingly Catholic.
How many people did your nation start out with? (You don't have to go off of what it said on your home page): When the country gained its independence, only 47,000 citizens were a part of Schiltzberg.

When was your nation founded?: The answer can very depending on how you define 'founded', the earliest settlements in what would become Gandoor were established in 1550, but the first government called Gandoor wasn't established until 1587.

Was your nation previously part of another nation?: No, although Gandoor was settled by English exiles, part of the agreement with the monarchy was that the settlements would be independent of the Kingdom of England.

When was your nation founded?: It was discovered in 1650 but unified in 1686. The republic wasn't established until 1760 but the Peaceful Republic was established in 1912.
Was your nation previously part of another nation?: Part of England from 1650 to 1707, part of the United Kingdom from 1707 to 1760, part of the Ottoman Empire from 1655 to 1745, part of France from 1677 to 1686.

Marcus Roger Carrel (2149-2156)- A populist who managed to hijack the Conservative League, Carrel was an anti-Chinese hardliner.
