HISTORY

In 1910, many people in Mexico were fearing the direction of the country, as the Revolution left the country a dangerous place. Many left, seeking new land free from war and destruction. A large group landed on the shores of valhalla in some rickety steamships, claiming it for themselves. In 1920, many had arrived from mainly Mexico and Spain. As numbers grew, the people realized the need for a government. They decided to vote, as the few who tried to claim power through arms were driven out. The nation has mainly stayed in the city, but expansion has been happening since 1923. Many small towns dot the country since the mass expansion.

Introduccion
En el dia de hoy, Marzo 27 de 1924, nace un pais libre de los expatrias Mexicanos y Espanoles, abierto para todos buscando un pais libre de gente libre. Un pais sin Discriminacion. En vida o muerte, a gritos de muerte y libertad si sera necesario, seramos libre y independiente de paises imperialistas.

I-Los Ciudadanos de Teotan, bajo el poder divino de Dios, Todo Poderoso, Todo Misericordioso, usando el poder de pensar libremente para escojer sus lideres politicos, bajo un sistema confidencial, sin miedo de los riquos opresores.
II-El ejercito de Teotan sera solo usado en tiempos de defensa de el territorio Teotanes. Cada Ciudad mantendra su propia milicia, que no saldra de el territorio en tiempos de guerra. Todos los que viven en Teotan trabajaran como soldado para la libertad de el pais, por un anio. Las fuerzas navales constituiran de una tropa de buques de guerra, y otra tropa de fuerzas de tierra que atacaran tierras enemigas cuando la paz a fallado. El ejercito mechanizado va constituir de artillera, bariles (tanks), y autos armados. Las Fuerzas Aereas constituen de aviones y avionetas que seran propiedad de el gobierno. No se puede confiscar propiedad civil sin permiso almenos que sea ilegal o contrabando
III-Todas leyes pasadas en Las Glorias pueden ser modificadas en las ciudades, bajo unas condiciones: No puede interferir con los derechos de libertad de los cuidadanos, No interfiere con los Mandatos Oficiales de Teotan, leyes que son la guia a lo que se puede ser ley y no puede ser ley.
IV-La gente puede pensar, y puede hablar libremente sin miedo de aresto. Tambien se puede reunir pacificamente, para protestar. Pacificamente.

Introduction

Nonstandard/Militia
In Teotan, each City is entitled to its own Militia/Volunteer Corps. They are usually supplied by the formers of the Militia, say wealthy business owners, although sometimes there is government donation. Main weaponry includes:

Standard Forces
The Fuerza Defensive Mechanizada (Mechanized Defense Force) consists of bariles (barrels=tanks), Autos Armados (Armed Automobiles), and Planes Pajaros Mechanizados- Aguilas.
It is official military doctrine to not cause a disturbance, unless provoked first.

Baril Tipo I:
Armament: 1 50mm gun (For'ard), 2 20mm guns (Sides), 1 LMG (aft) Average Speed: 10 kmh


Baril Tipo II:
Armament: 1 37mm gun (for'ard), 1 LMG (aft) Average Speed: 25 kmh

Teotan is a constitutional republic, run by popular majority vote. There are checks and balances provided by the three levels of government(NOTE: The three levels are not ordered by power, as all three have equal power)
-Executive: The president, elected by the popular vote. He/She can propose laws, reject laws.
-Legislative: The Senate. They are also elected by popular vote. Each senator is the leader of one district of Teotan. They choose whether or not to allow a law.
-Judicial: Los Jueces Constitucionales(The Constitutional Judges): if a law is passed, they can modify it if it is a violation of the constitution.

Teotan also has many political parties, which are from where the government officials come from. A few major parties are:

-El Partido Democratico Constitucional (The Constitutional Democratic Party): They make up 46% of the senate, and they call for stricter interpretation of the constitution as long as it does not limit the rights of the people. They are against compulsory military service.

-El Partido de Libertad (The Freedom Party): They make up 48% of the senate, and call for loose interpretation of the constitution. They are for less restrictive drug laws, and more political freedoms.

-El Partido Socialista (The Socialist Party): They are for the proleteriat, and are for more freedoms from big business, and higher wages for workers. They make up 3% of the senate, although they are gaining more popular support.

-El Partido Fascista (The Fascist Party): They make up 5% of the senate, and they call for laissez faire capitalism, and massive change in the government.
