THREAT
SHOCK is a notorious multinational threat which has carried out at least 50 documented attacks on at 15 countries around the Isles after January 10, 2016 incident in Coventry, where radicalized Athara Magarati national Namdhingo Kurumbang killed five innocent Covonantian citizens.
To combat this international menace, the Athara Magarati government has established a new counter-terrorist unit within the Armed Police Force of Athara Magarat. This unit, Deathstalker, is trained by Vancouvian Special Forces and C6 troops and their sole purpose is to hunt members of SHOCK, SOAR, White Rise and other multinational terror groups.
This is the story about the event and the THREAT terror groups still represent to the Isles.
Introduction
Welcome everyone to the THREAT. Below is the proposed plot for this RP. And please also note that it can change over the course of time or progression of the story.
Plot
Episode 1
- A high-profile foreign diplomat (most likely Euranian) is assassinated by an unknown group in New Libang;
- Police officers investigating the case come under attack in broad daylight;
- All hostiles are killed in the shootout save for a woman who fails to commit suicide;
- The woman is interrogated but no information is obtained;
- A local gang ambush the facility she has been detained but the gang leader is also arrested;
- Gang leader reveals he was paid huge amount of money by unknown sources;
- Police discover that the woman escaped with known SHOCK suspects from the detention facility including a USB drive that the officials believe holds crucial information about SHOCK;
- In the ensuing chase, the woman and her co have already fled the country and Deathstalker unit is sent after her team just as the San Montagnan invasion of Athara Magarat begins;
- Upon arriving in a South Mesder country (need someone here), the fugitive woman Tara and her co discover that they have lost the box in which they kept the USB drive;
- Following their target's trail, the Deathstalker team arrives in the South Mesder country's X city;
- At the hotel they had checked out from, Tara and her cell discover the box but the USB drive is missing and learn from the manager that a waiter had found the box;
- Tara and her cell ransack the waiter's flat while the tenants above the flat phone the waiter about the disturbance and he deduces that they might be wanted criminals;
- The waiter contacts the police and then hurries to his flat to find an armed group waiting for him;
- The police surround the house instantly and the waiter tells the terrorists to surrender;
- Police barge into the house with smoke grenades and shots (etc) and the waiter escapes in his friend's car while a SHOCK member sacrifices himself to allow the others to hijack a car and chase after the waiter and the USB;
- The Deathstalker unit as well as multiple counter-terrorist groups across the Isles are notified of the day's event;
- Tara's cell retrieve the USB as the Deathstalker team mistakenly murder an innocent man.
Episode 2
Note: I know the plot is too much of a spoiler and maybe not exactly free-form. My ideas might also sound like something spouted by a six year old, hence any criticisms and better suggestions are very welcome.
