No, by weaknesses we mean actual limitations to his skills. For example, your character as a knight would be likely a poor with a bow, at sneaking, most types of magic, etc etc. Although your existing weakness are fine, you need to add on.

The reason we have these weaknesses is to ensure there's nobody that's overpowered and attempt to just one man army everything.

Alright, I updated the weakness section.

Looks good, accepted!

I'll be updated the FAQs to reflect this, but you don't have to be one of the original prisoners as of now. If you wish, you can join up with either of the existing parties or go on your own. I'll put your character into the roster promptly.

I was told one of the parties would be headed to the Inn at Dragonstone, so I was planning on starting out there and hopefully joining the quest.

Llyrin Ostoroth
Image

Race: Dunmer
Gender/Sex: Male
Age: 103
Appearance: Llyrin stands 6'1" and has an athletic build suitable to someone accustomed to battle.

Organization(s) involved with: None officially, however, agrees with several Thalmor principles.
Class: Spellsword - With the following exchanges - Medium armor swapped for Heavy Armor, Blunt Weapons swapped for Spears, Axe swapped for Conjuration.
Equipment: Steel Longsword, ElvenSpear, Bonemold Armor, Bonemold Shield, several days rations, a set of travelers clothes, and a rope (50 ft) just in case.
Skills: The Magical schools in which he is proficient are strengths of Llyrin's. He also excels with sword play and knows how to fight both individually and as a group with a spear. His skills with his shield are improving, but they are far from a weakness.
Weaknesses: Llyrin has difficulty in using ranged weapons of any kind. While he can certainly sling a spell in someone's direction, you ask him to shoot an arrow, or throw a dagger and he is off the mark consistently. Due to wearing heavier armor, Llyrin does seem to have difficult sneaking up on just about anyone. Additionally, he will not share a table or even a building with an Argonian, having spent much time fighting them in his homeland.

Bio:
Llyrin was born in the year 4E98, shortly afterwards the two moons vanished from the sky. His parents were living in a small farming community in the Velothi Foothills at the time, mother tended crops while his father worked in a Kwama Egg mine. However, the birth and subsequent disappearance of the moons caused a disruption in their lives. They were told they had to dispose of their child if they wanted the moons to return by a village elder. Unbeknownst to the two of them, the elder was under the sway of a Deadric Prince, who wanted their child for the magical potential that he could hold.

Through a dream sent by Azura, the family flees into Skyrim following an old path through the mountains. They descend into the Province the night before the moons return. Surely an omen by the New Tribunal that their son was not meant to live his whole live in Morrowind. They continue their journey as they pass into the Rift. Living in Riften for the next few decades the family fell on hard times. Llyrin's parents became indebted to the Theives Guild and the new Jarl, Hosgunn Crossed-Daggers, was a ruthless and cold-hearted man who spent all of the town's wealth on a new castle for himself. Finally, enough was enough, in 4E 129, the family joined an uprising against the Jarl. A young Llyrin was just learning his first spells, but happily joined in lighting torches for the rebels. Eventually the castle was burned with Jarl Hosgunn inside. A great cheer went up and celebrations went on into the night, however, that same night, the fires from the castle spread to the city. Homes, businesses, and bridges were burned inside the city. People fled in all directions, Llyrin and his parents were among those that fled knowing their house would not survive the fires.

For the second time in three decades, the family were refugees. They continued into Eastmarch, but heard of a Dunmer Settlement on Solsthiem. They went to Raven Rock where they found a more than welcoming Redoran town eager for new people to help them. The experience Llyrin's father had with Kwama mines gave him ample opportunity to mine the Ebony in Raven Rock. The pay was excellent and his mother aided the local farmers with their crops. They finally felt they had a place to live for good. Llyrin would go to join the town watch at the age of 51. A year later, disaster struck Raven Rock. The Endless War came to their shores. An Argonian Raiding Party had come to sack Raven Rock and carry its people back in chains. Fighting with sword, spell, and spear; Llyrin helped Councilor Morvayn repel the invasion.

His skill as a warrior lifted him, and several other young Dunmer, to a small amount of local fame following the defeat of the invasion. It was Morvayn himself who had witnessed the young man's sword be thrown from his hand only to summon another with magic to keep on fighting. In the end, it was Llyrin's spear which the Argonian Chief's head would be mounted to and put on the rocks entering the port. A great honor for any of the warriors. Llyrin remains here for the next decade before he and a small band of Dunmer decide to head deeper into the island's interior to go "adventuring." Soon, the group regretted their decision, the Ash Wastes around Raven Rock were treacherous and many of the group died before reaching the snow of the northern half.

Llyrin and several others discovered a tomb of sorts and set about exploring it. Traps killed some, monsters from below killed others. Llyrin fought on with sword and spell to repel all who opposed his group until only three remained. Llyrin looked at the other two, they were battered and would not likely survive the next series of traps and monsters. He gave them both healing potions and his rations and told them to retreat to Raven Rock, that he would go on and bring back whatever wealth he could. As the two left Llyrin went into the final area, strangely, no monsters emerged to face him. No traps were set off, he continued down a long corridor until he came across a sarcophagus. Inside he found the remains of a corpse, long since turned to dust by time. He did find a small gemstone which he took.

He managed to collect a fair share of gold and trinkets which he brought back to Raven Rock. He found his two companions and gave them everything but the gemstone, which he gave to his parents so that they could start saving to build a better home. He learned he had a talent for being an adventurer and in 4E 180, he set off on his own with his armor and spear to Skyrim. He learns of what took place on the continent years before and how the whole ordeal had already come to a close. The new Jarl of Windhelm was a controversial figure and a Nord supremacist at that. Choosing then to avoid Eastmarch, Llyrin landed in Solitude and began his career there.

Decades later, the Dragons Returned, Llyrin clashed with a few of them, but never managed to kill one. He heard of a warrior who could fight and kill them and tried to seek them out to aid them, but failed. The warrior defeated the Dragon's leader Alduin and vanished. Llyrin continued to adventure on his own until one day he was on the plains of Whiterun. (to be completed in the RP sample just so I don't have to go dig out some RPs)

RP Sample:
Llyrin was camping in the hills near the road west of the Sungard fort. He had just spent the afternoon chasing a deer across the plains and he was going to enjoy his meal. Following his cooking of that meal a group of black robed elves appeared. He greeted them, "Hail friends. Come sit by my fire, I have plenty of food to share."

He had seen the Thalmor before, he knew that they were anti-empire and pro-elf which was fine by him. As they took seats and he served them from his hunt, "What brings the Thalmor to Skyrim? I thought the civil war here would keep you all out as both sides want to gut you." The inquisitor with them spoke, "We are hunting down Talos worshipers and other malcontents." His gaze was on Llyrin and his equipment, "I don't suppose you are either of those?" Llyrin shook his head in response before saying, "I don't worship men, only gods."

That put the Thalmor at ease a bit, "That's good, as any elf should." They continued their meal exchanging conversation and Llyrin giving them information about those he had come across. Eventually that one thing that gets on Llyrin's nerves came up when one of the Thalmor said, "You seem almost as capable as an Altmer, you sure you don't have some Altmer blood in you?" Llyrin spoke, this time not so kindly, "No, I am certain that I don't. I am the blood of the Chimer, betrayed by the Tribunal, and burned by Azura. And by Azura, I know that my heritage has been through the greatest forge and has come out in perfect form."

The only part that interested the Inquisitor was the "by Azura" part. He stood up and said, "A Daedra worshiper? Arrest him, take him back to the Embassy to see what else he is hiding from us." A brief skirmish ensued, though no one was killed or even badly wounded. The Thalmor bound Llyrin and prepared to take him back to the Embassy in the morning. It was that next morning that they received additional guests. A stormcloak patrol in the hold came across the Thalmor. Tired from wearing his armor all night, as the Thalmor did not want to carry his equipment. Arrows fell on them as one of the Thalmor were hit. Llyrin moved behind a rock with the inquisitor. "Cut me loose, I can help you fight them off."

The Inquisitor looked at him, "Are you mad? You will just turn on us!" Llyrin ducked as an arrow passed close to his head. "They are going to kill me just as much as you, simply because I am mer. If you are truly bent on showing that mer are greater than men, cut me loose and let me contribute to that end of your agenda." Reluctantly the Thalmor cuts Llyrin loose saying, "Fine, but if you turn on us, I will cut you down myself." Llyrin dove to his spear and stood wielding it as a spear and staff all at once. He sent a pair of fire darts across the battle field at the Stormcloak Archers knocking them from their perch and giving the Thalmor reprieve from their attack.

A blood crazed Nord came rushing at him, Llyrin spun and tripped the man and drove his spear into the man's chest. He and one of the Thalmor charged in to face the remaining Stormcloaks. Llyrin tossed a Fireball at the Archers again, this time it was a sphere of fire exploding out from the detonation point. Two archers were on fire and were scrambling to escape. The last of the stormcloaks saw a fire in Llyrin ignite as his body became wreathed in the Wrath of the Ancestors. He swung his spear and fire followed him as he went. Stormcloaks scrambled away as fire and spear from Llyrin and lightning darted from the Thalmor.

As the last surviving Stormcloaks withdrew the Thalmor Inquisitor took account of the damage. "Seven stormcloaks dead and one of my own. If this were a war, we would be winning. However, this was just an ambush. Llyrin, you can go off. I won't bother you again, just remember, you owe the Thalmor one." Llyrin nodded, "Thank you, I'll keep that in mind." The Thalmor returned north, Llyrin on the other hand now looked for a new place to adventure in Skyrim.

Overall, your app is pretty good. One minor thing that has been noted, however, is that your starting equipment is a bit overpowered. All your equipment is relatively high tier, so I'd suggest toning it down there. We'll be finding loot and riches along the way of our many journeys, so don't worry. I'm tempted to allow the spear, honestly, but having that is the equivalent to having an ebony weapon which has been denied previously.

Fix that, and I'll be happy with your app.

Even if you are a dirty elf with no love to the Nords.

I'm gonna roll with the bonemold as is, in game it is equivalent to steel armor. There is an improved bonemold, which is equivalent to Dwarven but weighing less.

I'll switch the sword to a steel sword then.

I only chose a stalhrim spear because I found that picture looking for spears. I'll change it to an elven spear, basically what I figure a Dunmer guard would of had if Skyrim kept spears.
