Telegram Viewer Glitched? *Fixed*

Hello!

I just sent a PM that seems to have glitched by telegram viewer.

I can see older ones down if I scroll, but the new message just takes a huge part of the screen without showing any info.


Any idea what's up?

I'm not seeing any abnormalities in recent telegrams. You've gotten one recent unread Compliance Commission telegram (that's completely normal) in the last 2 days. That's it.

Try clearing your browser cache and closing / reopening your browser.

Which browser and which version of said browser are you using?

Have you tried disabling all your extensions/plugins, does the problem persist?

Are you using NS++, have you disabled this and tried without?

Have you tried a different browser, does the problem persist?

Do you have another device that you can try? Does the problem exist there as well?

You may also want to consider performing a "Hard Refresh" on your browser, clearing all cookies and cache. I would also advise trying a different user profile. If the problem disappears then, then the problem is with your browser and you will need to consult with them.

When I click on the telegram page, at first it comes up, only for about 1 quarter of a second, then it disappears and i am left with a blank space where the telegrams used to be!

It only happens on the first page.

okay i can confirm that this isn't a site glitch as I have tested both Chrome and Firefox myself and the problem does not occur.

That "mobile device"/laptop is that also Windows 10?

When I first load the page, I can see all the telegrams (and they are in the correct place) for a split second. If I scroll down, I can see all the telegrams aside from the most recent one. Additionally, the page "freezes" for a few seconds before I can smoothly scroll down again.

I can confirm there is a particular telegram that causes a page-breaking display bug on all nations who try to view it. Working on a fix.
