Pan-Asiatic Ministry of Foreign Affairs (PAMFA)
Embassy Programme
Foreign delegates and employees will be granted a special Visa granting passage in and out of the Pan-Asiatic border, excluding them from the Anti-Immigration and Anti-Emigration mandates of the Federal Congress. Criminal activity will not be tolerated and the abuse of this Visa is punishable by diplomatic exile. Pets are permitted, but owners will be held responsible for their actions.
Embassies in the diplomatic quarter are generally closed compounds and may host up to 130 people, of which no more than 40 may be security staff. There will also be space to accommodate an average of 15 cars.
Vehicles may not have overly tinted windows or armoring which inhibits the driver’s view of anything in front of them. Further, they may also not be armed. This includes, for instance, tanks or mobile artillery.
Any fixed turrets on the compound or vehicles are not permitted under any circumstances. Furthermore, blades over the length of six inches or sharpened on both sides must be declared in the application form.
Please note that, for everyone’s convenience and safety, the city is a no-fly zone and helicopters may be stored and registered at the nearby airport, Manila International Airport. Indicate this as needed.
Ambassadors are expected to have a certain degree of knowledge on Pan-Asiatic History, Culture, Life, Politics, and Legislation. Though the arrangement is informal, especially if the diplomatic purpose is to learn more about Asia, your ambassador's actions will reflect your nation's own whilst he is within the border. Basic resources for information have been archived and made public. Please have your delegates study them as needed. It would also be convenient if your delegate knew Filipino and/or Mandarin to a certain degree, in order to better communicate ideas to native citizens and/or local officials. Otherwise, a translator can be provided for your ambassador.

The Pan-Asiatic Ministry of Foreign Affairs reserves the right (as much as your own nation does) to decline (or repeal) any proposed agreements deemed unfair for reasons cultural or ideological.
Below are in-depth explanations of these kickstarter agreements.
Trade Subsidization - Your nation will be considered both economically important and culturally aligned to the Pan-Asiatic States' interests, and/or vise versa, thus, both parties will allege to promote the importation and exportation of each others' goods.
Loan - The Pan-Asiatic States will loan an amount of capital to your nation, conducting an interest appropriate to the amount of money being loaned and the economic disposition of your nation.
Inter-Tourism Campaign - Your nation will be considered politically allied with the Pan-Asiatic States, and/or vise versa. Both parties will promulgate luxury travel between each others' nations.
Scientific Cooperation Pact - Your nation will be considered scientifically of value to the advancements of the Pan-Asiatic States, and/or vise versa. The Pan-Asiatic Ministry of Science and Technology (MST) will reach-out to your nation's academic institutes, sharing classified information, and both parties will agree to fund endeavors to research new technologies hand-in-hand.
Non-Aggression Pact - Both nations will agree to cease military hostilities against one another for at least 10 years following the signing of the agreement, and the Pact can be renewed after then if no reason for future hostilities is deemed necessary by both parties.
Defense Pact - Your nation will be considered a close cultural, ideological, and/or political ally of the Pan-Asiatic States, and/or vise versa. Both parties will agree to declare war on the offender if either side is attacked, for at least 10 years following the signing of the agreement, and the Pact can be renewed after then if no reason for schism is deemed necessary by both parties.
Open Borders - Your nation will be deemed exempt from the Third Amendment (Closed Borders Act) of the Pan-Asiatic States, for cultural, ideological, and/or political reasons, thus allowing your citizens to migrate freely to the Pan-Asiatic States, and be considered a citizen of the Pan-Asiatic States. Your citizens will also no longer need to apply for a Tourism VISA when entering the territories of the Pan-Asiatic States.
