Welcome to the Family Matters RP. In this RP you will RP as a member of an ordinary family in Austin, TX. You will navigate the troubles of family life and life in general. The "main character" is Jonathan Kiser who is the head of the family, however you can be expanded family like nieces and nephews etc. The most important thing is you have fun.

The Kiser family is a well off family with some prominence in the city. The start date will be January 1st, 2017.

Occupation: Student, Tutor, Baby Sitter, Car Mechanic(Kinda Apprentice role almost, but she does this quite a lot on her own).
Personality: Very intuitive, a mind tuned towards maths and sciences. A very caring person, whether it be for her friends, family, etc, but God help you if you got on her bad side. Very reliable, which leads people to trust her when it comes to fixing their cars, or taking care of their kids. Can be a "Moody Bitch" if you catch her at the wrong time.
Bio:
Oldest of the Kiser Triplets, Josephine grew up in a pretty boyish environment. Whether it be her brother, her friends, or other factors, she was destined to become an interesting sort. Noted for being very skilled in Maths and Sciences, she tends to be a "Student Teacher" for those sort of classes, or any classes really. However this just helped sharping her love of being inquisitive, and she took it everywhere. Whether it pertained to schoolwork, mechanics, politics, she was one to question things to her satisfaction. This also lead to her being a little bit of a trouble maker, but no one would know that considering she never gets caught. Considering she always had an interest in science and maths, this eventually lead to joining her friend and her father as they worked on cars at his shop. While her friend wasn't the most interested in working on cars, the proposition fascinated her. So much in fact, her friend's father took her as an apprentice of sorts.

Under her new "Mentor" she began learning even more sorts of things in regards to mechanics, and fixing vehicles that she increasingly began acquiring her own tools to work on cars. It even lead her to drag racing, which she did for the thrill of it, and to test the cars she worked on. She grew increasingly good at both, despite few ever knowing about her drag racing. That was kept in secret, cause she could only guess how her family would react. More so from her siblings, because God forbid they have any sort of dirt on her.

This was also around the time she took up baby sitting and tutoring kids from her school, which was pretty good as a side income. She's also been notable for trashing Republicans and Democrats equally hard, because in her own words, "Stupid is Stupid". It's hard to really gauge how she feels about all things at all times, especially so when it comes to politics. She's not liberal, but you couldn't blame some for claiming she wasn't a conservative either. Her views are very bent and twisted, so you'd have to sit down with her to have it explained to you, and she doesn't have the patience for that. She is practically an section of her own in regards to politics, and doesn't honestly care enough to fully explain it in her own way of doing so.
likes: She's very talented at School, and enjoys her subjects, but takes to Maths and Sciences in particular. She likes her assortment of knives, especially her butterfly knives which she tends to do tricks with. Likes hunting cause her best friend is from the country, and she gets taken along on hunting trips. She likes boxing and kick boxing. She's also deeply in love with mechanic work, and is currently working on an old 1968 Mustang, trying to get it back to working condition. She works for others as a mechanic as well, and does baby sitting. She also likes racing, however this is a secret to but a few select people.
Dislikes: People who are inside her 1968 Mustang, touching her Knives, getting too intrusive into her business if it's obviously not welcome.
Misc: She always keeps a butterfly knife on her, in various "Places" depending on what she wears. Take that as you will. She's working on a 1968 Mustang, however she rides a 2015 Kawasaki Vulcan S Motorcycle. She has a Texan drawl that's unusually strong for her family due to friends.

Relation TO Johnathan: Cousin... they think? No one really remembers how he is related, he just kind of hangs around and stays in the house. He's got his own money and doesn't really bother the family, so no one really cares.
Age: Somewhere between the range of 30-50, but if they were to pinpoint, most would say 36

Occupation: Independently Wealthy, but he does random jobs across the city to keep from going insane. He also owns a bar, the Fuggetabartit.

Personality: Tommy is a kind, giving, if sometimes clueless character. He often times seeks fun over work and always seems to avoid consequences. His antics sometimes get the family into trouble, but he always manages to get them out. He's a natrually free spirited soul, and often doesn't listen even to his closest friends.

Bio: Tommy was born in the Bronx, or was it Brooklyn? Either way, the year of his birth was sometime around the late seventies to the early eighties, and he was born in New York. According to Tommy, his mother washed clothes and his father did buisness, though his refusal to elaborate on his past and the mysterious source of his funds seem to discredit this backstory. What is known is that Tommy came strolling into Austin around 18 years ago, during his early twenties, or perhaps his late teens. Family lore states that he arrived one easter with cards from the lost branch of Aunty Clarissa and bearing several years worth of forgotten Christmas gifts. Though the family would try to get him to move over the next few weeks, his insistance on staying and helping, the fact that he took care of himself for the most part, and his natrual charm enabled him to stay, which he has for 18 years with little interruption.
