Brief Explanation of Government: Akin to historic Prussia's "An Army With a State". Qian's government is nothing akin to a bureaucratic, corrupt mess. She is, through divine fortune, an absolute monarchy dictated by military strongmen. Xayaa, Khatun, is the supreme sovereign of the entire state and is expected to undergo the two columns of conquering; conquering and administrating. The governors, generals and advisers of the realm are drawn from pools of intellectuals, notably those establishing themselves in military schooling and academy. The government prioritises meritocracy over birth, so much so that 'Nepotism' was declared illegal.
Ideology: Extreme Militarism, Absolute Monarchism, Imperialism (into the Chinese lands), however, the centres of Chinese thought are also prevalent and vying for influence in the capital; Mohism, Buddhism, Legalism, Taoism and Confucianism.

Brief Description of your people: The vast majority of the population of Qian is Chinese, despite its large dominance over the Mongolian homeland. As a result of this most people speak the various dialects and tongues of Chinese that find themselves prevalent in the area. Aside from these various Steppe and Turkic tongues are spoken, such as Mongolian and Uyghur. They are predominantly rural, with the cities of the Qian being few and far between in comparison to the densely populated coastal Chinese states. Religiously, the people are predominantly syncretic, mixing Chinese folk religion with Tengriism, Buddhism and the tenants of Confucianism. Army: The army is organised into three distinct fields; the infantry, the cavalry and the artillery. It is referred to as the "Army of the Northern Dragon" (北龍軍/Bei Long Jun), and sits at approximately 520,000 soldiers, broken into approximately 320,000 infantrymen, 200,000 cavalrymen and the nonexact figures featuring the nation's artillerists. A meritocratic army maintains the quality and prestige of the officer corps and the notions of extensive militarism make the Qian army a truly powerful force to be reckoned with. All segments of its army, save its fledgling artillery divisions (which are, I might add, focused on light-calibre guns that can be easily moved and be mobile with the rest of the cavalry contingents), are trained quite well, drilled well, and armed to the best of their ability. Brief Description of your Economy: There is not much to say about the Qian economy save that it is heavily agricultural and pastoral, focusing on crop growing and herding animals, such as the large herds of horses in the Eurasian Steppe. However, elements of light and heavy industry exist in the southern, more urban sections of the country, such as in the cities of Chang'an and others.

- Prevent the Chinese states from consolidating and coordinating multi front offensives on Qian.
- Take as much of China as possible through destabilisation and then conquest.

History:
Pre-Mongol Rise: Tuvan peoples become the dominant of the Uriyangkhai peoples that surround Mongolia, such as the Yakuts and Altai.
Mongol Rise: Tuvan families, such as what would become the lovely Khertek Dynasty, gain prominence in the Mongol Empire and court following assistance to Genghis Khan at pivotal early expansionist battles against people such as the Merkits, Tatars and Uyghurs. Their loyalty would 'not be forgotten'
1200s - 1300s: As the Mongolian Empire fragments much past its zenith, the northern segments of the Great Yuan are almost 'infiltrated' by the influences of influential Tuvan houses and people. Despite their relatively small population, their previous elevation by Genghis Khan had given them much needed legitimacy and ground within the existing Mongol state.
1300s - 1500s: The decline of Yuan and the Mongol retreat north is becomes a messy period of warring states, with part of the Mongol heartland and the northern sections of the Uriyangkhai people being held in relative control, through a carved niche, by the Tuvans who had so greatly benefited from the Mongolian Empire.
1500s - 1600s: The instability is mostly dealt with, with the warring semi-states uniting under the Tuvan/Mongol state, which promises the tribes the 'riches of Genghis'. Much is done, such as expansions into Xia, carving out a bulwark niche state.
1630: The Tuvan Elite, the Khertek Dynasty, succumbs to the first elements of the sinicisation it undergoes due to its large Chinese population - 'Qian' becomes a name for the state, 'Great Khanate of Qian', officially.
1644: Qian undergoes its first expansionist wave, opening the plains to the feared horsemen once again.
1652: After 8 years of conquest, Qian had expanded north into northern Mongolia, south into Uyghurstan and reaching the Tibetan border, as well as conquering the Xinjiang.
1652 - 1699: Peaceful consolidation, reform, etc.
1699 - 1722: Qian wars with its Chinese border states, pushing into Xia further, and then attacking Shanxi, Shaanxi, the remnants of Gansu and sections of Hebei.
1773: The Third War of Qian Expansion, seeing it push westwards towards the 'stans of west-central Asia. Victory is assured after prolonged fighting, and the war sees Qian shift to a more infantry focused army, including a greater adoption of the cannon of the time.
1787: The war of expansion concludes.
1800s: Nothing much of note save being the Chinese demon, negotiating trade deals with some powers and states around it, trying to placade the Chinese states it borders with gifts and assurances and two pacts of non aggression are signed, with the Commonwealth and Persia.

Just a few notes; the "various Chinese" can largely be largely divided into the Jin (your east, some modern scholars say they don't speak Mandarin actually), Xibei, literally meaning northwest, which is the Chinese people all the way out to the Tarim Basin, and the most important group the Zhongyuan, or Central Mandarin who are mainly concentrated in Henan but also reach out to include the Chang'an area; they're as close to "original" Chinese as you get, and in your south.

An idea for army; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chinese_dragon the Black Dragon is a thing, already representing the north, and you're sort of close to Lake Baikal and the Amur River (maybe this is a claim on them) so you could name them the Black Dragon Army instead, 黑龍軍, Heilongjun.

Finally, I'd advise conquering the Chineseish areas a bit earlier and emphasising them more, because sinicisation and stuff is hard, and it allows people to construct better histories for why they didn't fight you at the time and die without those reasons affecting more recent history.

The standing army, commonly referred to as the Federal Army, is made up entirely of volunteers. It is primarily deployed along forts on the southern and western frontiers. The military sees action occasionally in skirmishes along the border with Antartique as well as against Indian foes on the frontier. The army is decently equipped and experienced, though not to the extent of their European counterparts. A recent adjustment to the organization of the army has been the development of independent artillery battalions, rather than having artillery attached to a infantry unit. This has been done to increase the mobility of the infantry and increase the authority of artillery commanders. The army was originally formed during the brief Brazilian War of Independence in 1816. Since then the army has seen action in the Cisplatine War (1825-1828), The Guarani War (1832-1835), The Chase Revolt (1838), and in the recent Yoruba Revolt (1846).

With the advent of the new administration the army is undergoing serious changes in its organization and its tactical doctrine. This is in part due to observations of recent innovations by armies in Europe and noted failures of the Army during the Cisplatine War. There has been a movement away from massed ranks firing in volleys torwards smaller units advancing and firing independently.

The Brazilian economy is largely agrarian, with plantations growing cash crops worked by slaves being common. Smaller independently held farms growing staple crops and ranches are more common in the interior and the more temperate south of the country. Recently there has been a boom in the growing of coffee, leading to an increased demand in laborers. The rich planter class holds most of the wealth, and consequently influence, in the nation. There is a growing industrial sector, largely along the southern coast. The fabric industry in particular is growing fast due to the cheap cost of sourcing cotton. Mining has long been an important part of the economy. Though activity in the mining sector declined gradually after the peak of the gold rush in the 1780's, it has scene a recent rejuvenation, diversifying out into other minerals such as iron and copper. "The Grenade of Cologne" a decorative grenade carried by the Monarch during Council meetings, made in 1784 by the infamous Jun Elbert of Nuremburg. Symbolized due to the Bishop of Cologne killing a Grenadier of the French Revolutionary Army, after which he was executed. It was confiscated out of Napoleon's treasury at the end of the war.

Brief Explanation of Government:

Not entirely a Constitutional Monarchy as the Monarch holds a good bit of power over the Councils of Koln and Essen, however, there is restrictions and a constitution protecting basic rights of the Citizens. Councilmen are voted from Counties of Westphalia, by vote of males of 25 years of age or men who own land that are 16 years of age or above. Women are able to run for office however it is unheard of and frowned upon (the constitution does not restrict them from doing so explicitly, therefore it will be an event I am planning on using later in the year). The Premier Councilman is selected from the elected officials to serve as the Superior of the Council. The GroBherzog chooses him. He serves until resignation, death, the GroBherzog's death, or impeachment. Impeachment of Councilmen have to be proposed to the Premier who will either approve the beginning of the Impeachment process or deny it. Then, the Councilman being impeached will stand and bear judgement of the other 55 Councilmen. The impeachment process of the Premier, however, is much more complicated. First, it must be proposed by 6 Councilmen. Afterwards, the council votes on whether or not to proceed with the Impeachment. If 3/4ths of the Council votes for it, then he can be judged and go through impeachment. 2/3rds of the Council is required to vote for impeachment for it to pass. Afterwards, if passed, the Council elects a new Premier who is protected for 8 years from removal by the GroBherzog. The impeachment case for the GroBherzog (from having power within the Council, very rare and only occured to Franz I a few weeks before he was replaced, only applies to the current GroBherzog and may be brought back by said Council) is more complicated. 3/4ths of the Council must support and vote for a process to begin. Afterwards a month must be given to each side to present their arguments then, afterwards, 9/10ths of the government must vote for it to remove him from his council position, which includes his Premier.

Brief Description of your Economy: Dependent on trade within the Rhine, especially Cologne. Being in the Ruhr area, however, we have decent industrial output and not entirely dependent on trade. We are rich, but obviously not as rich as major powers. Arguably the strongest within the German Rhine area.
Goals: To form some sort of unified Germany whether under a confederation or Empire, but not under the Austrians or a foreign power other then themselves. This does not mean we intend to force everyone into an Empire, rather, rely on the rising German Nationalism movement.
History: Formed in 1816 following the reformation of the former territory of the Electorate of Cologne, establishing it as a Grand Duchy. Ever since then, despite no true "Westphalian" identity, more of that of Cologne, it was recognized by the people and the Council. Grand Duke Franz I began to reform the monarchy away from that of a Feudal one, but was too liberal and saw that his son replace him in 1824. Franz II was more traditionalist however attempted to reform the council into more of a parliamentary system however was unable to form a Lower council therefor ensuring the government maintain its Unicameral position. However, it did secure elections (with only men of the age of 25 able to vote, or landowners above the age of 16) for the government and gave it many powers. The GroBherzog, however, assigns the Premier Councilman out of the elected body. When Franz I was deemedd too liberal, various polls began in 1823 which saw him removed of his council position in 1824 (along with his Premier) and saw a potential revolt form, causing him to resign. Franz II died of a heart attack in 1846, seeing Josef (his younger and oldest Cousin) take his place as GroBherzog in October. The standing army, commonly referred to as the Federal Army, is made up entirely of volunteers. It is primarily deployed along forts on the southern and western frontiers. The military sees action occasionally in skirmishes along the border with Antartique as well as against Indian foes on the frontier. The army is decently equipped and experienced, though not to the extent of their European counterparts. A recent adjustment to the organization of the army has been the development of independent artillery battalions, rather than having artillery attached to a infantry unit. This has been done to increase the mobility of the infantry and increase the authority of artillery commanders. The army was originally formed during the brief Brazilian War of Independence in 1816. Since then the army has seen action in the Cisplatine War (1825-1828), The Guarani War (1832-1835), The Chase Revolt (1838), and in the recent Yoruba Revolt (1846).

With the advent of the new administration the army is undergoing serious changes in its organization and its tactical doctrine. This is in part due to observations of recent innovations by armies in Europe and noted failures of the Army during the Cisplatine War. There has been a movement away from massed ranks firing in volleys torwards smaller units advancing and firing independently.

The Brazilian navy currently consists of over 90 warships: six frigates, seven corvettes, two barque-schooners, six brigs, eight brig-schooners, 16 gunboats, 12 schooners, seven armed brigantine-schooners, six steam barques, three transport ships, two armed luggers, two cutters and thirteen larger boats.
It has over 15,000 personnel, including sailors and on shore personnel. It's primary ports are Jamestown (Rio de Janeiro) and Pauleston (Sao Paulo).

The Brazilian economy is largely agrarian, with plantations growing cash crops worked by slaves being common. Smaller independently held farms growing staple crops and ranches are more common in the interior and the more temperate south of the country. Recently there has been a boom in the growing of coffee, leading to an increased demand in laborers. The rich planter class holds most of the wealth, and consequently influence, in the nation. There is a growing industrial sector, largely along the southern coast. The fabric industry in particular is growing fast due to the cheap cost of sourcing cotton. Mining has long been an important part of the economy. Though activity in the mining sector declined gradually after the peak of the gold rush in the 1780's, it has scene a recent rejuvenation, diversifying out into other minerals such as iron and copper. The new administration has announced plans to modernize and diversify the economy.
