ARC ONE: Saving Private Vivian

In the shadows of a dimly lit traditional Japanese house, somewhere in the suburban countryside far outside of the Tokyo urban area, a figure was standing and looking at the board on the wall. The board was filled with pictures and printouts, showing people and locations, and to an outsider, it would look like madness. Disorganized chaos. To the figure standing in front of the board, who had pinned everything to it, there was a method behind it. One that had been refined over much work and hours put into the project, if it could be called that. The board said that all roads would lead back to Saitama.

The figure added one more pin to the growing collection of them, and then stepped back again to admire his work. It was a map of the place where he would soon head, found after much online research and trawling through obscure websites, but he had already memorized it. The printout was just of the sake of the collection, and in case he needed to see it again once he was done. He stepped back and turned to the other half of the room, where his equipment was laid out and ready. He put it all on: the thin layer of carbon fiber powered armor, the matching mask, and the gauntlets that had automatic guns hidden within them.

The weapons were next, for the knight like figure. A submachine gun that was strapped to his waist, a rifle that went over his back in case he got into a ranged encounter. There were some smaller weapons, too, but they weren’t any less deadly: portable explosives, throwing stars, small knives. Finally, the figure reached for the most prized weapon of all, the one that could end his enemies with one stroke. A katana made from the best material, its edge glistening in the light. The figure slid the katana into its scabbard, which was on his waist opposite of the SMG.

He was a warrior that was now ready for war. He turned towards the exit of the building, shutting off the lights behind him and locking up as he left. It was time to make a trip back towards the bright lights of the cities, to Saitama specifically, where he would embark on a personal mission that had been building for years. The goal was simple. To make sure that if he couldn’t have a good life, the ones who were responsible for that couldn’t have one either. The figure stopped, for a moment, looking at the photograph he had pulled from the board back in the house. It reminded him that he would destroy as many other lives as he needed to accomplish his goal.

Ana Henare

Paralysis. Venom coursing through her veins. Shutdown of her muscular system, freezing her in place as the terror in her mind ran wild and left her wishing desperately that she could run away. And then gunfire and screaming. The bright flash of a pistol muzzle, the sound of bullets breaking the sound barrier and cracking the air, and the sound of frenzied screaming in Cantonese once two of the bullets hit their mark. Blood on the ground. Raw terror, as others entered the room.
Each thing was going through Ana’s mind quickly as she found herself frozen in bed, suffering from a case of sleep paralysis that brought her back to a time that had nothing to do with this. One that she wished she could forget, but also one that she likely would never get out of her head. Those moments had played on repeat so many times in the past, and it wasn’t going to be the last time. But right now, Ana felt the same thing that she had felt back then. It stayed with her until the sleep paralysis wore off, allowing her to get up and move to get dressed.

Her outfits weren’t usually too complex, and this one was no exception. Black tank top, cargo pants with enough pockets to hold the smaller pieces of equipment that she used in her hacking. Even as she got dressed, the flashback lingered in her mind, not fading away like an early morning dream usually would. But to be fair, it was no dream. It was something different entirely, something that might just be PTSD even if she refused to call it that and admit that she had a problem.

She sat down in front of her desktop monitors, and flicked a lighter on. She lit up the joint in her hand, and put it to her lips. It was part of her morning ritual, and while others liked to get coffee or tea in the morning, she liked to smoke. It calmed her racing mind, and not many other things did that. “Let’s see what’s happening today,” she said, waking the monitors from their sleep and looking at the security footage that was rolling from the hacked camera feeds constantly on all but the main monitor. She blinked a few times and muttered some words in Korean, after something caught her eye on the bottom left monitor. “What do we have here?”

She looked closer at the monitor and enlarged the feed on her main screen, looking at the grainy figure that she didn’t recognize as any current staff member or anyone tied to the program. No, the person who was climbing over one of the fences didn’t look like someone from the Guardians at all, and she looked at them with suspicion before deciding to gain more favor with the staff because of this. She made a phone call to the HQ’s main desk. “You have an unidentified person wearing body armor and carrying a number of weapons scaling the fence at the northwest side of campus. Thank me later for the tip, and don’t even think about asking how I know,” she said, before hanging up.

Afterwards, she put on a leather jacket and took one more drag from the joint before getting up and starting towards the door to her room. It was time to investigate this person a bit more. After all, there wasn’t much else of interest going on around the headquarters building, and the quiet had Ana itching for a bit of adventure. There was also the chance to gain an advantage from this, somehow...

Alexa Grace
"Miss Grace? It's time to wake up, now. You got a big day ahead of you, I'm sure. Wouldn't want to waste it all lazing around in bed, would you?"

Alexa slowly opened her eyes as she glanced at her nightstand, seeing a clock with a human face carved into it. It was an object that she had frowned accustomed with. She sat up from her laying position and stretched, her pink linen pajamas just barely raising above her midriff. She brough her hands to her eyes and rubbed the sleep out of them before glancing at the clock that had been so nice to wake her up. "Yeah, thanks Codsworth," she muttered before climbing out of bed.

"Now, you're going to stay on my nightstand, right?" She asked as she moved to her kitchen, glancing around at the books that she had strung about her room. "You're not going to ask about any furry princes or magical roses, right? Because that's just nonsense."

She heard the clock let out a scoff as she walked into the kitchen to get a bowl of cereal, which she'd place next to one of those strange book that she stole from her mother's library before leaving for Japan. "Please, miss Grace. Do you think I'm some sort of fool? Magical roses...my word."

Alexa chuckled lightly, a smile gracing her face. "That's what I thought, Codsworth." She shoved a spoon full of cereal into her mouth as she opened the strange book and looked through the pages, still only reading nothing but gibberish. "I wish I could learn your secrets..." she muttered as she stared intently at the words, as if they'd suddenly make sense. Perhaps she should actually go ask someone about it later today. That'd be great..

Cain Faust

At the highest level of the dorms in the far end of the hallway, one would hear a faint sound coming from the room inside when getting closer. Upon closer inspection, it would sound like anime was being streamed at maximum volume. As Cain shoved another hand full of chips into his mouth, the lap top he had automatically passed onto the next episode of space battleship Yamato, it's theme song blasting at full volume from his place.

Looking down at his dimly lit phone, he squinted faintly to look at the time before sighing as he closed the lap top. Throwing aside the socks and button up shirt that he was supposed to sleep in, he quickly changed into his daily clothes as he cleaned up before making sure that his hair looked normal. Quickly leaving his room, he carried his laptop in one hand with his pendulum in another as he walked down to the cafeteria.

Edward "Ted" Tomlinson
A door as a Edward leaves his dorm room. Weary from the long hours of gaming he leaves the room in search of a drink to reinvigorate him from his rather exhausted state. The teenage boy wore a grey hooded jacket, blue jeans, and a black shirt with a gamer logo on it. Likely one of the blandest look yet, but mattered not to Edward. He wasn't the type to care about other peoples opinions. As he begins to consider the food he would choose he pressed his glasses against his face to make sure they would stay on. A natural habit of one who wear glasses on a regular basis. He considered his food carefully and eventually decided for a simple cheeseburger, since he rather not bother worrying about such minor decisions; especially since he doubted anything from a cafeteria ought to be good.

When Edward entered the cafeteria he observed various other students of all sorts of looks and appearances. Typically he would overlook most other people, however he still wasn't used to the unique people or rather colleagues looking so different. He let out a quiet sigh under his breath wishing to return to his rather normal life he had back home. If their was a pro to any of this it was the pay, Edward thought as he purchased a soda, burger, and fries. This however was not going to stop Edward from gaming, and as he begun to eat he whips out a portable game device to entice him over the long straining length a time it takes to digest a meal.

Leo "Harry" MacRose

Harry let out a big sigh as he woke up from another restless night and got out of bed. He remembered he had to get dressed and let out another sigh, while he didn't care about others opinions, he still wanted to dress nice. As he put on his Brown Khakis and buttoned up his Pink Shirt he heard a faint noise. He quickly opened the door abit and got out of his Cloths and turned into a Dog, the noise was actually some Anime. Harry turned back into a Human dissatisfied, he had never gotten into Anime as much as others had. With his Cloths on and making sure he had grabbed his Book (Art of War), Harry set out for the Cafeteria to only get Food and nothing else.

Jude Lyncaster

Jude wakes up as the soft morning sunlight poked through the blinds only slightly covering his windows, shining directly onto his eyes. He doesn't mind the rude awakening, he had been having another nightmare. He sits up slowly, keeping his eyes closed but stretching his arms outward with a yawn. He opens his eyes, taking in the blurry world around him, reaching out to his right to fumble around for his glasses. He knocks over an empty cup, sighing to himself, before locating his spectacles. Putting them on he is taken aback by the small dorm room that he has spent the night in. It's absurd to Jude that he has come all this way, flying across an ocean, to participate in something like the Young Guardians. His setting still awes him, even though he has been here a few days.

In one corner of the room Jude's suitcase, which looks like it has exploded, lies. It is surrounded by various pieces of clothing, books, and other personal belongings the young adult brought to Japan. Climbing out of bed, Jude strides over to the corner, stepping around various clothing items on the way. He glances over at the digital clock that was provided with the room, realizing it is far too early to go to breakfast. Sighing to himself, Jude determines it is time to put his belongings away, since it seems like he is here to stay. Gathering up all the clothes he determines to be clean, Jude begins folding every item and placing them in his dresser. He hangs up certain items in his closet, while finding locations to store his personal knickknacks. As he folds a pair of pants, a picture falls out of the pocket. When Jude glances down at the image he sees his mother and father staring back at him.

His mother's eyes, blue and warm, full of life and love; his father's, dark brown, the color of hot cocoa on a cold winter's day. The two are standing in front of the world's largest ball of yarn. It's a silly picture, but it one of Jude's favorite images of his parents. It was taken years before the boy was born, a long time before his parents would die. Their expressions in the photo are pure bliss, the wind blowing through his mother's dirty blonde hair, Jude's hair. Holding the photo to his chest for a moment, Jude places it on his nightstand. Noticing that it is now a suitable hour for breakfast Jude begins to tidy himself up. He dresses in a nice pair of jeans, a button-up shirt, and a nicer pair of shoes.

Heading down to the cafeteria, Jude determines that it is time to meet someone else. His period of solitude at this place has extended on for too long. After purchasing his meal, he glances around the eating area, noticing Edward sitting by himself playing on some mobile gaming device. He strides over, pulling out a chair across from Edward.

"Is this seat taken?" Jude asks, somewhat rhetorically as he has already sat down by the time he finishes speaking. "I'm Jude. You are?"

Leo "Harry" MacRose

Harry waited in the Lunch Line reading his book, he ignored Social interaction and just patiently waited to buy his Food. As he gets his Crepe and Eggs and pays for it, he walks around and finds a Table next to Jude and Edward and sits down and cuts into his Crepe. He smiles as he sees a Grape filling oozing out and wipes some off from his Plate with his Finger and eats it. He puts his book down and starts to eat, hopefully no one would sit down with him.

He quietly slips his game device into an inside pocket in the coat making it disappear from view. "Nice to meet you Jude," he adds forgetting in his previous sentence to add a proper greeting. Kimura

The armored figure finished getting past the main fence at the area that had the weakest security of the entire compound, and when he encountered a couple of guards standing and talking, armed with automatic rifles, he approached them from behind before they could notice him. He didn’t need to draw a weapon to do his job. A strike to the back of the head dropped the first one, and when the second guard turned around, Kimura met him with a gloved punch that knocked his lights out. He kept moving on, with the goal of not being seen by any other guards that showed up and investigated.

“I’ve entered through the point I showed you on the map,” he said into a small speaker, underneath his mask. “I’m going to cut straight to the main objective. I need you to grab the target and do it quickly. And meet me near the top floor, where I know I can find who I’m looking for,” he said, before stopping and looking at a digital map once again, using a phone. “I expect to meet resistance. Even more when I reach the top floor. We’ll need to act before it gets stronger.”

“Say no more, boss. I’m already in through the west end, and headed to find our hero. Just gimme a few minutes and I’ll report in again,” said the voice on the other end of the line, and Kimura nodded slightly before heading inside the building through a side entrance that wouldn’t lead right to the main desk. Stealth was key here, even though it was only so long that he could keep the stealth act going in a highly secure place like this. One of the most well defended fortresses in the world.

Kana

The pink haired girl was in a place where she didn’t fit in, but she acted like she belonged and pulled her mask across the lower part of her face, acting like she was one of the Guardians and that she was headed somewhere that she needed to be. Move with a purpose, and people wouldn’t question you. So far, it seemed like she had accurately picked the black spot in the security camera coverage, too. She had seen pictures of her target, and she already knew exactly what she was looking for.

“Black hair. Tall. Chinese complexion,” she reminded herself under her breath, and she thought to herself, where would she be if she lived here? A lot of the residents of the HQ seemed to be headed to a cafeteria area within the building, and she followed them and blended in with the morning crowd, acting like she was here to get breakfast. Maybe her target would be there. She looked around, scanning the room with her eyes, and then settled down at a table where a couple of others were already sitting.

“You wouldn’t happen to know Vivian Jiang, would you? I kind of need to talk to her,” Kana said, softening her voice from her usual snappy tone and trying to sound more genuine. They wouldn’t know her, but the Guardians were a big organization, and it wouldn’t be hard to come up with some kind of cover story to explain why she was here. “I heard that she lives here, and well, it’s somewhat urgent.”

Image
Ana Henare

Ana’s hunt took her to the northwest side of the building, where she had seen the figure scaling the fence, but she found out quickly that she had arrived too late to witness what had already happened there. A couple of armed guards were unconscious, and the figure that she had seen on the security camera reel was now gone. Shit. The Guardians hadn’t sent a response team yet, either, likely acting slow because of the bureaucracy that was involved with so many things in this organization. But in situations like this, moving slowly could kill. She cursed under her breath in Korean, and kept her head down as she went to the nearest side entrance that she suspected an intruder would enter if they were looking to get into the headquarters building.

Mason is currently at Satiama Japan with the Guardians at 0400 November 25th 2017.

Jack Mason

Jack woke up his alarm clock blaring in his ear looking up he saw it was 0500 it's digital numbers flashing hitting off the former Marine got out of bed. Going to his dresser he pulled out his Colt M1911 and loaded a single magizine of 45 ACP. Next he put on some great sweatpants and an USMC hoodie. Looking up he saw a small poster of Jimmy Buffett and glanced at his guitar in the corner. Walking over towards the side of his bed he knelt down and reached for a case giving a hefty pull he the large plastic case slid across the carpet. Facing the locks Mason went to each side matching the three nber combination to 1-1-7 and a small click could be heard as he opened it. Inside it was a M82 anti-material rifle the greyness of the rifle gave it a small shine in the early morning light. Quickly he grabbed the large sniper rifle and slung it on his back and dropped down into a push-up position and started to push the nearly 30 lbs on his back started to get heavier and heavier every time he went up but stopped at his goal of 30 his arms shaking a bit. "Weak." He said to himself a scowl forming on his face. Standing up he leaned the rifle on his bed and took out his AK loading a magazine he slung it over his shoulder leaving the rifle in his room we walked out into the long tile hallways of the school. Walking to the firing range to warm up on his shooting.

Since he hadn't yet grown fully accustomed to the faces that surrounded him, he wasn't quite off put by the girl's appearance or composure. After all, there certainly were quite the number of misfits at the organization, and he was one of them. What did throw him off, however, were her words. She asked about a member he wasn't familiar with, which wasn't expected to be abnormal, but her next phrase was a little different.

I heard that she lives here, and well, it’s somewhat urgent.

Despite the instinctive flares that went off in his mind, he decided to think the better of it. The organization's security should hold against intruders, especially at the Headquarters. She might just be a newer member, but her words did still suggest she wasn't from there. "Jiang? As in our Head of Instruction?" he inquired, looking up to her from his food. "I haven't heard of anyone else by the name, and you're certainly a little underprepared if it's such an urgent matter. Wouldn't it have been easier to just go to Ai?"

Kana already had to adapt her story for being here, but she was a quick enough thinker to come up with something on the fly that didn’t seem too suspicious. “I’d rather not bother Ai with something that’s between me and her daughter. Or worry her. We know each other from Hong Kong, which is where I’ve spent the last months,” she said, her voice staying even and calm as she delivered the false explanation. She examined the boy that she was talking to, meeting his eyes and smiling slightly as she pulled the mask down from her face. “You must be new around here, I think. I wouldn’t say Viv is famous here, but she’s fairly well known.”

"Ted...that's a good name. I had a friend in high school named Ted, he was a good friend..." Jude mutters the last half of his sentence, so much so though that it may be incomprehensible to Ted. The hint of sadness in the boy's voice has spread to Jude, starting a chain reaction of nostalgic homesickness that Jude attempts to cut off. "It's nice to meet you too, Ted...it is. This is such a new place. It's a very strange, strange place and I don't know what to do half of the time while I'm here. Do you get that too? Y'know I guess I thought I was going to be a Guardian right away, saving people left and right. So far it's just been a bunch of sitting around in cafeterias, lounges, and other places by myself. We are here to be part of the team though, so I figured an important part of that was feeling like a part of the team...which is why I'm rambling to you..." Jude sighs, rolling his eyes and himself. He glances around, somewhat embarassed, noticing Leo seated at a table nearby.

"Should we invite him over?" Jude asks rhetorically, apparently he does that a lot. "Hey, Sun Tzu!" He yells in Leo's direction, noticing the book on the table by the boy. "Do you want to come eat with us?"

Kana

He returned her smile, appearing to relax and lower his guard as she finished her story. There was still something about her that was a little off-putting, but he couldn't deny that he was new"I imagine the two of you are close then, if it's more of a personal matter," he noted, "I am pretty new around here. It's only been a few weeks since the Guardians swept me from the desert sands, offering me a chance to help even more people."

"If you wouldn't mind, I suppose I can help you look for her. Would you have any idea of where her room is, or do you think she'd be here with the rest of us?"

Alexa Grace
Once she finished her bowl of cereal and spent a good half an hour just staring at her book, Alexa sighed, pushed her bowl to the side, scooped the book out of her hands and stood up. "Codsworth, I'm going to change and then go out to the cafeteria. You stay here."

"Didn't you just eat, miss? I would have assumed your stomach would have been full right now. You haven't been skipping out on your meals, have you?"

Alexa chuckled as she grabbed a change of clothes and changed into them rather quickly, as to avoid the embarrassment of Codsworth possibly staring at her. "I'm not going there to eat, Codsworth. I'm just trying to be social for once."

"Oh, right. Social needs. Of course. Well, have fun. I'll be here, watching time fly." He then proceeded to jump off of the nightstand. "Oh, look. It flew."

Alexa giggled and nodded as she moved towards the door. "Goodbye, Codsworth." She said before opening the door and stepping outside, making sure to close the door behind her before making it to the cafeteria, which she'd get to fairly quickly. Her demon book, affectionately named by her, was still in her arms, too. maybe she could go around asking questions about it.

Kana

“Just some things about stuff back home that I need to talk about with her. The Guardians are a big organization, you know. I could text it to her, but it’s probably better that we talk in person,” Kana said, selling the story further. She stood up and decided to push her looks as a way of getting what she wanted. There was still a slight bit of reluctance from this boy, and she was going to fix that. She shifted her position to show off her long legs, and she also adjusted her posture and made sure that he had a straight view of her chest. “I thought she would be here. I’m not sure where the rooms are in this building, I only arrived in Saitama last night… But I appreciate the help, big boy,” she added, with suggestion in her voice.

Erika Arndstson Alwin
Heroes of Tomorrow

The soothing pianos of Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata came to life as morning arose and Erika exited her dorm in her usual traditional Bavarian outfit. Usually, the song was played in reference to something mysterious; however, while it was morning, the piano music only played out of Erika pondering in curiosity as to where she was. Nevertheless, that didn’t stop Erika from making herself known to anyone listening.

A circular musical glyph underneath Erika was played the piano notes like a vinyl record disk. The notes played in an animated scrolling fashion, along with each musical note dance away into the wind upon being played. Certainly anyone witnessing Erika thought that she was some kind of Humanoid musical robot that took a taste in classical instrumental music; however, one should not make such guesstimates so lightly.

Erika was on her way to the cafeteria; ever-so walking calm and true as if nothing concerned her. Her musical conductor baton was hanging from her left hip while her black diary book was kept somewhere hidden on her right hip, only so rustling against Erika’s clothing as she walked sternly yet neutral and quietly. By that point, by the time she reached the cafeteria, Moonlight Sonata’s 1st Movement has already come concluded; however, Erika decided to give herself a moment of silence and pause herself from continuing onto the 2nd movement...

Jack Mason

Jack knelt looking out over the range in each of targets each having two shots in their center and one on their head. Reloading the last mag Mason got up slinging the AR onto his back walking back towards his room to pick up a bottle of Jack Daniels and a shot glass. Walking towards the cafe with booze in hand he realized "Shit Georgia is playing Tech today." Quickly he ran back booking it through the halway taking off his Marine Corp sweetshirt he put one on with a giant Bulldog with the leaders UGA on bottom and top he also grabbed his guitar and ran down the hallway into the cafe busting through the door.

Ki Yong-Jin

Ki closed his room's window after having spent several minutes simply watching the outside world. A terribly accurate beam of sunlight through Ki's room's window had finally brought him back awake as soon as the Sun had risen, so he hadn't had a choice other than wait until when he deemed was socially acceptable to be down at the cafeteria. This entire new reality was very strange to him and even though he had already spent more than 5 months away from his native country, most of that time had been spent relatively isolated from actual society and under surveillance of South Korean and Japanese officials. This was going to be his very first interaction with actual people outside his nation, and he had no idea of what was "trending" or normal for people to have or do. All of this would have to come through experience, he assumed.

In his black jeans and a dark grey hoodie, he calmly headed out of his room, shutting the door behind him. From there, it was an uneventful walk towards the cafeteria. He believed he could blend in well amongst other people and that he looked just like any other student, so that should work just fine for him.

Ki was close around while the music played on his way to the cafeteria. Although he would assume it was probably a portable speaker of some sort, the glyph and simply the way it sounded gave away the fact that it seemed to be some sort of ability, even though it sounded great regardless. After all, that's what the place he was at was about, right? Superhumans or something. By the time he reached the cafeteria, he noticed it wasn't really crowded so he would have time if he decided to talk to that girl. His short stature made everything a little bit awkward, but he had to do his best to be assimilated into that different culture. He calmly walked over to her.

"Hey, your music sounds really good." Ki said with a faint smile. "My name is Ki Yong, what's yours?"

Nika Rosenal

Ah, mornings, or the most irritating thing since that time pigeons had decided it was a good idea to nest next to her bedroom window. Nothing quite like being woken up by loud birdsong at 5AM every morning for a year or two.

She'd been awake for several hours by now, just lying in bed, trying and failing to fall back asleep, but she'd finally managed to haul herself out of bed, shower and dress herself in an act of willpower and hunger, although mostly the latter. She kept her room spartan; no point in putting up posters or bringing over bits and pieces from home, she'd just get homesick looking at them. Same for her clothes; simple black hoodie over a plain grey top, battered jeans, grey boots. Simple, functional.

Well, might as well head to the cafe. She wasn't quite hungry enough to be bothered to make breakfast today, and it'd get her out of her room for once. She spent far too much there or in the vehicle pool with her bike, endlessly tinkering with it to get every last ounce of performance out of it. She stretched her arms out and glanced down at the one thing that could be called an ornament in her room; her red biker helmet.

She shook her head and moved to open the door before stopping. She didn't really need it, but, well, she might go check her bike before breakfast, and then she could leave it there. Sighing, she turned around and picked it up, tucking it under an arm before leaving her room.

She made her way through mostly empty halls, powers off; she didn't need or want to know how many people were sleeping right now. She decided to take the stairs down rather than the lift; a bit of exercise would wake her up more. As she walked down, she brushed past an armoured man in some strange daemon mask. She didn't recognise his costume, and she thought she had a pretty good knowledge of the Guardian roster, and this guy didn't match up. Maybe he'd transferred from another department or was a new guy or something. Regardless, she was curious, and curiosity must be sated.

"I don't recognise you, you new around here?" She stopped and turned around to lean on the staircase's bannister as she addressed the man in the daemon mask.

He is attempting to keep Leo out of his personal space, to keep Leo out of the range that could lead to any accidental touching. Jude is happy to make new friends; he enjoys meeting new people, living and laughing with them. However, he is terrified these new people will want to shake hands with him, pat him on the back, or attempt any other kind of friendly physical contact. It was easy at home. His friends there understood, they knew his past, but here everyday interactions with new faces were horrifying gambles for Jude.

Sensing Jude did not want Leo to sit near him for whatever reason, Leo decided to respect Jude's silent wish and sat down in the chair next to Jude that was kicked away by his Foot. Instead of sitting in it normally however, Leo moves the chair backwards and sits down in it with his chest touching the back of the Chair. He smiles and looks straight into Jude's eyes. "So, Jude right? What powers do you have that are so Great that forced our Trusted Governments to force us into this Prison?"

"Good morning." He said to the group as he slid his guitar off and put it on his side of the table.

Jessica Scorch

In one of the most hottest rooms in the building, Jessica was among those who have woken up in the early hours of morning at the sound of the alarm. Peeling her eyes open at the alarm clock reading 5:30, she sat up with a small groan as she strectched. Stretching with a small squeaky yawn, Jessica hopped out of bed and got into a nice steaming hot bubble bath. Ahhhh... Yes, just what I always want. thought the young woman blissfully as she sunk into the hot suds, her power of heat boiling the water to nonsensical degrees, Just the thing every girl should be welcome to every morning,

After a good ten minute bath, Jessica got out of the tub and wrapped herself in her pink bathrobe before proceeding to brush her red hair on her bed. The young girl, looked at the clock and growled a little before heading out into the hall to check on her good-for-nothing twin brother, Jack. Still in her bathrobe, Jessica stormed out of her room, right across the hall to her brother's dorm. "JACK, YOU ICE FOR BRAINS, YOU BETTER GET YOUR ASS OUT OF BED!" she hollered as she knocked hard on the floor, "I KNOW YOU LIKE TO CHEAT THE ALARM! OUT OF BED! CHOP, CHOP!"

Jessica laughed and returned to her room, believing her lazy brother to awake enough to get up. She threw on one of her lovely yet sleezy out-fits, before beginning to do her nails a for a bit. Once she was ready, Jessica collected anything she would need before heading back out intp the hall to meet up with her brother. Jessica laughed jokingly a bit. "Hey what do you know, you beat a new high score getting ready." she crackled a bit, before headimg down the hall towards the Cafeteria, "Come on, hurry up, they got good breakfast here, remember?"

When Jessica arrived at the Cafe and looked around at the students inside. She sighed sadly remembering how much she missed her old friends on Hawaii. It was unfortunate that she had to leave when her training came to an endn- recently. Now Jessica was stuck with her idiot brother, but she while make do with making new friends. Speaking of which, the young lady suddenly caught sight of a handsome young man with a certain, strange fire about him. A strange fire indeed, but still one her affinity attracted her to. After collecting Jessica walked yo to the young man, Meire, with flirtatious grin on her face. "So what's your name, handsome?" she asked, "Glad to meet another fire user in this cold world. Name's Jessica, what's yours Cutie?"

Jack Frost

In the most frigid room in the building, wearing nothing but boxers, Jack slept in bed in one of his unusal sleep positions, snoring quite loudly. The young man dreamed soundly of being back in Alaska snowboarding while on break from his Government training. Unfortunately, though, Jack was suddenly awoken from his pleasant dream of ice and snow by his loud mouth sister, Jessica. Flung out bed by the sudden loudness of his twin, Jack yelped as he fell onto the floor with a loud THUMP. "Ouch... Proklyatiye." groaned and cursed the boy in soft coldness as he rubbed his head, "Ugh... Coming, coming sister, you hot-head..."

Jack groaned again, figuring that he did over sleep a little, not that he wanted to admit to his sister. Getting onto his feet, he gave out a great big yawn and stretched out his back and limbs before heading into his bathroom. After taking a nice relaxing, ice-cold shower, Jack threw on some clothes and headed out into the hall as he got his light sweater on. "Morning Jessy. Nice out-fit..." he spoke sarcastically with a smirk as he examined Jessica's outfit, "Another day, another dollar. After you, Sister dear..."

Jack followed her sister down the hall and sighed coldly, thinking about how annoying she was. She was always bossing him around, even during their letter writings to each other for the past. Still, Jessica was always friendly during video games. The young man also thought about how much he preferred to be back in Alaska getting ready for sleigh riding. Though it turns out that his training under the U.S government was over, which sent him to this place in Japan. Might as well make the best of it and make some friends, Jack assumed. Not to mention be prepared for whatever missions the school is going to offer. Right now, as he headed for the Cafeteria, all Jack wanted right now was breakfast...

In the cafe, after collecting food, Jack looked around, parting from his sister. He sat down at table and began eating his breakfast. Jack couldn't help but notice Jessica with one of the older students. Jessica... hmph. he thought as he watched his twin while eating breakfast, How typical going after the adults and flirting like that with them like that. I know you liked to flirt with our instructors when we trained. Careful Sis. Could get you in trouble...
