Description: The World Assembly,

Noting that many national leaders are drawn to their positions for the challenge of solving the tough problems in their nation;

Further noting that some nations make an extra effort in advocating for awareness of these problems;

Recognizing Drasnia and the formerly associated commonwealth DWAsnia as particularly skilled in raising awareness of important topics among the NationStates community, having brought no less than 11 issues to international attention on a variety of topics such as:

• International relations via Only Leader Could Go To Dàguó;
• Invasive species via Florists Blooming Mad;
• Determining the proper outcome of extremely close elections via Tie Fighters;
• Military upkeep via You Just Sank My Battleship; and
• Clarity of writing in government documents via Syntax Destruction, among others;

Acknowledging that, during a time of unprecedented change and increased complexity in the problems nations are facing, Drasnia has taken a lead role in documenting over 100 new dilemmas and how dozens of existing ones have evolved, solely for the good of the international community;

Aware of the work Drasnia has done in helping other nations understand the effects their governing choices have on their people;

Appreciating the mentorship Drasnia has shown to nations desiring to advocate for their own issues;

Conscious that Drasnia's former commonwealth, DWAsnia, was World Assembly Delegate of Capitalist Paradise from October 2013 to May 2014, during a time of unprecedented size and activity in the region, and praising DWAsnia's commitment to open-mindedness and new ideas as demonstrated by restructuring Capitalist Paradise's embassy policy so that all regions, regardless of ideological affiliation, had a chance to apply for embassies;

Feeling that, in sum, all nations can aspire to make the NationStates community a better place to reside in the way Drasnia has;

Condemn Reventus Koth

A resolution to express shock and dismay at a nation or region.

Description: The Security Council,

Observing that the nation of Reventus Koth, otherwise referred to as Koth, is a highly feared leader of The Black Hawks, one of the most infamous and successful military organizations in the world that has been condemned twice by SC#52 and SC#217,

Further Observing that Koth was the founder of The Brotherhood of Malice, a raider organization notable for its countless invasions and operations including, but not limited to:

• the destruction and recolonization of Assassins,
• assisting fellow raider organization Lone Wolves United in the invasion and recolonization of Hogwarts,
• controlling the delegacy of Osiris and publicly declaring it their protectorate while flying the flag of the Brotherhood of Malice over Osiris,

Mindful that Koth was a member of The Black Riders, a military previously condemned twice by SC#91 and SC#127, where Koth advanced to the superior officer rank of Colonel,

Abhorred that Koth was awarded the Bronze Star on December 7th, 2012 for meritorious contribution to The Black Riders, and the Silver Star on March 29th, 2014 for their efforts in Operation Typhoon, a cruel and barbarous operation where the Black Riders seized over 60 regions in one night,

Appalled that following the dissolve of the Kemetic Republic of Osiris, Koth, with the help of Cormactopia II and Brotherhood of Malice co-founder Venico, replaced Astarial's interim regime with the Osiris Fraternal Order (OFO), a process that included exiling a number of Empire and defender nations from Osiris,

Shocked that the aforementioned actions of Koth in Osiris were influenced by the Brotherhood of Malice, and were instrumental in making Osiris the largest raider aligned region that exists today,

Disgusted that on April 18th of 2016, Koth assisted Cormactopia II and Tim Stark in a brutal coup d’etat of the Osiris Fraternal Order that involved banishing the democratically elected delegate. In doing so, Koth created the second iteration of the Osiris Fraternal Order that continues to serve as the contemporary government of Osiris,

Acknowledging that Koth enabled Osiris to remain raider aligned and continue their ruthless invasions of innocent regions while serving as Pharaoh of Osiris twice, once under the nation of Detective Figs and again under Saq,

Respecting that Koth co-founded the Sekhmet Legion, the operating military of Osiris on September 19, 2013, where they successfully refounded Islamic Republics of Iran,

Further Noting that Koth was appointed to The Council of Hawks, the ruling faction of The Black Hawks, as a Field Marshal on May 8th, 2014 and now serves on the Council as the Technical Wizard where Koth has been conducive to the planning and execution of several offensive operations against innocent, founderless regions,

Disturbed that Koth has greatly contributed to the history of raiding and modern raiding alike, especially by incorporating older raider methods into present-day teaching and operations, and helping the legacy of raiding survive where it continues to serve as a threat to the security and foundation of several regions around the world,

Repeal "Condemn Gest"

A resolution to repeal a previously passed resolution

Description: Security Council Resolution #122 “Condemn Gest” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.

Argument: The Security Council,

Recognizing the nation of Gest as one of the highest-ranking officers of The Black Riders and DEN, two of the most notorious raider organizations in the history of NationStates, where they executed thousands of raids from a period of 2011 to 2016, which led to Gest being condemned under Security Council Resolution #122;

Noting Gest’s extensive involvement with Predator, an extremely powerful military weapon later found to be in contravention of international law;

Shocked that during an investigation of Predator, Gest encouraged others involved with the program not to confess their involvement with Predator in order to avoid sanctions;

Remembering the events of April 2016, in which the Predator scandal resulted in the sudden obliteration of the region of DEN and the nation of Gest, among others, along with extensive World Assembly-sanctions being placed on many world leaders, including the leader of Gest, who received a one-year ban from joining the World Assembly under any nation, effectively prohibiting them from raiding;

Believing that it is improper to reward Gest for their leadership when several raids under their watch were executed using the Predator superweapon, which demonstrated no mercy for the innocent nations affected by these brutal invasions;

Aware that since many raiders treat condemnations as a reward, allowing Gest to retain their condemnation for raids that occurred using dishonourable methods is effectively rewarding them for their misdeeds;

Disgusted by Gest’s cruel actions towards other raider aligned nations, leading to the alienation and eventual defection of several nations;

Reasoning that since The Black Riders and DEN will continue to be defunct organizations that broke international law which led to their obliteration, and Gest has effectively been blacklisted from prominent raider organizations such as The Black Hawks, they no longer pose a threat to regional security or the innocent nations of the world;

Hereby repeals Security Council Resolution #122.

Repeal "Condemn General Halcones"

Argument: The Security Council,

Noting that General Halcones was the founder and leader of The Black Riders, a defunct raider organization which has been condemned by this council on two other occasions,

Acknowledging the thousands of regions raided by The Black Riders under the leadership of General Halcones,

Disturbed that many of these raids were executed using Predator, a weapon developed by General Halcones which informed raiders with a high degree of accuracy when to move into a region to capture it, and which was later found to be in contravention of international law,

Disgusted that even before Predator was found to be illegal, the nation of General Halcones was obliterated and the leader prevented from ever founding another nation as punishment for using recruitment methods for The Black Riders that are prohibited by international law,

Appalled that after being permanently sanctioned by the international community for the April 2015 recruitment scandal, the leader of General Halcones continued to subvert the raider community by covertly distributing the Predator weapon to other nations, resulting in an even bigger controversy in April 2016 that resulted in dozens of countries and a handful of regions being instantly obliterated,

Knowing that the raider community sees condemnation badges as rewards,

Believing that those nations, including General Halcones, who use methods that violate international law to carry out raids, do not deserve to be recognized by this Council,

Hereby repeals Security Council Resolution #165.

Commend August

A resolution to recognize outstanding contribution by a nation or region.

Description: The Security Council,

Noting that August controls the founding nations of Ridgefield, Conch Kingdom, Lands End, Cape of Good Hope, and Narnia,

Impressed by the fact that it united these regions for some time under the banner of the Augustin Alliance,

Recalling that Ridgefield, under its control, at one point controlled nearly 200 nations at a time when the world was comprised of less than 60,000 nations,

Marvelling that to this day, the Alliance’s former member regions are active and well-structured, while still being diverse in their themes, as a result of August’s initial structuring, with such features as:

• Ridgefield being a small village with mandatory World Assembly membership
  
• Lands End being a Corporate state, wherein any WA member state may apply for shareholder status, and the shareholders elect the government
  
• Conch Kingdom being a vacation town, wherein the Tourism Bureau aids new members in getting acquainted with the region, as well as being a constitutional monarchy
  
• Cape of Good Hope, which takes a hands-off approach to imposing rules, but prides itself in its helpful and friendly community
  
• Narnia, which permits one to join a royal faction (that of the Pevensies, the Telmarines, the Witch, or the Calormenes),
  
• International Events such as AugustinVision, which seek to enhance the quality of international relations within the regions
  
• Strong interregional communication within member regions of the former alliance

Acknowledging that the unity and community within these regions was, and continues to be, largely a result of the Alliance being a uniting factor in these regions,

Astounded by the work it has done for the betterment of the Alliance, including synthesis of regional government systems and distribution of Alliance-related news across the world,

Grateful for the work it has done in guiding hundreds of new nations to success by both its direct actions and its creation of guides about many aspects of the functions of the world,

Flabbergasted by the marvelous performance of the Alliance’s faction (led by August) in the recent Nuclear Apocalypse, wherein it ranked first in the world,

Moved by the aid it has provided other founders in region building,

Recognizing its foundation and maintenance of the Joint Task Force, a military organization that, during its time as leader:

• Occupied, cleared, and locked Union of the Fascist Nations, which was, at the time of occupation, the largest fascist region.
  
• Participated in the occupation of The Viertes Reich, a successor region to the Union of Fascist Nations
  
• Participated in the defense and liberation of multiple regions
  
• Aided in the destruction of the US military, a region that attacked the sovereign territory of the West Pacific

Applauding the encouragement of World Assembly participation among the residents of the Alliance by August, and the success of this program in:

• Making Conch Kingdom 8th in the World for World Assembly Endorsements
  
• Making Lands End 27th in the World for World Assembly Endorsements
  
• Making Ridgefield entirely comprised of World Assembly nations

Naming Wopruthien as one of the most prolific and trusted leaders in the defender movement for nearly a decade,

Recognizing their status as the most celebrated Ranger in the history of the Founderless Regions Alliance, an interregional organization that was dedicated to the protection and stabilization of founderless regions across the world, having been recognized for at least 323 actions in less than four years of recorded service,

Affirming that Wopruthien has participated in hundreds of operations with the focus of protecting the sovereignty of regions beyond those recorded,

In awe of their dedication to the Founderless Region Alliance, which saw its heyday during Wopruthien's tenure of service including:

• Seven terms as its Arch Chancellor
  
• Three terms as the Chief of Defense
  
• A term as Regional Recruitment Officer
  
• A term as Intelligence Minister

Singing their praises as the nation that created FRAvision, an international music competition that spanned years, eventually inspiring the creation of similar international events,

Respecting the toil the people of Wopruthien went through in hosting the Founderless Regions Alliance's Defender Awards on numerous occasions, taking it upon themselves to ensure that defenders went recognized for their actions,

Noting that their service extends beyond the boundaries of the Founderless Regions Alliance, having served the region of the Rejected Realms in several capacities:

• As Commander of the Rejected Realms Army, Wopruthien continued its long legacy of being one of the largest and most competent defender organizations in world history;
  
• As Culture Officer, Wopruthien created numerous inter-regional games and contests in the spirit of uniting defender regions and their friends including, but not limited to, the Rejected Realms, 10000 Islands, Mordor, Spiritus, Canada and European Union;

Cowering in fear of their puppet government Evil Lord Sauron, the founder of Mordor, which ironically was comprised of a friendly community of nations that espoused the cause of regional sovereignty,

Celebrating their recognition by the Defender Awards which include the Ananke Award which is given to those who are considered to be best at identifying invasions in progress and the Sir Lans Award which gives recognition to nations that are the most active at defending founderless regions from hostile forces,

Thanking Wopruthien for inspiring nations and regions alike to take up the cause of regional sovereignty while taking the time to enjoy the simpler things in life, believing such actions fit the World Assembly’s aspirations of peace and goodwill,

Argument: The Security Council,

Aware that this esteemed body previously condemned the nation of Kknight for their longtime involvement in the raider organizations of The Black Riders and DEN, including being second-in-command of The Black Riders and a General in DEN,

Cognizant, however, of Kknight’s checkered history regarding international laws on raiding,

Pointing out the frequent use of Predator by Kknight, a weapon developed by General Halcones that gave raiders extremely accurate information to help their operations and which was later found to violate international law,

Noting that as retribution for the use of Predator the nation of Kknight was rendered permanently uninhabitable and its leader banned from participating in the World Assembly under any nation, effectively banning them from raiding,

Knowing that raiders consider condemnations to be badges of honour,

Highlighting the recent repeals of the condemnations of Gest and General Halcones, both frequent users of Predator, with the reasoning that those who used Predator to mercilessly attack innocent nations should not be recognized by the Security Council,

Noticing that Kknight’s condemnation passed only three days before the nation was obliterated from existence without warning under the sanctions for the use of Predator,

Disbelieving that a nation with flagrant violations of international law should be rewarded with a shiny badge by the Security Council,

Hereby repeals Security Council Resolution #194.

Argument: The Security Council,

CONSIDERING that merely having existed for a long period of time is not particularly unique among regions, and that many other regions have existed for as long or longer without commendation;

REASONING that many other regions are home to multiple nations which have authored resolutions;

FURTHER REASONING that many of these nations referred to in SC#44 are not native to Texas, but rather puppet regimes of nations residing in distant lands;

CONCERNED that the diplomacy practiced by Texas is not always mature, and that the region's leadership is quick to meet nations unlike them with hostility and unproductive rhetoric;

POINTING OUT that Texas' defender army has been minimally functional for many years, and that many other regions have hosted far more effective forces for peace;

RECOGNIZING that, though elections are held, only one nation has served as the President of Texas in recorded history;

OBSERVING that many of the accomplishments listed in SC #44 are more appropriately individually commended in SC #131 as the work of NewTexas, including the creation and maintenance of NSSuite, over a decade of WA vote participation, over a decade of service as President of Texas, and a history of commitment and communicating in the region;

CONTEMPLATING that the region, though perhaps above average, is not particularly remarkable, and that many points raised in the original resolution are misleading or the work of an individual nation which has been separately commended for its deeds;

HEREBY repeals Security Council Resolution #44.

Acknowledging the former region of The Black Riders as one of the most feared raider organizations in the world in their day,

Recognizing that the region popularized the practice of tag raiding, committing thousands of these raids, and were condemned not once but twice by the Security Council, though the first of these has now been repealed,

Appalled, however, at the repeated underhanded actions taken by regional leadership in order to succeed at raiding,

Recalling the events of April 2015, in which two high-ranking officers of The Black Riders, General Halcones and Bob Moran, were obliterated instantly as sanction for recruitment methods that violated international law,

Noting The Black Riders' deliberate and frequent use of the Predator program, a dangerous raiding weapon found to violate international law,

Also remembering the events that happened just under a year later, when the Predator scandal resulted in both The Black Riders and DEN being carpet-bombed into permanent uninhability as a result,

Fully aware that raiders see condemnation resolutions as awards by the Security Council,

Completely disbelieving that a region such as The Black Riders that committed so many underhanded acts in order to succeed at raiding should have any sort of recognition by the Security Council,

Hereby repeals Security Council Resolution #127.

Commend Zwangzug

Admiring the numerous positive impacts the nation of Zwangzug has had on several aspects of the NationStates community, including international athletics, liberating occupied regions, and advocacy of issues that confront world leaders;

Appreciating Zwangzug's efforts to further international athletics via hosting a multitude of sporting events, including the World Baseball Classic 3, the '12 FairPlay Trophy, the '12 and '13 NationStates World Fair Sports Tournament, the '13 TriWrathlon, and the World Cup of Hockey 16;

Noting Zwangzug's invaluable planning and logistics provided to both the World Baseball Classic and NationStates World Fair;

Further appreciating en passant assistance given by Zwangzug to other nation's sports tournament hosting efforts, via proliferating information of basic practices for scorekeeping;

Recognizing the incredible prowess of the athletes of Zwangzug in baseball, as well as Zwangzug's pawns Aguazul and Earent in soccer, and Plutoni in hockey, accounting for multiple world championships in multiple sports, most impressively Aguazul's four World Cup wins, including an as of yet unmatched three in a row;

Feeling that exceeding the talent in athletics in the above nations is the talent in sports journalism, which is famous among the NationStates Community not only for reporting of the athletics on the field, but also using the lens of athletics to illustrate national culture, provide humor, interweave international affairs, and even incorporate mathematical theory;

Admiring that despite the checkered experience of Aguazul in World Cup 54, including the mid-tournament murder by dinosaurs of emblematic General, Carlos Lopez, the nation was still able to co-host World Cup 55;

Praising Zwangzug's commitment to civil rights and equality as demonstrated by assisting in the organization of a men's rights group in Cassadaigua;

Astounded that Zwangzug is also accomplished at protecting regions from occupation and liberating occupied regions, demonstrated by achieving the rank of Lieutenant in the United Defenders League, being awarded Liberator of the Month in March 2012, participating in such notable liberations as ITALIA, Norway, Liberal Haven, Hong Kong, Christmas, Roman Empire, and Italy, as well as acting as a protective castle to countless other regions via their early spotting of potential invading forces;

Awestruck that, in addition, Zwangzug is a talented issue advocate, demonstrated by bringing the following issues to world leaders' attention:

• Hate speech via Sticks And Stones;
• Olympic boycotts via The Road To Blackacre Ends Here?; and
• National censuses via Your Nation Taking Leave Of Its Census;

Believing strongly that a nation that has made such positive contributions in so many different areas of the multiverse deserves international recognition;

Lauding Europeia's role at the forefront of the Independent ideology, notably including both being host to the pioneering Independent Convention and codifying the principles and values of Independentism in a landmark interregional document known as The Independent Manifesto;

Recognizing the region's history of military leadership, particularly via several Status of Forces Agreements wherein Europeia assisted allies including The United Kingdom, Merridel, and The Communist Bloc with the development of their own armies;

Specifically Recognizing Europeia's commitment to anti-fascist military efforts, particularly the forceful presence of the Europeian Republican Navy on numerous operations in regions such as Nazi Europe, Greater German Reich, and Anne Frank, as well as Europeia's creation of the Coalition Against the Ideology of Nazism to unite regions across the world in the combat of fascism;

Applauding the region for its impressive efforts to recruit nations to become a part of its territory, often using state-of-the-art technology that Europeia has developed, tested, and shared with other regions;

Complementing the exemplary levels of participation in recruitment efforts from many individual nations in the region, whose efforts are largely responsible for the region perennially being among the largest regions for over a decade, as well as the Europeia's formal recognition of such;

Noting that Europeia was host to the UCR-UCR Conference, which produced a widely-recognized standard for regional recruitment activities known as the Arnhelm Declaration of Recruitment Standards;

Admiring Europeia's extraordinary executive, legislative and judicial systems, in which more than 90 nations often participate, and which have produced a long history of democracy, a large body of legislation, and many a fair trial;

Further Admiring that Europeia has striven to share its expertise in these areas with other regions, notably having assisted The Allied Republic with the development of a regional legal system, in addition to supporting Balder through the development of its entire regional government;

Impressed by Europeia's record of profound cultural presence, including:

• Hosting the "Women in NS Symposium" to recognize female world leaders,
• Organizing a celebration of culture among many regions, known as the "Winter Ball,"
• Maintaining a vibrant regionally and privately owned media,
• Protecting the right of the fourth estate to be critical of the region,
• Supporting a world-renowned audio broadcasting organization, and
• Assisting other regions with the development of their own fourth estate with accords such as its Media Development and Distribution Agreement with The Britannian Kingdom;

Acknowledging that Europeia has long been a leader in the World Assembly, consistently supporting the creation of World Assembly legislation both intra-regionally in its World Assembly Drafting Headquarters and inter-regionally as a member of the World Assembly Legislative League;

Praising Europeia's extensive efforts to collect, preserve, and catalog often irreplaceable regional and world history in one of the largest libraries in the world;

Believing that Europeia overall serves both as an exemplary role model for the world and as a force for positive change throughout it;

Impressed by the clarity with which Candlewhisper Archive has conveyed the following selection of issues regarding a diverse range of important and multifaceted political circumstances to thousands of nations across the world:

• The decay of cultural awareness (known as 'The Show Must Go On')
• The recognition of depression and other mental illnesses (known as 'Rock 'n' Roll Suicide')
• The healthcare applications of a DNA database (known as 'The Genetics Of Aesthetics'),

Noting that the aforementioned resolution only had to be passed due to naive carelessness by the native delegate La Navasse,

Observing that the region Dank Memes is now under the permanent control of non-native occupants,

Recognizing that this situation came about as a result of numerous blunders by former delegate La Navasse and the region's invader occupants,

Illuminating the fact that La Navasse subsequently released a dispatch to the world in which they claimed fascist forces would allegedly help refound Dank Memes,

Emphasizing a specific part of the statement which said "Dank Memes shall become a fascist state and provide military assistance" to those fascists "eternally",

Bringing Attention to the fact that Dank Memes was never returned to La Navasse following this misguided deal,

Believing that Tsunamy, a nation founded in the earliest days of the South Pacific, has gone beyond the call of duty in their phenomenal service to their home region,

Recalling a natural disaster in 2003 that facilitated a coup d'etat of the newly formed Coalition of the South Pacific by The xyz affair and the resulting dissolution of the Coalition's primogenital Delegate nation Killer monkeys, a crisis through which Tsunamy valiantly led restoration efforts by seeking foreign assistance through diplomacy, establishing a new regional forum, and salvaging the Coalition's Charter that had previously been stored in Killer monkeys' jurisdiction,

Further recalling Tsunamy's subsequent roles in defeating coup d'etat attempts of the Coalition by Milograd in 2013, in which Tsunamy tirelessly engaged fellow nations to garner support, and by Hileville in 2016, in which Tsunamy was materially involved in negotiations and, following the failure of the attempt, was entrusted by the region to lead a special Cabinet overseeing reconciliation efforts and a Great Council,

Impressed by the varied positions, both elected and appointed, that Tsunamy has held with distinction in the Coalition of the South Pacific, including Minister of Intelligence, Member of the Council for State Security, Member of the Council on Regional Security, Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Vice President, Special Advisor to the Cabinet, Chair of the Assembly, Editor-in-Chief of South Pacific Independent News and later the South Pacific Independent News Network, and most notably the World Assembly Delegate, holding that position a total of three times for a combined 777 days,

Highlighting that Tsunamy has played a key role in security, both of the Coalition itself as well as the nations contained therein, starting with their role as Minister of Intelligence in 2004 and continuing to this day as tenured member of the Council on Regional Security,

Noting further that the regional forums of the Coalition have been supervised by Tsunamy for most of the Coalition's existence (from 2003 to 2012 as well as from 2014 onwards),

Fascinated by Tsunamy's relentless drive for grassroots democratic involvement of all nations in the South Pacific, the fruits of which are seen most notably in the innovative Local Council, now a core component of South Pacifican democracy, which encourages and allows all nations in the South Pacific to contribute to their governance without requiring membership on the regional forums,

Liberate Iran

Regretting that the natives were misled by an invasion which ultimately resulted in the region's destruction behind a password,

Observing the similarities between the invasion of Greece, which resulted in Security Council Resolution #29, and the invasion of Iran:

• August 5/7, 2013: Gharechi (also known as Avalonian persia) and Persepolis the great appeared in Iran. Persepolis the Great had been founded that very same day. Gharechi released a dispatch that day explaining their "intentions" for moving to Iran. This group antagonized the regional community while making false accusations against the native delegate.
  
  
• December 8 2014: Baharestan took the delegacy with the support of Gharechi and Persepolis the Great and promptly ejected and banned natives. Natives were encouraged by Baharestan, Gharechi et al. to leave Iran for a backwater region named Shahish Empire that was controlled by Persian Empire (which directed the occupation of Greece). The reason given for this policy - to conserve regional influence - was plainly false. Presumably, the real intent of the policy was to mislead natives from the region to accelerate its abandonment and annihilation.
  
• May - August 2014: Persepolis the Great replaces Avalonian Persia as delegate, who replaced Baharestan.
  
  
• August 15, 2014: Persepolis the Great alters the password of the region.
  
  
• September 8, 2014: Twenty four days later, Persepolis the Great resigns from the World Assembly.

Recognizing that a native at the time, Iramerica, attempted to save the region with a liberation proposal on May 12 2014, though the nation was temporarily removed from the World Assembly for plagiarizing Security Council Resolution #29, “Liberate Greece,” putting the community at a further disadvantage,

Believing that this honored council has failed the community of Iran and ought to do everything in its power to promote security, growth and stability in the region to correct this wrong,

Encouraging interested parties to ensure the security of the region upon the passing of this resolution so that a community can develop,

Commend Texas

Noting that Texas was formed barely one month after NationStates was created in late 2002, making it one of the oldest extant regions and among the first 100 regions.

Applauding that despite its age Texas has been able to maintain an active community through the use of its forum and weekly chats.

Acknowledging that shortly after its founding Texas formed an alliance, known as the Triumvirate, with two other communities, The Heartland and Wysteria, that still exists to this day, making it the longest lasting alliance in the world.

Thanking Texas for its dedication to the protection of others through its military, the Texas Defense Force(TDF), which has existed for over 15 years and is one of the oldest militaries in the world.

Praising Texas’s military for completing over 250 successful missions that freed native communities from enemy forces including:

· The defense of 10000 Islands in November 2003 against Empire of Power forces. This allowed 10000 Islands to live on and eventually form TITO, the Ten Thousand Islands Treaty Organization, which was also recognized by SC#30 for its substantial contributions to NationStates.

· The liberations of Hell, Philippines, India, and Italia from invader forces numbering no less than 40 enemies each between 2003 and 2007.

· The five deployments to Lazarus, including the stabilization of the region after it was taken by Lone Wolves United in October 2005; The liberation against the Azaean Combine in 2007; The liberation against twelve raider organizations in August 2008; The liberation of Lazarus from the forces of The New Inquisition in November 2008; The counter-coup in 2015 against the New Lazarene Order, an occupation led by the New Pacific Order which was condemned in SC#174, SC#175, SC#176, SC#177, and its government has since apologized for.

· The deployment of their forces four times to the aid of The Rejected Realms(TRR), including the single day occupations of Red Kagran, delegate of Taijitu (2007); Emperor Matthuis, delegate of The North Pacific (2007); Aegara, delegate of Grand Central (2010); and their deployment to TRR after The Black Hawks conquered Illuminati in March 2017.

· The deployment of their forces to Osiris after the creation of the sinker region in October 2011, allowing the community to choose their own government without the threat of outside pressure and possibly its destruction before it could decide its fate.

· The assistance of the TDF in the liberation of Philippines on December 23, 2017 in a joint operation of thirteen organizations to beat The Black Hawks, which put natives back in control of the region before Christmas.

Believing that the community of Texas should also be recognized for the contributions it has made to the world as a whole, with eight passed General Assembly resolutions as well as three passed historical resolutions in the World Assembly's predecessor.

Admiring the Delegation of Texas for voting in 1277 consecutive votes in the World Assembly and its predecessor the UN , a record unrivaled by any other region.

Condemn Wrapper

Acknowledging that the nation of Wrapper has convinced many that they are attempting to improve the NationStates community;

However, while uncertain if it is due to malevolence or sheer incompetence, firmly convinced that each and every decision the leadership of Wrapper has made has had terrible consequences;

Forlorn that in repealing GA #351 “Nuclear Material Safeguards” the WA delegation of Wrapper allowed tinpot dictators and outlaw states easy access to nuclear materials while claiming to be hung up on the minutia of the word choice of the "wrong hands";

Questioning whether this was accidental considering Wrapper's WA staff have participated in illegal arms trading, which directly resulted in the arrest of the esteemed Ambassador Bell (representative of the commended nation of Separatist Peoples) and the firebombing of WA offices;

Distraught that through the WA delegation of their protectorate, Imperial Polk County, Wrapper passed "Ban On Ritual Sacrifice", which, while claiming to protect the vulnerable, actually trampled upon the religious rights of numerous nations to enforce so-called 'civilized standards';

Noting Imperial Polk County's WA Ambassador once raised money supposedly for 'hurricane relief' only to squander it at The Strangers' Bar;

Absolutely positively convinced that Wrapper's WA Ambassadors' attempts to build esprit de corps among other World Assembly representatives through karaoke night actually caused more than one nation to leave this august body;

Denouncing Wrapper for proclaiming to act in the best interest of the region of Stargate during their nearly two-year leadership, while actually allowing the region to be raided once and another time 'accidentally' abandoning post, and ultimately putting severe barriers from further immigration, placing the future of the region at risk;

Distressed that during Wrapper's brief leadership of the region of Monty Pythons Flying Circus via protectorate The Dead Parrot, innocent nations trying to enter the region and contribute were ejected, creating a rift in the region that persists to this day;

Annoyed that Wrapper, via protectorate Groot, repeatedly broadcasts the same subversive and redundant message across One Big Island of ‘I am Groot’, which is no doubt intended to undermine or provoke regional leadership;

Convinced that the above evidence shows conclusively that the nation of Wrapper has brought nothing but pain and suffering to all those they have tried to 'help';

Hereby condemns Wrapper.

Aghast at Femdom Empire's assistance from the Nazi regions Nazi Europa and KAISERREICH, along with fascist regions such as The Iron Order, the late region The Iron Guard, and Federation of Greater German Republics, an ally of KAISERREICH by the Imperial Germans Agreement, to defend against The CAIN through suspicious methods in a conflict to remove Femdom Empire from Nazi and fascist influences;

Observing that Femdom Empire is enforcing border control, presumably a result of Nazi influence securing the region;

Disheartened by the Nazi and fascist influences in the region, and the selfish intentions of the regions promoting such influences likely have towards Femdom Empire and its successor, Femdom State;

Believing that Femdom Empire has the potential for an active feminist community which lacks Nazi and fascist influences;

Aware that for the creation of such a community, the border controls of Femdom Empire must be removed to revitalize the region;

Hereby Liberates Femdom Empire.
