Rexzich embassy policy has always reflected our traditionally isolationist stance towards the international community. However, in recent years the nation has become more "understanding" of the outside world. Additionally, the Rexzich City Council has been dissolved ,and General Ishi-former overall commander of the Krimzon Guard- has died. Both The Rexzich City Council and General Ishi have always been largely isolationist, and with their passing and the new leader of the Krimzon Guard, General Aizen(former Admiral of the Krimzon Fleet) being largely internationalist, The Khaos Konfederacy has begun to embrace foreign relations in a way it never has.

In 2114, General Aizen declared that an "International Military Relations Center" would be built in Aku City, Surface Zone, Rexzich City. The purpose of the IMRC is to provide a forum for communication between the Khaos Konfederacy and all other nations and international organizations. Every nation, regardless of politics, religion, history, or any other reason are equally entitled to an office in the IMRC with all the necessary accommodations including computers, housing, boarding for refugees etc.
It also has 10,000 square ft. of open space for additional use to meet your needs.
And as with all homes, factories, buildings, etc. in the Khaos Konfederacy it comes with;
1.A garden with room and supplies to grow your own food.
2.Enough food, water, and medical supplies to last one year in case of an emergency.
3.And an armory filled with every kind of weapon imaginable from pistols and knives to grenades and rocket launchers.(This is an automatic accommodation but can be removed on request.)

The main purpose of the IMRC however isn't meant to be a home for relations between states, or citizens, it is after all the International Military Relations Center. It's purpose is to allow the Krimzon Guard to speak directly with the various militaries of the world and vice versa for the purpose of preventing wars and solving problems before they start. The IMRC does not choose who is and who isn't a military force, it provides all militaries and militant factions of any and all political and/or religious bent to join in the hopes of preventing conflict and supporting diplomacy in the broadest sense. This means the nations with little or no recognition, terrorist groups, liberationist, revolutionaries, and anyone else with any and all power and ability to engage in conflict through military means has just as much right to the same accommodations as any 'normal' nation big or small, left or right, religious or atheist etc.

The IMRC is currently headed by Trace Ashenway. He is responsible for all foreign affairs regarding the Krimzon Guard and is to be considered the standing equivalent of the Rexzich Minister of Foreign Affairs.
