It is comprised of multiple brands with anchor tenants (usually the largest store in the mall) as well as a theater, juice/snack stands, etc. Currently there are 12 malls worldwide of which 7 are located in Argentinstan. The company is headquartered on Grand Avenue in Mariobo. The CEO is Eddie Korman, serving as the incumbent since 2009.

The largest mall part of the Mustafa brand is the Tullenmarine Grand Plaza Underground Shopping Center in Argentinstan City while the smallest is located at the Mustafa Santiago Airport.
