So.... you wish to find out how powerful your nation is? We, the DGES, shall determine that rating! Scales are from 0/10 to 10/10. Allow us to clarify each ranking.

0/10: A completely pacifist, fledgling state that has so much yet to do before becoming a well-known country.
1/10: Relatively new. They were able to last for a couple of years, at least. (Either the former is the case, or the nation themselves is old but requires a significant amount of effort to improve themselves.)
2/10: Their nation is able to conquer small towns and cities in other nations with a significant amount of effort.
3/10: They should have the ability to annex micronations, such as Vatican City, Andorra, et cetera at this point.
4/10: Militarily and economically poor, but much better than the nations that are rated lower than 4/10.
5/10: This rating is on the level of "average." They are able to defend themselves against regular nations, at least for a couple of years.
6/10: Decent amount of influence. These nations have as much power as Thailand and other Eastern countries.
7/10: Really powerful nation. They can put up with an invasion by North Korea, possibly overpower them, and maybe even annex their nation.
8/10: These nations are defined as "superpowers." Declaring war on them is as stupid as nuking your own country because you "wanted to."
9/10: The nation that is ranked as "9/10" has completely taken over his own home planet and has made sure that it stays that way for centuries.
10/10: There is no nation in this sense, but an Empire that has effectively taken over multiple planets, possibly galaxies, and maybe even the universe itself. Clearly, their power is limitless in the literal term.

What saved them from being rated a 0/10 was their impressive level of technology and their seemingly-close ties with other nations, which supply them with resources and military personnel when necessary. Vendecati Quite close to becoming a 0/10. Notably, their citizens are trained for combat, and their nation itself is allied with the United States. Also, looking at their founding date of 1951, they have survived for decades.
Kiravian WA Mission Being affiliated with the World Assembly (to some degree), they do possess a noticeable level of international influence. This lone fact has given us the reason to not rate them as a 0/10.
The Baltic Wolf They were extremely near the 0/10 level, with their solid ability to travel through time itself giving us an incentive not to do so.
Nevis and Kitts Quite the sanitary level and impressive population of 101 million. Also, they are working on a program to reach the Moon. However, the current state of their nation is much too negative for us to rate any higher than this.

My Little Lenny Face Yeah... a brony nation. At least we are getting a diverse amount of applicants, right?
Esparmuran A population of 1201 that cannot do virtually anything by themselves. Their 39 allies have caused them from being ranked as a 1/10, and despite them claiming to allow those allies to "do the dirty work" if they ever are under invasion, said allies would already be too late when they arrive, seeing as Esparmuran would have already been obliterated without any effort whatsoever.
Cottony Extremely questionable as to how they are not ranked as a 1/10. Possessing a meager 12 military personnel and a low size of 1,080km², they seemed to have no chance of joining the 2/10 nations. However, they have shown to possess some degree of international influence through a current number of 7 national allies. Also, they have managed to successfully incorporate 3 municipalities into their country, effectively expanding their population in a monumentally short amount of time. These facts cannot be ignored.
San Estrellas Their nation is in a constant state of internal peril, and their only form of influence is through its economic achievements. Due to their fiercely-close relationship with Britain, however, their ranking may increase to a 3/10 in time.

Mota Mota Primitive, but at least they have 50,000 warriors. The warriors are also angry!
An Armored Car Not really a nation, but more of a gang of criminals. Those criminals have unusual capabilities, possessing tank-like cars and acquiring 5 stolen nuclear weapons. Due to a low population and a lack of much of anything, they are only 3/10, but don't underestimate them.

They have a population of less than 1,000, yet possess 10 nuclear weapons, sponsor spacefaring companies, possess incredibly-elite soldiers, have maximum sanitation, and are allied with 100 regional powers, along with 10 superpowers. A complete lack of economic independence, and yet... here they are within the 5/10 rankings.

The interiors of houses, various high-level government structures and environmental protection zones are squeaky clean though.
