Earlier this year, several national and multinational corporations have gathered and have decided to put on the First International Technological Development Conference and Convention tomorrow. We here at BBN have received a live list of who will be attending the conference and what new technologies will be unveiled. The goal of the conference and convention is to give not only investors and buyers the inside scoop on the latest innovations but also to expose the public to future products that the can currently purchase or pre-order.

We have received word that almost every Oceanian company from big conglomerates to small startups will be represented there, Sentry Aircraft, Big League Technologies LLC, Fusion Transit Technologies, and Goddard Shipworks just to name a few.

The conference will be taking place from May 18th to June 2nd, with the aerospace portion happening on the last 4 days of the convention, and will be held at the Brisbane Conference and Exhibition Centre and at Brisbane International Airport

They've agreed to work with us on developing a new advanced tank that'll be more suited to modern warfare, while remaining plausible for use in both of our nations. As you're aware of, many modern tanks are unable to be of much use within our nation, especially within our the State of Japan. The new tank, currently dubbed as Zeka, is to be a combination of our two Main Battle Tanks and Ubizytotska's Main Battle Tank. Our current estimates expect development of the tank to cost $7.6 Million, shared between Yurikiya and Ubizytotska. Our top engineers of our MBT's are will be working closely with Ubizytotska's top engineers for their MBT. We expect the final product to have a few variants to accommodate for varying situations. But variants won't be a main priority until later in development. Our first concern is improving, increasing, and bettering what's currently deployed and used, with advancements. The tank will have to be able to maneuver through Yurikiya's land while being able to handle our winters, and still remaining very effective in Ubizytotska's mountainous terrain with their extreme heat. Expected research and development time is around 10-11 years, though there's hope that time may be cut down to a shorter amount. Both our nations will have to work closely in order to make this project a reality. Noxtremian government announces support for Vanavoy

Following a series of meetings among the high-ranking officials of the Noxtremian government, it has been announced that Noxtrem will be financially supporting the Vanavoian Empire against Rhodesia in its colonial war. In a press conference, Reichspräsident Johann Erdeburg told reporters that "Vanavoy is our ally and the security of their colonies is upstream from the security of our own." As a response, the Noxtremian colonial fleet will be mobilizing to protect Vanavoian shipping in western Africa.

Gerd Hans von Briftsauder coronated Emperor "in exile" of Laurentia

Gerd Hans von Briftsauder, who was Grand Prince of Kuste Laurentia and elected Emperor of Laurentia by the Council of Lords before the republican restoration, was coronated in Vanavoy today as "Hans IX."

Following the dismantling and abolition of the monarchy in 2032, the Emperor-elect escaped house arrest to Worris, later fleeing to the Miltonia and finally Vanavoy. The Emperor-elect, alongside dozens of other previous royalty in the Empire of Laurentia, have found hospitality in the Empire of Vanavoy. The Emperor-elect, who was appointed Emperor of Laurentia by the Council of Lords following the death of Georg and his heirs, had a large coronation ceremony in the Vanavoian capital of Wännerstadt.

As per the new republican constitution, Hans IX has no legal status as the monarch in the Nationalist Gold Union. However, the coronation ceremony was still held outside of the borders of his homeland. After the coronation, which was televised on Vanavoian public television, the new Emperor-in-exile claimed that he will "return to the Gold Union as it's rightful monarch."

President David Powell, in his weekly address, said, "We will not allow Mr. Briftsauder to undermine the restored political order of our nation and the liberty that it enshrines. The Vanavoian puppet is not welcome in our nation and will never be."

Vice President Mayra Scott told reporters, "Gerd Hans Briftsauder is nothing more than a propaganda piece and a puppet for the Vanavoian empress to attack our nation. The monarchy is over. The Briftsauders or the Großers are not welcome here."

Dallas Times A New Amendment June 7th, 2033. A bill has been drafted and is being put through congress now, what kind of bill is it? It's an Amendment to the Constitution, this amendment cancels out the Kings ability to veto future bills. The Federalists seek to reduce the King to a mere figurehead and now that they have a slight majority in Congress they can do that. What will the future hold? We can only imagine.
