Sacrosanct Bank® is a startup government regional bank established in May 20, 1942. Its headquarters is in Sacrosanct Global City in a tiny archipelago called the Sacrosanct Group. It started out as a regional development bank for two regions located in the north of the Mara Land. In 2017, Sacrosanct Bank has 520 branches across the entire archipelago. The bank currently accepts applications to open international locations.

Its state-of-the-art technology allows its clients (account holders) to have advanced control to their account.

Initial deposit limit is NS$ 50 billion. We evaluate all account applications to make sure that source of funds are realistic. Please request only justifiable amount.

Account balance limit for the regular account is NS$ 1 trillion. It is highly encouraged to maintain your balance below that amount to avoid issues in displaying account information. If account balance is close to this amount, or it is expected to reach this amount due to expected payments/wire transfer, we recommend that you setup an account through Sacrosanct Bank Trillionaires' Club. Though it is technologically possible, self deposit and/or withdrawal is disabled in every account to make sure that all the money in circulation is regulated.

Transactions limit is only 2000 per account. If the limit is reached, no further transactions will be allowed. Please contact the banker to delete oldest transactions or request to create a new one.

Monthly service fee is only NS$ 50,000 and will automatically be deducted from the account at the end of each month.

   1. With the help of the banker, you can request to convert portion of your account balance into a banknote, which can be redeemed later to any account within the bank.
   2. Redeem a banknote obtained from anyone within the bank. This can be done by account holders themselves.

   1. Redeeming a banknote on your behalf
   2. Check banknote info.
   3. Make a direct payment to another bank
   4. Assist in reviewing your account history
5. Send funds anonymously (can still be reviewed by anti-money laundering team).
   
   1. If you wish to send funds anonymously, just make a direct payment to the account name “send anonymous” and enter the account name into the description and our banker or bank tellers will send the funds to the recipient within 1-2 banking days. Funds will be deducted from your account real time.
   2. Subject to a NS$100.00 service fee and will be deducted from the amount to be sent to the recipient.

Mark Noble
CEO and Chief Banker

Mark Noble became CEO and Chief Banker on August 8, 2000. He is also the current president of The Disputed Territories of Sacrosanct Group. Before joining Sacrosanct Bank, Mr. Noble held a wide range of executive and leadership roles in a number of local companies within the nation, including three of the nation's largest local banks that were already acquired by the Sacrosanct Bank. He facilitated the merger of the four banks which is huge success to the nation's economy. He was elected as Sacrosanct Bank's CEO after careful review of its Board of Directors during the merger.

Mr. Noble graduated from Sacrosanct Group International School for Economics as a magna cum laude and received an M.B.A. from the same school.

Yenin Mitrofan Pavlovich
President
Minister of Economy - the Radiant

Mr. Pavlovich, one of the newest members of the leadership board, has been elected by the board of directors as the new president of the bank after a recommendation by the CEO Mark Noble in 2017.

He has over 15 years of banking experience, and is currently the Minister of Economy in the region the Radiant. As one of the founding members of the region, he helped transform and standardize the economy of the Radiant and is one of the chief negotiators in simplifying its economy by bringing Sacrosanct Bank to service the region's central bank.

Martin Rosengarten
Senior Vice President
Managing Director - the Radiant Central Bank

Mr. Rosengarten, one of the newest members of the leadership board, was appointed as the Senior Vice-President for the bank as part of the restructuring programs of the bank when it was selected to host the region's central bank.

His leadership experience in the banking industry as well as being the managing director of a regional bank makes him one of the most competitive executives in this field.

He has an MBA and a degree in Accountancy, major in Economics, and another, major in banking and finance.

Sedrick Jules Valentin
Vice President, Asset Management

After being appointed by the Board of Directors, Mr. Valentin assumed office as the Vice President of Sacrosanct Bank for Asset Management Division in February 20, 2010.

Mr Valentin has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry. He is also currently serving his 3rd term as the Speaker of the House for the nation. His 10 years of experience in the Sacrosanct Group's National Bureau of Investigation during the 1960s where he was tasked to investigate a huge money-laundering case made the banking industry his passion.

Sacrosanct Bank Trillionaires' Club (SBTC)^{[Back to TOP]}
We at Sacrosanct Bank understand that there will always be a need to store huge funds to a bank. Trillionaires' Club aims to assist large corporations and/or governments keep their huge amounts of assets safe by storing their digital information outside of the bank's current network.

Starting April 1, 2018, SBTC accounts will now earn annual interest and will be posted to the account-holder's regular account.

Monthly maintaining balance will be NS$ 500,000 and will be deducted from the account holder's regular account each month. It is the account-holder's responsibility to make sure that the regular account has enough funds at the end of each month to cover the monthly service fee for both Trillionaires' Club and regular account.
