We cannot form a proper opinion of the Conservatives without knowing just which "traditions" it wants to restore. Some nations have very honorable and upstanding traditions, while others have quite the opposite types. Most countries actually have a mixture of the two types, but we've found that "conservative" parties actually focus on one or two ideological clusters when it comes down to it.

Basically, they want to dissolve the Democratic Federation in its current state. Return to a religious state, get rid of same-sex marriages along with many policies to strip away a number of rights from minorities.

Election News

Postby United Christian » Sat Nov 11, 2017 7:47 am

Early polling shows Japan will have a conservative governor, the parties first major political win in 12+ years. But the small party only ran in the Governor election, political analysts expect the Progressive Party to hold both chambers of the state legislature. The Progressive and Communist Party are expected to divide up local governments. On the topic of the election Progressive Party leader, President Lockett stated that it's still extremely early election and that the polling could go anyway. We can also officially announce that the Minors have won the Tokyo Mayor election and the Democrat-Progressive Pact won the City Council.

Hello! I’m a GAer and NS Roleplayer from the United Kingdom.
My pronouns are he/him.
Any posts that I make as GenSec will be clearly marked as such and OOC. Conversely, my IC ambassador in the General Assembly is Ambassador Fortier. I’m always happy to discuss ideas about proposals, particularly if grammar or wording are in issue. I am also Executive Deputy Minister for the WA Ministry of TNP.
Kenmoria is an illiberal yet democratic nation pursuing the goals of communism in a semi-effective fashion. It has a very broad diplomatic presence despite being economically developing, mainly to seek help in recovering from the effect of a recent civil war. Read the factbook here for more information; perhaps, I will eventually finish it.

Versilia supports the conservatives, with most Versilians stating they’d rather support a movement to free Japan from integration and create an independent Japan.

The Guardian supports the Minors Party.

The Wanderer also supports the Minors Party.

The Unknown supports leading a revolution on the current government and establishing an authoritarian Ghamidist theocracy.

The Guardian supports slapping The Unknown and telling it to shut the f**k up.

The Guardian’s motion has passed 2 to 1.
