Now that other Ambassador arrived it once again took some time for Ingrid to identify his origin, but it soon became clear that, speaking Ahnslen, this could only be a Samuderan. Ingrid remembered the time she only got 99% at a flag test specifically because she had failed to properly distinguish Samudera's and Ainslie's flag. A true pain, what with that white band and stars.
"Nice to meet you" she replied to the Samuderan delegate's look. Speaking to both, she announced
"It is a shame our nation never developed advanced relationship with nations in your region. Most Nordrikkers only learnt Samudera existed during the recent elections, hopefully we have that International District to help us know ourselves better".

Antares' faces lighted up when he heard that she knows about elections back home. "I appreciate your knowledge about that, Miss. And, oh, I haven't introduced myself properly! Name's Antares Lobahari", while shaking her hands.

In response to Hamish and Ingrid, but also talking to the Samuderan Lobahari. Camargo said: "Hello, it's a pleasure to meet you"

Benefitting from the relative calmness in the International Building, Ingrid walked towards a wall and pinned a poster named "Learn to know Nordrik" with, just below, an address to fill in an embassy request, destined to all nations who did not do so already.

Pulling up to the building at a rather dangerous speed, Ajay swung the car into the parking lot. The momentum of the car and his stupidity combined resulted in his cigar falling out of his mouth. "Damn, there goes the deposit on this thing.." He whispered to himself as he put out the cigar and rolled up the sleeves on his salmon dress shirt. Heading for the door Ajay tossed his cigar into the trashcan and popped a piece of gum in his mouth. The architecture of the building was truly impressive. Quite different from Port Blair but still impressive. Upon entering the building he saw the internal design of the building and compared it to Heddwich. Vastly different, Heddwikian design is usually minimalist and related to the outdoors. But this building gave off a modern vibe which is quite rare in his home country.

Stepping off of the Orsandian Zuring x-454, a lanky and sheepish Prime Minister Xi Yxngzhao peered over the landscape of the International District.
"This looks like a swank place" , he murmured to himself as he was whisked towards the International District in an Black SUV. On the longer than usual ride, Xi pondered the prospects to be discussed. "We need to find trade partners, and potential allies to develop diplomatic relations with if we are to make a good first impression." he pondered. Before he could find the next thing to think about, the SUV stopped infront of the building. This was it.

"Excuse me sir." stated the driver who turned to face the nervous prime minister, "We are here."

"Thank you" blurted Yxngzhao as a he hurriedly exited the car towards the buildings entrance.

"Here goes nothing!"

PM Yxngzhao opened the doors. "Greetings fellow nations. I look forward to meeting you all and establishing strong diplomatic relations."

[Torom]

A tall man walks down the stairs from his personal yacht into the boatyard, ready with a transport waiting for him to get on. He takes a deep breath to smell the fresh air but is instead greeted by the overwhelming smell of the sea. He coughs out the air from his mouth quickly, trying to remove the unpleasantness.
"Crap, what was that," he murmured to himself, surprised from the smell of the salty sea air.
"Sir, are you alright?" said a young male assistant waiting for him to enter the car.
*sigh* "Yes, yes I'm fine, immediately fixing his composure as if he's in fright. "Where are we going first exactly?"
"We will be going to your hotel, then we will go to the International Building to meet with international delegates and leaders," he said.
"Oh right. Well, try to get me there quick. At this point, I'm ready to just go back home already." the man said as he uneagerly continues down the steps.

The assistant nodded and quickly got inside the vehicle, immediately followed by the tall man. He stares blankly out the car window but he soon worries about the events in the next few hours as the car leaves the port.

[Upper Secundus]

The door for the private jet opens, and a flight of stairs extend to the tarmac. 5 members of the Royal Praetorian Guard descend , wearing full Roman Legionary Armour and carrying ornate swords. A relatively tall man exits the plane, wearing some sort of military uniform. The Captain of the Guard salutes him and speaks to him in Latin "Your Majesty, the limousine is this way. Please follow me." The man gives an almost imperceptible nod and starts walking. This man is Julius Alexander VII, 103rd Imperator of Upper Secundus and one of the most powerful men in the world.

The Captain of the Guard exits the SUV and opens the door to the limousine, "This way your Majesty," he said in Latin. Another slight nod. The Imperator enters the building, enters his temporary office and closes the door. His guards stand outside, keeping watch for anything suspicious.

Hamish stared blankly into the tiled wall as he was clearly in the middle of an existential crisis. He was wondering why he was spending his life sitting on a chair drinking coffee, and somehow he was paid for it? He awoke from his semi-sleeping state to notice two new groups of people entering

"Elcoué" he remarked as he saw the new figure walked into the room and proceeded to walk into the office. He wasn't quite sure what person needed an office - must be someone important I guess. He also watched as the Samdueran ambassador walked across the delicate carpet towards this man who had just re-emerged from the office. As the two descend into the office, Hamish Dyson takes an opportunity to meet the new Toroman delegate.

"Elcoué esteemed delegate. Welcome to the circus", he joked in a desperate attempt to make the conversation lighter. He very well knew that this is probably the most boring place in - then he remembers Borderton - second most boring place in the Isles to be, and he was eager to be sent anywhere but here. He noticed the badge on the man's suit and thought that Torom sounded nice, perhaps he could go there? "So, tell me a bit about your nation" he stated.

"Pleasure to meet you, Sir. I just got a message back from home that we are going to negotiate a trade deal here", he spoke to the Imperator. He sure is a true Roman, Antares mumbled, while waiting for the Imperator to be seated.

[Upper Secundus]

He stepped into the Imperator's office, confused for a second. Until he got a message from his superior back in Samudera that he is going to discuss a trade deal with Upper Secundus. He glanced at the Ahnslen delegate, seemingly spaced out. He decided to talk to him later.

"Pleasure to meet you, Sir. I just got a message back from home that we are going to negotiate a trade deal here", he spoke to the Imperator. He sure is a true Roman, Antares mumbled, while waiting for the Imperator to be seated.

"Please, be seated. Now, it has come to my attention that you wish to make a trade deal for some vehicles? If it's military vehicles you require, then I can supply up to 250 ALRSVs (Armoured Light Reconnaissance and Support Vehicles), though the models are a bit older, ten years in fact. However, they have a large amount of firepower and are extremely reliable. This would be an advance order of course, the military still needs an adequate replacement. Now, what can you offer my nation in exchange for this trade?"

Dimitri Yaviknov,The Combreknizan Minister of Foreign affairs,recently assigned Yuri Bisyalikov to become the Ambassador of Combrekniza to I.D,Yuri in Combrekniza was considered a able Politician known for resolving Diplomatic problems in Combrekniza,and a Jack of all Cards politician,now with him assigned as Ambassador to the International District,Combrekniza has high hopes on Re-structuring Relations between it's neighbouring states as it Undergoes rebuilding from it's Recent Wars.

An incredibly average-looking black sedan pulled up in front of the League Headquarters, the man in the passenger's seat quietly getting out and straightening his suit jacket. Tuna Union's leader, High Inquisitor Aedan Vaunta, stood just outside the doors of the HQ, taking a moment to gather his nerves. He had only been to the Headquarters on one occasion prior to today, and that was shortly after he came to power in mid-2012. And even then it was a purely business visit, with his Finance adviser, Pyrite, alongside him to assist with any international discourse.

"Alright, you're overthinking this." He mumbled to himself, wiping an errant bit of dust from his sleeve. He was only here for leisure at the moment, but the potential for nation-altering deals at a moments notice still worried him.

Shortly after passing reception, he stood in the central plaza, still at a loss for what to do. His nerves were calmed somewhat, but the range of options he had at his disposal were rather imposing in and of themselves. First order of business: Find a map of the facilities, and someplace to sit.

Zsófia Petőcs, Minister of External Affairs, a simple white haired lady, whose red dress has been known for years in Thromsonian politics; a hard figure inside the party, she has lobbied for a more open society for Thromsa, daughter of a farmer and a miner, she rose to politics after meeting Attila Szabó while he visited her High School. The Ambassador followed behind her, a young man, who represented Thromsa's Youth. Otto Senft, a clumsy man, still showing some fresh face expressions from his still near teenager years. Many inside the party questioned Zsófia's choice for the Ambassador, but clearly respected her.

"Remember, we have ignored them for years, but clearly, the world is too small for us to be alone" Zsófia murmured.
"I promise I will do my best, Madame" he answered her, feeling a breeze from an open window, next to the room they were meeting someone whose name flew from Otto's mind, probably due to his nerves pressing on his shoulders.
