The method of execution known as mauling is practiced extremely rarely, perhaps once or twice every decade at most. In death by mauling the condemned is sentenced by a jury. The sentence must then be upheld by the state appeals and supreme courts. Then it must be upheld by the federal appeals and supreme courts. Then it must by approved by the state governor, the national Attorney General, and the national president. Then the condemned is flown to the capital city for a final hearing. The condemned is driven to the Execution Stadium which has seating for three thousand. Before the crowds and the television cameras the Attorney General and the Vice President read prepared statements from the families of the victims and a complete list of the condemned's crimes. He/she is then given the microphone to speak no more than ten last words. Then he/she is coated in pheromones, bacon grease, and other delectable bait. Then a horn is sounded and gates are opened. The defendant's choice of animal either two wolverines, a pack of wild dogs, a liger, or a family of honey badgers is unleashed who then proceed to rip the condemned to shreds on national TV. This execution is only used on the occasional serial killer.

Scaphism, which is to gruesome to describe here, requires an even more rigorous appeals process. Here the family members of the victims who volunteered to help participate in the execution.

Also your questionnaire forgot to ask if we execute persons who may be mentally ill. We don't execute people who didn't have the mental capacity to control their actions. However killers who are narcissistic, schizophrenic sociopaths which may be considered mental illnesses but who enjoyed committing their crimes are definitely executed.

D. PROTOCOL AND PROCEDURES

1. While waiting for execution, are prisoners kept in custody? Yes.
1a. What are conditions like in death row (if applicable)? Conditions are filthy. Prisoners are kept in an underground part of the prison and are constantly harassed by guards. The cells are often deigned so that it is impossible to stand up or properly sit down, and very, very few have any amenities other than a tiny, heavily armored drain in the floor
2. Are prisoners informed of the execution date? No. They are randomly blindfolded, dragged out of the cell, and thrown into the firing line/gas chamber/electric chair/whatever
3. Are family members informed of the execution date? Yes, and they are forced to watch. They are also forced to pay for the execution. The price of executions can sometimes go into the hundred thousands for elaborate televised executions, which are quite common for traitors.
4. Is the public informed of the execution date?Yes.
5. Are prisoners offered a last meal? No. Occasionally, executions by starvation will be carried out.
6. Which day of the week do most executions take place? Whenever the warden feels like ordering the killing

8. Who is invited to view executions? It is often mandatory to view executions.

9. Are executions reported by the media? Yes.
10. Are executions broadcast on television? Very often.
11. Do prisoners have the opportunity to make a final statement? No. Any attempt at making a final statement will result in the condemned being brutally beaten and tortured publically.
12. Who else makes statements before an execution (if applicable)? The condemned sometimes is forced to read a prepared statement before death. Otherwise, the executioner will make a statement.
13. Are prisoners blindfolded? Sometimes. It is only done to maximise psychological anguish and uncertainty before death.
14. How are executioners selected? Most police officers have carried out at least one summary execution. Executioners are otherwise randomly selected.
15. Do doctors or medical professionals supervise executions? Yes, to verify death and sometimes to keep the condemned alive for more pain.

16. What happens to the bodies of executed prisoners? They are strung up nude from the prison fence and left to the crows and vultures.
17. Are family members required to pay for the execution? Yes.

E. PUBLIC OPINION

1a. Murder: 100 percent
1b. Rape and violent assault: 100%
1c. Armed robbery: 100%

[quote

1. Full nation name:Armed Republic Of Kroatine
[b]2. Type of government: Democratic Poglavnikoship (Leaderoship)
[b]3. Which legal system is used?
[] Common (clerical fascist) Law.

[b]4. Does capital punishment exist in law?
Of course.

[b]5. Is capital punishment used in practice?
Definitely, Partizans are a large issue. And comprise a large percentage of executees.

[b]6. In what year was capital punishment abolished (if applicable)?
Capital punishment for homosexuals was banned in 2000 as the Homosexual Union Of Incest (European Union) threatened a coalition war.

[b]7. In what year was the most recent execution?
Last batch of Partizans were all executed a minute ago.

[b]8. On average, how many prisoners are executed per year?
Due to foreign powers funding Partizans to destabilise the nation and put an end to our beautiful clerically fascist regime in the recent years influxes of well over a thousand partizans each year.

[b]B. LEGISLATION

[b]1. Which crimes have a mandatory death sentence?

[b]5. Does the leader have authority to veto a death sentence?

Definitely.

6. Can people under 18 be executed?
If not educated well enough or in poverty, or if they happened to have been raised in the partizan underground, there are ‘re-education’ programs. Children who have blatantly ignored laws or who promote ridiculous forms of individualism rather than the collectivism which has been drilled into them at a young age have no excuses and are expected to know better so they’re sent to a less harsh form of re-education camp.
7. Can people over 65 be executed?
Yes.

[b]8. Can men be executed?
Yes

[b]9. Can women be executed?

1. While waiting for execution, are prisoners kept in custody?
Kept doing labour.
[b]1a. What are conditions like in death row?
Terrifying.
[b]2. Are prisoners informed of the execution date?
They’re left in a state of torment. No, some are even left waiting for years until they hear the footsteps of a guard walking up to their respective ‘pits’ to be dragged out. Some kick, screamed, shriek in fear, turning a pale white; others (the majority) accept death as our humane government has granted a generous amount of time to accept their verdict.

[b]3. Are family members informed of the execution date?
They’re told they won’t ever see their loved one again and that’s it.
[b]4. Is the public informed of the execution date?

Counter-intuitive to the hypocritic oath. No.
