Not a lot has happened when it comes to the overarching plot. All you have to know is that the Maderia League just formed, there’s a group called Team Shade that’s tiring to dismantle the League, and that Team Shade blew up Route 3.

Nope! Everything’s accurate! The numbered routes are more like highways. If you’re ever confused on the surroundings, just take a look at the map for what sort of ecosystem it’s in (jungle, highland, swamp, etc)
