Question:
Would doctor Viktor König have perhaps dabbled in human experimentation in his spare time, or was he exclusively focused on world domination. I have a concept for a sort of human experiment created near the end of the doctor's years that is essentially one human made into a centipede of sorts with multiple segments or torsos. Inb4 wtf is going on in your mind Khas, but I'm fairly confident in my ability to write for such a character if it's permitted.
Edit: Of course, I can flesh the concept itself out a bit more if you want some clarification; I'd just need thr green light that it fits into the lord before I can really flesh out some of the important details.

At first, people thought it was just for his own enjoyment, since he is a noble he could travel anywhere that he wanted to. It was more than that for him, but he didn't know how to exploit it.

At first. And then came the opportunity himself. Freshly graduated from Faculty of Linguistics of School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, he was 22. Nazi Germany is at their heights, and tensions grew strong. Perhaps inspired by this, or because to got an experiences, he enlisted into the military, joined Royal Corps of Signal. With educations at both Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. Took 2 years for him to finished the educations and trainings needed as he went into Communication Systems Operator as his occupation. His backgrounds in linguistics, signal training, and nobility background caught the attentions of Special Operations Executive, and at the age of 25, he joined the SOE. 5 years of trainings and operations in North Africa, France, Spain, and Germany, helped him trained on military and espionage.

He met Viktor Konig, of course. His motivations grew through him, and it made him much more interested in the life of crimes. At the age of 30, he went back to his home in Coventry, established underground fight ring, just as a start. At this point, however, his life is hull and drum, the life of criminals wasn't quite as what he expected. It took him 8 years before COUNTER invited him back from retirement. But at this point he was more interested in crimes, though not by far. He was involved in several sting operations, but when his past as a mastermind of underground fighting rings was exposed through one of those sting operations, his reputation and career ruined. His nobility title was erased, he was fired and instead was hunted by the COUNTER. It took a meeting with a criminal who escaped from his grasp several months ago to saved his life, in exchange of working under a criminal mastermind.

He took it to learned more about crimes.

Except his new master is a young girl.

If she's stitched together a la Frankenstein, I might give it a go (though it seems like a stretch regardless), but gene splicing is waaaay out of the tech of this era, even with sci-fi elements. I mean, you can still try, but I'm skeptical. But I don't think she would have be made by Koenig. He's more of a mecha guy than mutant. There are other supervillains in this world though, so you can make up your own, likely one that's been killed or imprisoned by the forces of Good.

Sounds like something the Germans or the Japanese might have tried to create during the war, but if they got it to work or if it fits the setting is of course up to the OP.

The Germans would have focused more on metal war machines than genetics, and even Dr Mengele is preoccupied with stitching together Jewish twins than actual genetic manipulation. The Japanese are more focused on biological warfare. In essence, genetic manipulation is not something you'd expect in the 1960s. This is, at the bare minimum, an 80s thing. Better to focus on cloning people whole than tampering with the genetic code, which isn't figured out at the time, IIRC. I can still see the Nazis trying to clone and enhance pure Aryans by various means, but definitely not creating mutant monstrosities via gene mutation.

Well, technically her mother, Fah Lo Suee, is, but she's currently in Taiwanese prison, and while her grandfather himself is presumed to have been killed by the Gonganhui, one can never be completely certain when it comes to that man. Also, owing to the separate efforts of both Chinas, the criminal empire is no longer so vast, and what remains is split into fractions, with no central control remaining. Ling's life goal is to change that. Even if it means that she has to let her own mother rot in jail, she will take over the family enterprise, restore its former glory, and expand it all over the world. But to do that, she needs more experience, and that's why she's offered to help Fleur Koenig, who share similar goals.

She was born in mainland China, just when the Maoists nearly had won the civil war. Fu Manchu himself arranged for Ling and her mother to get to safety in Taiwan, while he himself continued to work with the Kuomintang Army to destabilize the Commies and make a nice profit for himself at the same time. What that really meant, was opium smuggling from bases in the Burmese borderlands, a business that Ling's mother too later would be involved in. If she had been content with that, maybe she still had been free today, but of course, it wasn't enough. Fah Lo Suee's ambition was to take over Taiwan completely, and use the island as a base for the Si-Fan organization, which she planned to usurp leadership over from her father. Eventually the Kuomintang realized the threat she was, and they locked her up, on grounds that perhaps weren't completely legal if you are to be extremely picky (they knew she was guilty, but there was no direct evidence).

Meanwhile, Fu Ling studied had been sent to England to attend a boarding school. When she heard about what had happened to her mother and grandfather, she knew she had to do something. When she a little later heard about Fleur Koenig, she decided to put her studies on ice and fulfill her destiny.

Interesting, but I don't think the Italians were involved so much in human experiments as their allies, since their version of Fascism didn't involve killing "subhumans" in the same way. But definitely various kinds of weapons research.

Bios: The daughter of the infamous evil mastermind, Viktor Koenig, Fleur had spent most of her life living with her mother, Geneviève la Paix. A normal life, a normal home, normal school life... nothing seemed out of the ordinary for a girl far too young to remember the acts of her nefarious father.

Fleur detested it.

Seeking adulation at every turn, Fleur's talents manifested early in her childhood. Geared towards her first degree at the tender age of ten, Fleur was forced back into elementary school by her mother's persuasion, and from Fleur's suspicions, the Western European IDD. A keen mind eager to study the inner workings of sciences and engineering, Fleur grew restless under the constant pressure of being held back simply to fit in. To her, the world feared her talents more than they appreciated it, not because she did not have the ability, but because she was Viktor's daughter. That it was her bloodline that was costing her the opportunity to become a respectable leader of society, and that her life was wasting away pretending to be ordinary proved too much for her. At first, she considered blaming her late father (who passed away in prison) for her troubles. But then she found out the truth; her mother was a spy for the IDD and its WWII precursor the whole time, and was one of the people involved in apprehended Viktor. Outraged, she vowed to take on the world as its worst nightmare. If the world is too scared to let her become the better person she was meant to be, than she will become the world's worst, the Second Coming of Viktor Koenig.

But all that would have to be taken a step at a time. Making a pittance on a rundown auto car company inherited from her father - his very first venture - Fleur has only a shanty repair shop on a Pacific island, and another, more recently set up in her neighbourhood. Forced to put up a pretense to throw off her IDD watchers, she has turned her average-looking, if spanking new store into her personal laboratory. However, she knew she could not stay in Geneva for long. She would need a proper lair to start her plans, and that lair is waiting somewhere on the island...

Bios: Bruce was born in Scotland, in Edinburgh to be exact. Growing up he would always get in scraps, later on in life it would become what he was made for, in a sense. By the time he was 18 he would become an accomplished underground pugilist. After some time he became a bodyguard for certain underground figures, it was in this line of work that he first encountered Victor Koenig. Eventually he came to work for the man, and served as one of his bodyguards. His intelligence for a man suited to fighting made him one of Victors favorites.

It was in defense of Victor, that Bruce lost an arm. Following that, Robert was fired and let go, or at least that is what
nearly everyone thought. Victor Koenig was a smart man, while he did not think he would fail in his bid for world domination, he made a few plans, fail-safes if you will, just in case he fell to the Forces of Good. One of those plans involved Bruce, keeping an eye on Fleur and the rest of Victor's family in case anything happened. Since then he has been watching and keeping an eye on Fleur. Most around where Fleur lives know him as the local drunk, fewer know who he is due to his reputation, even fewer know he worked for Victor Koenig.
