Sir, as your nation has been recently founded, it's not clear to us how it plans to fund this order. Moreover, why would you want to replace a 152mm gun with a 120mm gun?

Yes, you would be correct. As a newly founded nation, our main priority at the moment is currently on defense as we came to be through a civil war that collapsed our former government and we wish to avoid this as the fate for our new Grand Duchy.

Our current state GDP is $68.1 billion. With our current expenditures only currently utilizing 63.2% of our GDP (equaling out to only $43 billion), that leaves us a remainder of $25.1 billion with the addition of our defense budget of $4.8 billion gives us a grand total of $29.9 billion in order to construct our military. As calculations indicate, that does leave us a shortfall on funding for our previous order. As such, I would like to revise said order in order to keep it within the constraints of our funding limitations. Our revised order is as follows:
- Domestic Production Rights for the T-95AL Main Battle Tank for NSD$10 billion
- Domestic Production Rights for the AA-30 Whirlwind MLRS for NSD$3 billion
- Domestic Production Rights for the KHI Sparrow Military Variant for NSD$10 billion

Our revised total order comes out to NSD$23 billion and is within our revised budget in order to fully cover.

The reasoning beind wanting to replace the 152mm main gun of the T-95AL with the 120mm L/55 is to bring the equipment into compatibility with more pro-western ordinance as it is more technologically advanced. This is not a main priority but the idea was present in the Chamber of Deputies so the idea of making the inquiry was put forward. Western ordinance also tends to be more expensive and has more trade restrictions attached to it so it has it's disadvantages as well.
