Reaction to being implanted with a tracker without consent

So, this is a thread to discuss what your reaction would be to finding out that you or your children have been implanted (by the government, for the claimed purpose of reducing crime) with some sort of tracking device (24/7 monitoring), without your knowledge or consent. Would you be mad about it, or would you be ok with it?

If it were 'my' 'child', I'd not support the government tracking of anyone, but what does their relation to me matter? If they were informed and gave consent, that's their (admittedly bad, but that's their problem) choice.

There's no government I'd trust with that kind of tracking ability.

On the other hand, there's no government I know that manages to be ahead of criminals and hackers when it comes to electronic technology, so I wouldn't be too freaked out. I'm sure some 14 year old would already have written an Ipod application that would jam the tracking signal or something.

Only those with something to hide fear this. Crime must not be tolerated on any level. The death sentence should be the punishment for any and all crime no matter how small someone thinks it is. Once this is the excepted norm crime would diminish.

I would rip it he fuck out and go to prison and try to go the way of Gandhian resistance if Iexpected it would work. If society was fucked up to the point that would not longer work, it'd be rebellion time. I'm a half-decent shot and could expect to at least go out in a blaze of glory.

Send whatever evidence I have of this implant to every TV station, every newspaper and all the opposition parties, then see a lawyer about pressing charges and suing people, then see a doctor about getting the damn thing taken out. Doctor last, so I can have its removal and existence documented.
