Dragonball: Universe [OOC-3/REBOOT/OPEN TO ALL]

This RP, although based on Dragon Ball, will take place in an alternate universe. The story will be mostly player driven, as I will mainly be RPing support characters. The basic structure of this story will focus on planet Earth. Planet Saiyan (No cannon characters exist in this continuity, so no King Vegeta) was destroyed 10 years prior to the start of this story. Only a handful of Saiyans survived, fleeing to distant corners of the universe right before the Planet Saiyan's demise. This story will focus on Earth, the home of several Saiyans and their allies. All of the remaining Saiyans will eventually be introduced by a variety of different rpers. Everyone who apps will have a chance to play a pivotal role in the story, not just as Saiyans either. Anyone who doesn't want to be a main character, can rp a supporting character or villain. Because villains have the greatest influence on the direction of the overall story, there will be a pre-application that will need to be TG'd to me before a regular app can be posted here. I think that is about all the exposition I've got for you.

Speaking of my absence, I have some explaining that won't make up for it, but at least explain xD

So at first, I say it a lot, but I did intend to post Saturday and even had the beginnings of the Azrael and Fallen stuff drawn up, but then it started storming here, and by storming, I mean it was like Hurricane Harvey landed in Kansas. It was absolutely ridiculous up here and it knocked out power out for most of the day, which brings us to late Saturday and Sunday. Ya see, Saturday night was my buddy's going away party for the Army, plus the first time I'd seen my girlfriend in a week, so of course I went. Then things kind of went down hill.

It was revealed to me the day after the party while I was at work that my GFs father had physically attacked her for not asking permission to go to the party, which brought me into the mix with all of that and I've been dealing with that ever since. Normally I'd make an excuse for something that major, but I trust all of you here and I did kind of drop off the face of the earth there for a little bit
