Citizens of Josephtan And whoever's listening,
we are now on DEFCON 5. An Arms Control treaty was signed and now in effect.
But Josephtan is not what it was before you went in the bunkers.
It is in most all places a desolate and, full of radiation
other areas were lucky.
At this point, the Department of Defense doesn't know the full extent of the damage from the nuclear bombardment.
Now a statement from President Clitus Heraclius:
Our nation was nearly obliterated by nuclear bombardment.
But this is not a final chapter for us in history, this is a new chapter for us to rebuild and to become more glorious than we once were.
I Encourage all citizens that are able to volunteer in the cleanup efforts of the nuclear waste and radiation and after that to rebuild.
To show all Nations that we are not weak, after we get kicked down we get back up again.
