Greetings, my fellow Americans from around the world! Today is the day that we shall rectify a most horrible series of injustices! For too long, True Americans have been forced to sit by and watch as Communists, Anarchists, Atheists, Foreigners, and countless other menaces to our great and mighty civilization have advanced their plots to destroy the American Way of Life. These alien forces have assaulted our people, destroyed our communities, and undermined our beloved America!

No more! Today, the American Eagle shall let out a thunderous war-cry, which shall make the world tremble! Today, Uncle Sam shall stand tall and boldly declare "Give Me Liberty or Give Me Death!" Today, Real Americans shall unite into a grand alliance, The Brotherhood of Washington! We shall strive for Faith, Family, Fatherland, and Freedom, as our Great Founder, George Washington, would have wanted us to! We have named our alliance The Brotherhood of Washington in honor of this great Patriot, whose name and lessons have been degraded by our enemies!

Our alliance is being founded by three glorious nations, united in Americanism! Soon however, our alliance shall comprise of many nations, all united by God and Country! Nonetheless, as a reward for their devotion these three great and mighty nations, the Reactionary Republic of Truemerica, the Theocratic Dictatorship of New United States of Columbia, and of course, the Jingoistic Theocracy of the Imperial States of America, shall always have priority in decision making, and will be designated the New Founding Fathers of America.

I invite my fellow New Founding Fathers, and all others who wish to join our Grand Brotherhood, to a formal treaty signing ceremony in Imperial Washington, my nation's capital!

Many shall oppose this alliance, including impostors who call themselves "American." However, no enemy, foreign or domestic, will stop the march of freedom! Greetings to you all. As those who wish to see the restoration of America, we humbly proclaim our support for your organization. Many tragedies shall occur in the coming years, as is the inevitable fate of all nations. Whether through a brief and bloody crusade or a centuries-long age of Reconquista, we will see another age of prosperity and stability. Our once great nation has made many mistakes and errors and shall soon have it's reckoning in the eyes of Providence and human history. While our power wanes internationally, our homes and livlihoods are under attack from believers in chaos and destruction. Our nation has become the successor of the dark dystopian empires of Old Europe, albiet in a far more chaotic fashion, with intrigue being a way of life in the labyrinthine corridors of Federal power. Our people, in their not unjustified cynacism and lack of faith in the political center, foolishly turn to un-American ideals of Communism and new world Jacobism, espousing tolerance of savagery and death to the American way of life, seeking to break our nation apart.

Here, we merely seek to secure our homes and rid ourselves of foreign oppressors once again, who do not and will not and will never understand our struggles or our way of life. We merely seek to reestablish a fair and moral government and restore our independent pride under a new social code, as seems necessary.

Good Afternoon America! This is an INN breaking news report. I'm your host, Tyrone Demarcus! We're live here at the palace of our great Emperor, Thomas I, for the historic signing of the "Treaty of American Unity," which will create an alliance known as The Brotherhood of Washington, dedicated to protecting Americanism throughout the universe. The Emperor's Office has graciously given INN an exclusive look at the text of the treaty!

The Treaty of American Unity

1. This treaty shall establish a military, economic, political, and cultural alliance, which shall be named The Brotherhood of Washington

2. The ideological requirements of this alliance shall disallow Foreigners, Communists, Anarchists, or Socialists from joining.

3. Establishing that an attack on one member nation shall be considered an attack on all.

4. Declaring that all alliance decisions shall be made through a council, composed of representatives from all member nations.

5. Also declaring this council's name to be the Congress of Americans United, and establishing that a veto from two or more of the New Founding Fathers will override any resolution being discussed.

6. Proposing a program through which all member nations may cooperate in scientific research.

7. We do hereby sign and ordain this treaty between American nations, united in Faith and Fatherland, for the good of all mankind!

The large fleet pulled up, the large gleaming chrome plated ships of the Navy showing true pride as they impressed the citizens with their display of Columbian, and soon to be combined American, might. One or two were battleships, two were Aircraft Carriers, and a handful were cruisers or destroyers. The large majority of the float, though, were troop transports, dozens upon dozens of them, as they carried the 80,000 troops that'd be there for the Unity Parade.

Onboard one of the ships was the Lord-Protector himself in his shined uniform. It was a military style uniform with various pieces of armor attached to it. Blue as the morning sky, covered with ribbons, a crimson sash, and having various medals attached to it, it could strike one as a mix of a solider and a field officers uniform. His cavalry boots were shined and reflected sunlight easily as could his pearl white gloves he had on his hands like he were an old southern gentleman. Gold epaulets were on his shoulders and were large. Fitting as the man was inhumanly tall and broad. Seven and a half feet in height outside power armor (which would make him a solid eight feet in height) and three feet in width from shoulder to shoulder, he was a true mountain of a man. He seemed like an ancient Greek or Roman hero with his build and it helped his arms and legs were thick as tree trunks with their muscles. As he descended from the transport ship he took in the sights of this other American capital. Most of it seemed familiar though he couldn't recognize the face of the man in some of the monuments and statues.

He found a police officer directing traffic and, figuring he might direct him where to go, he smoothly strode over to the man and asked him where the signing of the Declaration would be. He hoped the man could answer him.

The police officer looked at the well dressed man who approached him, trying to remember where he saw him from. Then it hit him. This was the Lord-Protector of Columbia, him and some other bigwigs were coming to unify the American people with some big treaty the state-run news channels had been going on about. He was sans security detail too, which wasn't good, even if he did have 80,000 troops with him.

"Lord-Protector Foley! I'm Officer Haskell, and I would like to welcome you to our glorious nation! However, I'm afraid you need to stay put for a minute while I contact Homeland Security about getting you a security detail for your trip to the palace."

The giant Lord-Protector looked down on the officer and said "I appreciate your concern for my safety, and I'm very grateful for the warm welcome. However, I don't think such precautions are necessary."

Officer Haskell swallowed nervously at being confronted by the statue of a man before him, and mustered the courage to say, "I'm sorry Your Excellency, but per Imperial Law, all foreign guests of distinction must be given a motorcade and security escort. The Imperial military will direct your troops and ships to the parade site, and organize the link up with our troops and ships."

As the call went out the Lord-Protector waited for a good 30 minutes before a massive convoy of military grade vehicles and troop transports turned the corner, lights flashing. A man in a dark suit got out of the front SUV "Lord-Protector, welcome to Washington! I'm Special Agent Solis, and will be in charge of your security detail. I apologize for the delays, we had to help disperse some remaining stragglers from yesterday's riots." As the Lord-Protector entered the luxurious limo in the middle of the convoy, he noticed his soldiers being given warm greetings by Imperial troops. They were hugging, smiling, and sharing rum rations before the parade practice began. This display of camaraderie put a smile on his face as the massive convoy swept him along the designated route.

On his way, he noticed thousands of Imperial Americans waving the flags of the 5 nations that now comprised the Brotherhood of Washington and heard them chanting "USA ISA USA, FOLEY, USA ISA USA THOMAS, USA ISA USA." Soon, he was being escorted out of the limo towards the entrance of a grand Greco-Roman palace, the seat of the Imperial American government, and home of their Emperor. The entrance was lined with riot police holding back ecstatic crowds who were chanting "Faith and Fatherland!" and "One Flag, One People, One Culture, One Faith" along with the chants he heard on the motorcade route. As he took one final look at the massive crowds, the sheer might and patriotism of his fellow Americans being arrayed in its full splendor, he knew that today would change the world forever....

As Foley arrived at the large palace, he couldn't help but whistle at the sight. It was large and grand, fitting for an Emperor or a Lord-Protector. As he left the limo and saw the huge crowd of people there, waving mini flags, and chanting his and the other NFF names, he couldn't help but smile a little. This would be a good deal for the Columbian people.

Inside the palace the Emperor was impressed to see the marble floors, the finely crafted Greco columns, the busts of the Founders (with Foley feeling like he should say a prayer or two to them for strength and wisdom), and all the troops and officials there. As he made large strides towards the Emperor's office, he stopped in front of the doors, and took a large breath, before he entered. There he saw Emperor Thomas I, General Williams of the Free American Empire, the President of Restored Columbia, and President Pence of True America. Foley tried to smooth out the crimson sash on his hybrid armor as he explained the delay.
"Apparently the Agent, here, doesn't trust my men and I for my own security. Either that or he doesn't trust your own security details here. I dunno which would be the graver insult, Your Highness."
As he said this his rider boots trumped on the hardwood floor of the office as he strode over to the desk. He leaned over slightly to see try and read the declaration, seeing as it's handwriting was rather small and hard to see when one's head was a good seven feet away. After he finished reading he looked up and around the room.
"Who'd like to sign first?"
He then remembered Thomas and hastily added "Or would you prefer to say a few words first, sir?"

"I would indeed like to say a few words. Firstly, let me address the little unpleasantness of your security detail Lord-Protector. We have full faith in your security detail, but foreign troops have never set foot in the Imperial Palace, not even those from other American countries, and many in our nation would be uncomfortable with the thought. "

The Emperor paused before continuing.

"That being said, I have a short speech prepared for this momentous occasion. Gentlemen, we stand on the brink of eternity! For too long, Americans have been derided, attacked, abused, and exploited by ungrateful foreigners! By signing this treaty, you gentlemen have taken the first step towards righting this egregious wrong. But this is not the last step. We must be willing to fight for years, decades, centuries even! The Brotherhood of Washington's work shall only be finished when all mankind has been taught about the light of true Americanism! By signing this treaty, we will begin building a grand Empire of Liberty, like the one envisioned by Thomas Jefferson! I believe we are all familiar with the words of Neil Armstrong as he landed on the moon. I would like to paraphrase his immortal words. This is One Small Step For a Few Men, One Giant Leap for All Americans!"

The Emperor paused again as a servant entered and passed around glasses filled with champagne.

"So gentlemen, a toast! May the holy light of our Freedom, first lit by our Founders and the Spirit of 76, burn ever brighter, as our Empire of Liberty grows ever stronger!"

At this, the Emperor and his distinguished guests emptied their glasses, and began signing the treaty..
