The first is the the our aircraft carrier need. As we are completely restructuring our navy, we wish to purchase the Domestic Production Rights to both the Type 270 'Ark Royal' and the Type 245 'Battle Class' . The total of this should come to 270 billion USD.

Secondly, to assist with naval landing operations, we wish to purchase the domestic production rights to the Type 560 'County' class helicopter carrier. The total should be 45 billion USD

Thirdly, to replace our aging attack submarine fleet, we wish to purchase the DPR to the Type 101 'Archer' class submarine. This should come to 22.5 billion USD.

Finally, to act as surface combat ships, we wish to purchase the DPR to the Type 38 'Ardent' class destroyer and the Type 180 'Hood' class battlecruiser. The total of this should be 151.5 billion USD.

His Majesty's Government (henceforth HM Government), and the Chancellery of Defence (henceforth COD), has been attempting a wide-spread renovation of the Royal Naval Corps since 2007. Due to a limited defence budget, however, this renovation has been unable to meet its standards. One of these standards would be the inclusion of one more destroyer into the RNC to accompany the lone destroyer in the RNC, accompanied by 7 coastal patrol vessels. The COd humbly believes that the Type 42 'Champion' Class Budget Destroyer would fulfill our demands neatly. At a cost of $500 million USD, it is relatively unexpensive and still fills all the demands of modern combat.

COD humbly requests that one of these destroyers be sold to the RNC for a fee of $500 million USD.
