That said, the costs should not be dramatically high since it requires the introduction of affordable means of recycling, and not the newest experimental technology available. We were thinking of including a WA office to inspect the capabilities of a nation for this, but we weren't sure if it was necessary."

"Well, it is fair to assume that such a nation meets all requirements of the proposal and won't have to implement further changes, for the time being. Especially a nation that not only recycles everything they can, but really everything, wouldn't have to adjust anything. But it still encourages the research of new methods. So, as technology marches on, waste that might not be recycable today could become so in the future, which will then require implementation if economically feasable."

So, as technology marches on, waste that might not be recycable today could become so in the future, which will then require implementation if economically feasable."

OOC: I knew that I had seen that used somewhere before, just never on Nationstates, but I couldn't quite place where I had seen it before. I lived in Germany when I was younger, so it must have evoked some nostalgic memory in me. But yes, it would probably be better to use the more standardized use of the quotation marks, as used in other WA proposals.

Since all the clauses are fairly weak and category environmental - All industries is both the equivalent of strength "strong" and going to be fairly objectionable to most people who care about stats, consider category "manufacturing". Seems like a good fit since this applies to manufactured products only.

"Thank you, my office sat quite some time on the first draft before we presented it here. Regarding the preamble, I will see if I can work out something, although it might take some time.

As for the salvageable objects, they are used in clause 3, although I admit that a slight mess up in the grammar might have successfully hidden it."

It's in 3, sort of, but yeah, either the definition or the useage should be changed for consistency.

"If this is the case, we would gladly change Clause Four into an obligatory clause. We chosed to urge originally because we weren't sure if it would be an intrusion into domestic taxation policy."
