To the UCPN Member Nations; UCPN Member Executives and UCPN SARs... the Main Assembly, Military Council and ES Council - have called upon a total emergency meeting with the members of the UCPN. This meeting is mandatory, therfore, I, the Secretary General expect most of the Member nations, including SARs to participate in this meeting.

The topic in hand... will decide the fate of councils - and the alliance. We will have a legislative vote, therfore everyone must vote. The topic in hand will be centered on a certain individual. A member of the UCPN... and also... and executive. This certain individual has caught my attention - and others'. And the acts that this person has portrayed, is one that is... eye-catching, shocking, inapropriate, aggressive... as well as other words to describe it. The following acts that he has made:

- Breaks UCPN rules, within 3 articles.
- Is a blantent disregard of UCPN rules
- Violent towards other nations
- Warlike towards other nations
- A complete embarrassment to the literal, idea and foundation of the UCPN

I'm talking of course:

I break UCPN rules within 3 articles:

Article 1:
Article One States That: The Founder, The Secretary General, The Deputy Secretary General - can, shall, and will be the sole executives of the organization, as each member nation shall abide by their rules; their laws and by their choices (That one doesn't even apply)

Article 2:

Article Two States That: UCPN Executives and Member Nations - can, shall, and will protect and support other members when in times of distress. This can include:

~War

~Invasions

~Threats

~General Distress.

(We have never even HAD a defensive war)

Article 3:

Article Three States That: If other member nations are disatisfied with the laws, the rules, or any member nations - they can, shall, and will telegram The Global Socialist Republic, about any concerns.

(I TGed GSR a ton. And i'm kinda satisfied with these)

Article 4:

Article Four States That: When nations apply for the UCPN, they must be noted that; No Member Nations Are Allowed To Join Other: Alliances, Organizations, Political Parties, Coalitions, Etc. EXCEPT: If it is UCPN sponsored, or if it is close ties with the UCPN. Exceptions of course are permitted. And they can, shall, and will telegram The Global Socialist Republic.
(When I joined, I automatically lost my N8TO membership, and NOONE OBJECTED)
Article 5:

Article Five States That: No-one shall declare war or be active with a war, with any other: Nation, Alliance, Organization, or Region. Defensive wars are only permitted, and only The Defense Minister can start defensive wars - and can, shall, and will telegram The Global Socialist Republic, for consent.

(For the SAR thing, I didn't invade. I just told the they were my SAR, and most of them said no,so I just stopped on them. Andalusia became my SAR for a day willingly, and the war with Radicaster was asked for by Necerrira (Sorry about the spelling).)

Article 6:

Article Six States That: If any member nation does not abide or apply these rules; they will be consulted with the Secretary General for punishments or warnings. If any nation does a serious offense, they; can, shall, and will be terminated from the UCPN. (That again, doesn't apply)


And about the embarrassment thing, I have NO IDEA.
