Welcome to the Union of Christian States Department of Commerce's Foreign Business Center online portal. This is part of the larger Portal to the Christian States, an effort to streamline foreign investment and interest in the nation. The purpose of this web portal, is to streamline the processes required for foreign businesses to set up shop and open brick and mortar locations in the Christian States.

The UCS is a large and diverse nation, so below will be a description of the main urban areas in the UCS, listed by size, so that corporations looking to expand may be able to find that certain place they're looking for.

Major Metropolitan Areas

1. Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington, Texas (The Metroplex) - Home to over 7.2 million people, and host to one of the UCS' busiest airports, the Metroplex boasts booming information technology and financial industries, being home to the headquarters of many Fortune 500 Corporations.

2. Houston-The Woodlands-Sugarland, Texas - Home to 6.5 million people, Houston is the largest population center on the Gulf of Mexico, and boasts a booming petrochemical industry. The city is also a major biomedical research center, hosting the largest medical facility on Earth, the Texas Medical Center. The region also boasts the largest number of Fortune 500 corporate headquarters in the UCS, and the ports in the area form one of the busiest trading centers in the world.

3. Miami-Ft. Lauderdale-West Palm Beach, Florida - Home to just over 6 million people, Miami boasts vibrant financial and tourism industries, and hosting the world's busiest cruise ship terminal at PortMiami. Miami has a vibrant cultural, being a blend of American and Hispanic cultures.

4. Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Roswell, Georgia - Boasting a population of 5.7 Million people, Atlanta boasts a transportation industry that dominates UCS air travel, hosting one of the world's largest and busiest airports with nearly 50 million enplanements in 2016. Atlanta also hosts a major financial industry.

5. Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater, Florida - With a population of just over 3 million people, Tampa host booming information technology and healthcare industries,

6. Charlotte-Concord-Gastonia, North and South Carolina - Home to 2.5 million people, Charlotte hosts the hub of the UCS Financial Industry, as well as being a budding research and educational center.

7. San Juan–Caguas–Guaynabo, Puerto Rico - With a population of 2.2 million, San Juan is the hub of Puerto Rico's financial, manufacturing, and tourism industries.

8. Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford, Florida - Home to a booming tourism industry and 2.1 million people, Orlando is also the hub of the regions farming industry, as well as becoming a major biomedical research center.

9. San Antonio-New Braunfels - With a population of 2.1 million, San Antonio is home to several Christian States military installations, as well as the headquarters of the Department of Defense. The city boasts major tourism, financial, and medical industries.

10. Austin-Round Rock, Texas - With a population of just over 2 million, Austin's economy is anchored in government services and education. The region also plays host to a major electronics manufacturing industry.

Tax Information

Federal Corporate Tax
Federal corporate taxes are based on a graduated system, ranging from 15-25%. Corporations are required to file taxes annually, with estimates submitted quarterly. Corporations are however entitled to define their own tax period, i.e. their year for taxing purposes beginning in June. Groups of corporations with the same parent company may fill jointly, referred to as Consolidated Returns.

We are happy to inform you that Westwickport has been approved to open auto show rooms in the UCS. As for location, we would recommend that the show rooms be opened in the Houston area, rather than the Beaumont (Capital) area, as Houston is a much larger and cultural center, located only about an hour and a half from Beaumont. I personally look forward to visiting a Westwickport show room once they begun operation.

Diamond Star Automotive plans to build the factory to the latest high-tech environmentally aware specifications, using thermal recovery to reduce our energy consumption and to provide if possible district heating to nearby properties to further offset our carbon footprint with the roof being fitted out with solar PV technology and LED lights to light up the inside.

To whom it may concern,
It appears there has been a misunderstanding. The Foreign Business Center is not a series of conference centers, but a government program run by the Department of Commerce, aimed at increase foreign participation in the UCS economy, and make it easier for multinational corporations to establish operations in the UCS. If Inn Hotels would like to establish UCS locations and a Regional Office in the UCS, you may do so through the applications on this web portal. We're sorry for the confusion.
