It might be cheaper to just have an airbase in Yemen or Oman or Somalia and fly strike missions from there, supported by refuelling aircraft.

EDIT: My current goals are to train BDF, JSDU, and CRA soldiers and airstrike NPA, FNRB, and BDR targets. The marine division will be deployed if the BDF and allies are in a desperate situation.
