BRIEF HISTORY

On March 12, 1922, pioneer aviator Casius Vestero established the Cirdiana Air Company after seeing the potential air travel had in reaching communities not easily reached by land. Showcasing his ideas and self-built planes in the 1922 Cirdian Technological Exhibition, the general public and investors quickly caught on to his vision and exhibited overwhelming support. HM Queen Felicea III awarded Cirdiana Air Company its "Crown" designation and gave it the royal seal of approval even before its first flight.

On May 27, 1923, Cirdiana's first flight carrying 3 correspondents from the Cirdian Daily Journal and a cargo of newspapers took off from a field outside of Alticea. It landed hours later in Alothea to thunderous applause. As air travel slowly proved itself to be a quick and adventurous way to get around from place to place, Vestero capitalized on the opportunities of a non-existent Cirdian aviation industry and built an extensive domestic network stretching from the southern Cirdian riviera to the cold Regis Mountains in the north. In the 1927, Cirdiana flew its first international route to Jungastia, followed by new routes to Ruccola and Van Luxemburg later that year.

The late 1950's saw the introduction of jet aircraft, allowing Cirdiana to begin direct flights to destinations once reachable only after several stopovers in older aircraft. The airline grew steadily and became a symbol of Cirdia in international territories with its familiar sylleblossom-blue fuselage.

YOUR SEAT

We are an airline that understands the needs of the everyday traveler. That's why when designing our all-new economy cabin, we introduced 18-inch wide seats with a 35-inch pitch and a seat that slides forward so you can rest comfortably without needing to recline and keeping the seat in front of you from tilting into your space. It also comes with an adjustable headrest designed to mimic the contours of your head for better comfort, proper lumbar support, a footrest, and a padded legrest. We also took into consideration how sacred armrests are so we designed retractable split-level armrests allowing both you and your seatmate to spread out your arms without intruding on each others' personal space.

AMENITIES

Upon boarding, you're provided with a fluffy pillow and blanket for a snug journey. Hot towels will also be provided before meals. Your seat pocket contains your personal copies of Cirrus Magazine and ShopCirdiana, a headset, and a souvenir. All seats also have a power port and USB port for easy recharging and viewing your pictures and videos on your 10.6-inch screen.

In the seatback in front of you, your contoured tray table is adjustable both vertically and laterally, ridding the problem of taller guests needing to hunch down to eat or work. It also has raised edges to prevent any unfortunate spillages and a non-skid surface to stop your coffee from skating onto your seatmate's lap. A built-in, foldable cup holder attached to the seatback frees up much-wanted space on your tray, a coat hook allows you to hang clothing you'd rather not have wrinkled, and a compartment allows you to keep small articles in a convenient place. A reading lamp located above of your screen also provides light during the night without disrupting fellow guests' sleep.

Complimentary, unlimited snacks and drinks are also available throughout the flight. Just call on one of our cabin crew or visit the self-service snack bar in one of the galleys.

YOUR SEAT

Introduced in June 2014, your ergonomically-designed Economy Select seat features a width of 21-inches with a 40-inch pitch and a sliding seat. The headrest can be adjusted to accommodate your head in the most comfortable position possible, your back won't feel ignored with proper lumbar support, and your feet and legs will find a place to rest with a comfy leg and footrest. Each seat has our signature retractable split-level armrests for a more comfortable journey which can be tucked away to create a center console perfect for drinks.

AMENITIES

An oversized pillow and blanket greets you when you get to your seat, along with a complimentary glass of champagne. Hot towels before meals are also provided. Your personal copies of Cirrus Magazine and ShopCirdiana, a headset, and a souvenir are located in your seat pocket. A power port and USB port are available for your electronics with the ability to view your content on your 12-inch screen.

Your non-skid, contoured tray table is adjustable both vertically and laterally, allowing for easy dining and working and Its raised edges prevent drinks, meals, and your laptop from accidentally falling over. A foldable cup holder attached to the seatback, a coat hook, and a compartment allows you to keep things clean and organized. A reading lamp located just beside your headrests allows for a private beam of light that doesn't spill over onto the next person.

Complimentary, unlimited snacks and drinks are also available throughout the flight by request or the onboard, self-service snack bar.

YOUR SEAT

Our all-new business class seats were created with comfort, style, and space in mind. With 78 inches of seat pitch and a width of 25 inches, your seat provides generous legroom and direct aisle access no matter where you're seated. When not relaxing on your spacious, ergonomically-designed seat with comfortable head, lumbar, leg, and foot support, you can lie down flat on your 6.2-foot long, fully-flat bed. A soft, cotton blanket and pillow will be provided when you'd like to turn in.

AMENITIES

Upon boarding, you'll be treated to a complimentary glass of champagne and your very own amenity kit with Vandramme skin care products, a toothbrush set, socks, and an eye mask. A bottle Hanskill cologne or perfume for men and women, respectively, is also included in your amenity kit. Hot towels before meals are provided, as well as a menu for a 3-course meal created by Cirdiana's own Mateo Borllo.

Your personal console contains a storage area for small personal items such as mobile phones, an adjustable filing area for documents you'd rather not have crumpled when you get to your destination, a headset, souvenir, and your personal copies of Cirrus Magazine and ShopCirdiana. A retractable, folding table provides for a spacious dining or working area. A universal power port and USB port are located just beside the center console and near your entertainment remote that controls what you see on your 23-inch screen. Your adjustable reading light is located just behind your seat for illumination when the cabin lights are turned off.

As for all classes, unlimited snacks are available via the self-service snack bar or request. Business Class buffets are also available on selected flights.

YOUR SEAT

Experience the pinnacle of comfort and style in our redesigned First Class suites. A large 33-inch wide seat nestled in your own personal space ensures maximum comfort, plus with a seat pitch of 85 inches, you'll find it surprisingly easy to spread out when sitting, reclining, or lying down. Designed to provide proper and comfortable support to your head, neck, back, legs, and feet, your seat also comes with a massage function to work out any physical discomfort. A complimentary turndown service is given after your seat transforms into a fully-flat, 6.6 foot long bed complete with a mattress, pillows, and Cirdian cotton duvet should you decide to turn in.

AMENITIES

A complimentary drink of your choice is provided upon boarding, as well as a free gourmet snack before departure. You'll be personally provided with your First Class amenity kit, which includes toiletries, Mayselie skin care products, and cologne or perfume by Strawski. You'll also be provided with a complimentary sleeping suit, eye mask, and a free product of your choice from the "Designer Selections" page of ShopCirdiana. Hot towels are provided before meals, as well as a menu featuring a la carte and 5-course meal choices by our very own Chef Anastasia Calmorra.

Storage compartments for personal items and documents are located in your personal console. A pouch containing your personal copies of Cirrus Magazine and ShopCirdiana are within easy reach and may also be used to store documents. Your tray table is fully retractable and adjustable to suit your needs and universal power and USB ports are conveniently located on your console for easy connectivity for your electronics. Your entertainment remote is embedded in your console for easy access and an adjustable reading light is located right beside your seat. An adjustable ottoman is also located in the compartment beneath your screen for visitors.

CHECKING IN

Counter Check In
Check-in counters open 3 hours before departure and close one hour before departure. Guests are advised to arrive at least 3 hours before departure. Dedicated check-in facilities for First and business-class ticket holders and Platinum/Diamond Ascend members are available at select airports.

Mobile Check In
Guests with internet-enabled mobile devices may choose to check in via the Cirdiana app. Upon doing so, guests will receive an electronic boarding pass which may be scanned at selected airports or presented to ground staff at the airport of their departure.

Web Check In
Checking in via our website is a three-step process. Guests must retrieve their booking, add details and/or select seats if available, and confirm their check-in. Once completed, guests can choose to receive an email/mobile copy of their boarding and/or a printable document.

Automatic Check In
An automatic check-in service is available and is advisable for guests travelling without any checked baggage. Guests may sign up for this service at no additional cost between the time and 24 hours before the date of departure. If automatic check-in is enabled, guests will receive their boarding pass via email or SMS 24 hours before departure.

Express Check In
Express check in is available at select airports. Guests can opt to check themselves in at self-service kiosks, select seats when available, receive a printed copy of their boarding pass, and register their luggage at self-service drop off points. Guests with no checked baggage can proceed directly to security and their respective gates.

City Check In
City check in is available at select destinations and allows guests to drop off their checked luggage at Cirdiana facilities located outside of the airport premises. Guests will receive an option to take advantage of this complimentary service when receiving their booking confirmation as well as a comprehensive list of available check-in locations in their departure destination.

BOARDING

Cirdiana utilizes an "outside-in" boarding process in which guests with window seats board first, followed by those with middle and aisle seats. If guests are travelling together with a group or as a family, guests must notify Cirdiana at 48 hours prior to departure so the necessary arrangements can be made for adjacent seating. Should adjacent seating be unavailable, our cabin crew will assist guests on the aircraft in looking for alternative seating arrangements.

We suggest that guests take advantage of our complimentary seat selection service when available in order to book adjacent seats in advance.
Restrictions may apply based on fare type, availability, and Ascend membership status.

TRANSFERS

Guests can enjoy seamless, convenient transfers when connecting through Alothea International Airport, Alticea International Airport, and Sabaesia International Airport. With airside access throughout guests' entire journey in Cirdia and a wide variety of airside amenities and facilities available, guests can rely on a pleasant experience while in transit.

Cirdiana, in partnership with the Cirdian Civil Airports Authority, offers expedited security screening for all guests with connecting flights departing up to 1 hour after landing.

SPECIAL ASSISTANCE

Guests With Disabilities
Guests with disabilities or medical requirements are encouraged to state their disability status when booking with Cirdiana. Trained Cirdiana and airport staff are available at all major Cirdian airports to assist disabled guests with their needs and all aircraft are equipped with basic mobility access devices. Our cabin crews are also trained in assisting guests with disabilities in order to facilitate a better travel experience.

Unaccompanied Minors
Children traveling alone are in good, reliable hands when flying with Cirdiana. When traveling alone on domestic flights, children from the ages of 6 to 13 are considered unaccompanied minors. For international flights, unaccompanied minors are children between the ages of 10 and 16. Parents or legal guardians must fill out an Unaccompanied Minor and Disclaimer Form and send it to any of our reservation offices or head office for processing at least 2 weeks before departure.

All guests are allowed to bring up to two pieces of checked baggage as long as they do not exceed the weight restrictions listed below:

UNACCOMPANIED MINORS

Cirdiana will not release children to unauthorized parties at their destination and will be flown back to their destination of origin if they are not claimed by an authorized party within 24 hours. If a child is travelling with an older child (14 and above for domestic flights and 17 and above for international flights) or an adult upon departure, the benefits and provisions of the Unaccompanied Minor Program will be voided.

To avoid any untoward incidents for young guests, Cirdiana will hold children and their companions if all are under 16 for domestic flights or 18 for international flights, for 24 hours before being flown back to their destination of origin.
