The text translates to: "For when you are feeling 'green'." -- virre is the word for "green", and virra is the word for "beer", so it's a pun, the statement thus taking on two senses, getting across the idea that Luche di Stele is good "for when you're feeling like having a beer" and "our beer will make you feel better when you're down".

During the Third Taiwan Strait Crisis of 1995 - 1996, the People's Republic of Zhouran stayed neutral publicly and acted as mediator between China and the US, however in reality, many in Zhouran, from the highest leadership to the ordinary masses, were agitated and angry towards the two, especially China for their inane aggression. As a result, the period witnessed numerous massive-scale military exercises in Zhouran with the intention of sending a strong message to both China and the US. The period also saw a rise in anti-communist sentiments, rising from 87% in 1994 to 98% by 1996.

The "confederal" and cantonal propaganda must be only for public service posters (ex. AIDS, how to vote,etc...), it forbidden to make poster or ads that are surely will promote the government parties, or demote the opposition. Below are two posters encouraging citizens to support the British in the Falklands. While we didn't take an active role in the war, tensions with Argentina's military junta were high, and we sent a good deal of support and material resources and moral support to the British in the war.
