Yes, the character is, but the art style matches more of an eight year old theme.

Besides, I would assume Shadow wants something in the late teens, just smol. Not a 12 year old.

Yes, the character is around 16-17, but is just short, around 5 feet tall. The pic you suggested,
Charlia, looked a bit too childish for the character.

Name: Rocky Stein
Age: 16
Appearance: Rocky is 6 ft tall and 160 pounds. He has a strong and solid build, not bodybuilder fit but not fat, and his arms are especially muscular.
Biography: Rocky was born into a middle class family and raised by his parents, a nurse and a construction worker. He is the middle child of 5 children. He had a pretty average life and went to public school until 10 years old when he discovered his powers. The class was doing a project with clay and after Rocky was done with his project he went to wash the clay residue off his hands, but the clay wouldn't come off; It was as if his skin become clay. His parents took him to the doctor and after several tests, they determined he had a genetic mutation. He was not able to control when he mimicked the solids which limited where he could go and what he could do. After that, he was home schooled and rarely left home except to go to the doctors and for the occasional boxing match, until his parents found out about Mellow-Brook Academy. Although he was homeschooled for several years and didn't have many friends during those times, he isn't antisocial because he interacted with his 4 other siblings. He appears tough on the outside because of his strong build, but he is actually pretty compassionate, except he has a major anger problem which he controls most of the time, but when he is extremely pissed, there is no stopping him. His biggest fear is swimming because he fears that he will mimic a dense solid and drown because of the weight.
Abilities/Skills Rocky can mimic any earthly solid element including metals by touching the solid with his hands, so if he touches iron, his skin will start turning into iron.
Skills are boxing; He was attracted to boxing when he was homeschooled, and he may have given himself an extra edge against his opponents by touching steel before putting his gloves on. Rocky also has an impressive rock, gem, minerals and metal collection.

• Tactile Earth Mimicry: When Rocky touches any earthly solid including metals, minerals, gems, and metals with his hands, his skin will start turning into that material. He will have the same characteristics of that material so if he absorbs diamond, he can deliver devastating blows.
• Anger enhances his power: When Rocky gets angry, usually when a loved one is threatened or hurt, his power becomes enhanced. He will be able to mimic solids much faster and becomes stronger.
• Enhanced strength: Rocky is already naturally strong but when he is mimicking his strength triples.

Weaknesses (List the limits of their abilities here, if they have any, if not put any character flaws they might have, or put both if applicable.)

• Cannot control when to mimic: His hands absorb the materials with or without Rocky's permission which could be dangerous because if he accidentally touches glass he'll be shattered. (That is why he wears gloves most of the time)
• Each material has its drawback: Rocky gains the characteristics of each material so if he absorbs pure lead he will be able to throw devastating punches, but he will be slower and his recovery time between each punch will be longer because of the weight of the lead, or if he accidentally mimics a weak solid such as slate, he can be easily injured.
• Slowly mimics: Absorbing is slow so it may take a couple seconds to cover his arm with a material and covering his entire body may take minutes. The length of time it takes for his skin to go back to normal varies on his emotions and bodily state; If he is angry the mimicry may last longer but if he become tired he will go back to normal quickly.

RP Example:
Rocky sat down on a metal bench and rested the tip of his finger on it. He watched as the his skin slowly began to turn into to the silver color of the bench. His now metal hand gleamed from the bright lights hanging above him. He took a deep breath and smelled the sweat of the locker room around him.
Rocky began to put his things in his locker, his hand still metal, when Jordan and two of his buddies walked into Rocky's locker isle. Rocky quickly put his hand in his pocket.
"Hey there Rocky, are you going to scream when I knock you out today just like how you screamed in the 5th grade"
The two beside him giggled.
"No, but you'll be screaming after one punch of mine" Rocky responded.
"Ah, Ah, teacher, my hands, Ahahaha" Jordon's imitation of Rocky made Rocky frown and his breathing got heavier, but he held down his rage, and continued to organize his locker.
Jordon was referring to an incident in the 5th grade. The class was doing a project with clay for the whole day. Rocky worked hard on a coffee cup, and when he finished he went to the sink to wash the clay residue off his hands. He scrubbed his fingers continuously but the clay wouldn't come off, and he started to yell in panic. His skin had mimicked the clay, and his fingers became soft and mushy like the clay. His parents took him to the doctor who preformed many tests on Rocky and found that he had a non life threatening genetic condition which allowed his skin to mimic any earthly solid. Of course he wasn't going to tell the other children his real condition, so he said he had a sever skin condition.
"You're homeschooled now aren't you Rocky. Well that good because my whole schools going to know the story of how I beat your ass. Lets go, boys" Jordan left with the other two following.
Rocky locked his locker, and walked out of the locker room wearing only shorts and carrying his boxing gloves. His hand had gone back to normal. He entered the boxing ring, receiving several pats on the back before by the coaches and his friends, and put his mouth piece and custom made boxing gloves on. Rocky's gloves had a sheet of steel in where the fingers rested, which slowly began changing his hands into the metal. Jordan was already there, pacing in the ring while taunting Jordan with physical gestures. The judge walked.
"Alright. I wanna clean fight. Are you ready?" He pointed to Jordan, and he nodded.
"You?" The judge pointed to Rocky, and he nodded.
"FIGHT"
Rocky kept his hands up and hopped up and down to gain his rhythm, all while eying Jordan, who was still taunting Rocky with hand gestures and facial expressions.
Jordan threw the first punch, a right hook that Rocky easily slipped. Then he threw another and another which Rocky barely dodged. His 4th strike landed on Rocky's cheekbone. He stumbled back, dazed, and then felt another hook land in front of his ear which made his ear ring. Rocky managed to stumble away from the next punch.
Rocky began to breathe heavily as he felt rage build up inside him. He regained some his stability and managed to put his hands up to block Jordan's hook. Rocky felt Jordan's powerful punch crumble as it made contact with Rocky's steel hand.
"Ah, Ah, My hand!" exclaimed Jordan as he grasped his injured hand.
Rocky saw that his wrist under the glove was now silver, and almost visible. Rocky had to finish the fight before any one noticed his arm.
Rocky released his anger. As Jordan worried about his hand, Rocky reared back his fist and rocketed it at Jordan's gut. He felt the air leave Jordan as his body collapsed around the strike, and Rocky felt Jordan's spit land on his cheek as Jordan opened his mouth in surprise and pain. Jordan grasped his stomach and Rocky went in for another strike aimed at Jordan's face, but Jordan manage to duck away. Rocky's punch hit the post behind Jordan and the metal post shook. Rocky reared back again to throw a powerful punch at Jordan's face, but before it landed, Rocky's rage had decreased and he realized the punch would probably break several of Jordan's face bones. He slowed the punch down, so that it left a mark when the strike hit Jordan's cheek, but didn't break anything. Jordan fell down to the ring floor and the judge ran in to stop the fight.
After the judge examined Jordan's face, he stood him and Rocky up next to him, holding both of their arms.
"And the winner is...Rocky" said the judge while raising his hand up.
It was hard to tell Jordan's facial expression since he had a swollen black and green mark about as big as a ping pong ball under his eye. Rocky smiled but inside he wasn't sure how to feel after that. He tried to reason with himself that his ability was natural, so it wasn't cheating, and thought that Jordan would've done the same thing if he could, but he knew it was unfair even though Jordan was a jerk.
Rocky quickly walked back to the locker room, with his arm now steel up to an inch above his glove.

My thoughts for teh Courts enforcers was a pair of siblings, as i said before. But they would be Fraternal twins one male one female. I have thought of more concerning them, but was waiting on Charlia, as she had expressed interest.

I wasn't worried my character wouldn't be able to be Canadian...that's not taboo at all. I was just contemplating making them Canadian.

I'm trying to find a good non-combative power at the moment.

So i may be revising the no dark grim stuff rule, but i will crack dowb if it becones a problem.

On another note, expect an app for a male japanese character, with ties to other people in the academy, he will have no powers.

The brother of the enforcer twins may have density manipulation, and ironically will be quite dense.
